the kung pao chicken with rice was great! the egg drop soup is a must but the star of the show for me was the beef lo mein super glossy noodles and tender beef mixed perfectly with that savory sauce, the portions are plentiful. highly recommend!!

China Bistro is hands down one of the best dining experiences you can have. I eat here at least 4-5 times a month. From the moment you step in, the restaurant impresses with its cleanliness—truly one of the most spotless establishments I’ve encountered. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which adds to the overall dining experience. The food is nothing short of amazing. Every dish is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether you’re indulging in their signature entrees or trying something new, the flavors never disappoint. The menu offers a variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone, and the portions are generous, making the prices an incredible value. The speed at which the food is prepared is remarkable—it always arrives hot and ready without feeling rushed. The customer service at China Bistro is second to none. Ordered over the phone. Helped me find what I was looking for on the menu I was looking at on my phone and even took the modification for the sushi roll (California Fried Shrimp Roll) which was to make it somewhat spicy. Told me 20 and the rice was hot when I got there and when I got home for my fried rice. One of the best I’ve had in Indiana which I find hard. 10/10 would recommend this place. Probably going back for another roll. (The rice is darker than what they gave me because I like extra soy sauce :p)
