White Castle
Love the sliders. Love how it's open 24 hours very convenient stopping after work because I work overnight and I can get lunch for breakfast. Only reason gave 4 stars is I order 10 hamburgers and son-in-law ordered cheese burgers and his was 7.99 and mine was 13.00.
Terrible experience trash can smelled as soon as you walked in the door. The bathroom was trashed no toilet paper. The lady next to me in rhe bathroom was in the stall and her excuse was I have only been here since 2. I said well you are not the only person here. The dining room was nasty, a worker came out on her break and sat in the nasty break room to talk on her phone. One of the workers that must have been off for the day came in to chat with his coworkers who were working. They were busy but the fries were brown and hard. The manager kept asking workers to do stuff no one moved, just talking. She seemed to old to run the store there was no respect. I don't even live in the area I was traveling.
Panera Bread
Decent place to stop if you’re in the area. Drinking orange juice that came from Brazil doesn’t feel very Sustainable. Panera will need to take a hard look at their supply chain for the future.
This Panera never disappoints! It is very tidy and it is my family's favorite place to stop whenever we are in the area! The service incredible as well. The cashier Sydni was very sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to make my visit comfortable and convenient.
Palermos of 63rd Merrillville IN
This place is amazing!!!! I have no words to describe how great the food is. The chef really likes his sauce. The ambiance is so cozy and comfortable. I've been telling people about it left and right. Can't wait to go back.
They over charged us and the table next to us thinking we wouldn't notice. They never gave us napkins or forks and never asked if we wanted refills. over all this is not a good experience here.
