Ordered carry out lunch special of sesame chicken, fried rice and egg roll. The sesame chicken sauce was bleh. Fried rice was average. Would probably not order again. Their egg roll was crisp and tasty. They did a great job of packing sauces and silverware/napkins. Other places be skimping on napkins lol. Would try another menu item since prices are reasonable for lunch.

I had Fortune Palace, recently, for the 1st time since moving here, while O was really ill, my husband went to get me soup n crab Rangoon, I felt so much better!!Food was so fresh and delicious, as a matter of fact, we are headed there to pick up dinner again! One of the best in town ! 👌

Love this place. Definitely a hidden gem in Lenexa. It’s a little hole in the wall but the food is fantastic. Their fried rice is one of my favorite things to get. Lunch special combination fried rice is only $10 and comes with egg roll and crab Rangoon. For the price, you can’t beat it.

The food was so yummy so hot and so fresh. The food quality was so good. Everything was so yummy. The only reason I’m taking a star off because every time I come in, it seems like the workers are standoffish and kind of condescending. I have not received this above and beyond service that everyone talks about. But it has such a nice and homey feel to it. It’s definitely a lovely family owned restaurant with great food.

We had not been to Bolings in a few years. The atmosphere & decor was nice. The service needs work. We had to ask twice for plates for our appetizers. Waiting again for an additional tea cup. The chicken for the lettuce wraps was extremely salty. The bill was $80 for two people at lunch. Probably won’t return unless something changes.

Let me preface by saying I am Chinese and grew up eating really great Chinese food in California. So I really really wanted Bo lings to be good and I had high hopes đŸ€ž because I’ve had their dim sum before and it was pretty good. So we came to try their normal dinner and it was a little disappointing to me because there was definitely an American flare to it. The shu mai didn’t taste authentic. The honey walnut shrimp and chicken wasn’t the best either. Chicken was dry. Flavor was good though. The beef chow fun was great, I do like that one. And all the dumplings were decent as well đŸ„Ÿ. I think just the overall taste was not as authentic as I hoped for. But if you are an American and can’t tell the difference, I think this place would be great! 👍 The food did take a bit to come out also but that’s ok!

Menu is huge, with many different Asian cuisines, I came specifically for Chinese but they had Singaporean noodles! So I got that. The noodles were cooked perfectly as was the shrimp. The pork was dry and chewy. Overall I enjoyed the meal and will return. The next time I will get shrimp only. The Thai tea, was not true Thai tea. Both the Crab Rangoon and hot & sour soup were excellent. They are unique in offering a small portion as an option.

We had an amazing Chinese New Year feast at Monkey King BBQ & Noodle in Overland Park. This Cantonese restaurant specializes in Chinese BBQ and traditional Cantonese cuisine, and we ordered twenty dishes to share family-style. The BBQ platter was outstanding. The crispy pork belly had a perfect crunch, with tender, flavorful meat underneath. The roasted duck had crispy skin with juicy, succulent meat, and the char siu had just the right balance of sweetness and smokiness. Their claypot dishes were some of the best we’ve had. The braised eggplant with salted fish and minced chicken was packed with deep umami flavors. The braised pork knuckles in fermented bean curd sauce were incredibly tender and rich. The braised pork belly with taro was a standout—the taro soaked up all the flavors, giving it a smooth and creamy texture. Since a whole fish wasn’t available, we opted for the fish fillet in black bean sauce, which was a great substitute. The poached chicken with ginger scallion sauce was simple but delicious. We also enjoyed egg rolls, spicy beef tendon, homemade pork potstickers, mapo tofu, beef chow fun, stir-fried udon with shacha sauce, Yang Chow fried rice, and stir-fried gailan. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone. Prices were reasonable, portions were generous, and everything was delicious. If you're looking for authentic Cantonese food, Monkey King BBQ & Noodle is a must-visit.

Good amount of delicious food! We found our new favorite place to eat! And it was affordable too!

This place has new owner. And it has excellent Cantonese style Chinese food. Compared to other places that we went, the portion is huge, delicious and worth your money. We left with a full tummy. We went in on a Sunday evening for dinner, all the stores in the area closed except for this restaurant, so it was quiet. There was 7 people in our group, we ordered several dishes and they all came out very quick. The dishes were delicious and big portion. Service was good, we didn’t have to wait long. The inside has been remodeled and look nice.

Looks great, made fast and fresh right in view. Restaurant is nice, limited seating, but cool, clean, a great place to stop in for lunch or to grab a takeout as I did. Thanks Taste of China! PS only had the Generals White Meat selection, it's not on the options to recommend, but I would!

Delicious chicken and broccoli! Everyone was really nice and accommodating.

I was here today, my father is on hospice and my mother was craving panda express and said make sure you go to the one on 95th and Quivira. They have the best food and that’s where your dad and I eat lunch every few weeks for the past five years! I happened to mention this to the girl at the counter who has worked at the store for three years and she was nice enough to give me a cute little stuffed panda that made my mom’s day😌 During this sad time!! Plus, we enjoyed a wonderful lunch!

I usually love Panda Express, but the food at this place and time was very unsatisfactory. It lacked taste and seemed undercooked. It was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve the food quality. Despite this, I still believe in Panda Express and will visit other locations in the future.
