China Wok
First time ordering here and I got the vegetable lo mein, pepper steak & onions, and fried rice. The pepper steak was a bit on the sweeter side instead of salty, and the noodles weren't salty as well. The soy sauce they added helped with the flavor some, so I'm not complaining. The rice was really good to me and I love how they added peas and carrots to it as well. The meat itself was very tender and soft, and the peppers and onions were nice too. All in all, I'd definitely order again! You also get a good amount of food for what your pay for.
The food was plentiful for $21.00 w/tx. Fried rice could have used more flavor, but it was good. Sesame chicken was still nice and crispy under all the tasty sauce by the time we got back to the hotel. Glad we took a chance.
Peking
Ordered vegetable fried rice and crab Rangoon 1/17/2025. It was horrible. No soy sauce for the rice! No sweet n sour sauce for these dry ass Crab Rangoon…. Never Again! Mad that I HAD to even give a star
At one time I would have given them 4 stars for the food. Never more than 2 stars for friendliness. They don't seem to appreciate their repeat customers at all. That's just a side note though because my main reason for leaving this review is the food portions. They used to pretty much serve equal parts of chicken and vegetables. Lately the chicken has been VERY sparse! I was there recently and they gave me a bunch of vegetables with about 1% chicken! This is not an exaggeration. The one star is because the food is always fresh and has good flavor. If I wanted a vegetable dish only that's what I would have ordered but if I order chicken I expect to actually have chicken as the primary serving with vegetables as an accent. This time they served me with what looked like a few SLIVERS of chicken thrown in by mistake. Unacceptable! What you see is what they served me. I brought the chicken to the top of the dish filled with veggies. smh
Super China Buffet
Food was a lot better than two other Chinese buffets we tried while visiting here in Indy. The food was nice, hot & fresh. Workers kept the majority of the buffet full throughout our visit so options were available. They had plenty of space. The only thing we wished was that our server was more attentive. She was busy with head phones in her ear the whole time. Here you get your own drinks so the only thing out waitress did was clearing plates. So, okay service. You must pay before you eat. The bathrooms were clean. The dessert selection was really sparse. And the first chines restaurant I noticed that served coffee on the buffet line. Overall a decent place for Chinese food in Indiana.
The price was reasonable 16$ for a buffet, but the food was below average some of it was gross I had a crab Rangoon and I spit it out the filling was chunky and curdled. I wouldn’t recommend coming here
