Terrible customer service. Stood there for almost 10 min with no acknowledgement of me being there because they were filling a couple online orders. Understandable that those need to be caught up on but both employees didn’t need to be working on those especially when I was the only one in line smh. And this was 2:00p, not even a lunch rush.
Came in-store to get something to eat, when i go inside there’s no greeting just hard stares at you from employees. The girl who made my sandwich seemed weird and awkward. I could tell she didn’t wanna be there and do her job by the way she was constantly having a bad expression, i could barely hear her when her asking what kind of bread or chicken i wanted. As soon as she charged me for my order she never said at least “have a good day” just a blank stare. As soon as i got home my whole sandwich toppings fell out … Overall poor customer service no acknowledgment at all and not a friendly service.

I phoned in my order at11:15 am, One small vegetable fried rice, no bean sprouts and extra onions, one small egg drop soup. She took the order in split second time… 5 minutes it be ready. “Click” hangs up on me. I call back for my price $11.??? Bye click. I get home, 45 minutes later, I’m ready to eat, open my box to reheat,…. SHRIMP falling all out the box!!!! I call back, she’s arguing with me about what I ordered!!!! You order Shrimp Fried rice!!! NOooo I didn’t!!! I’m Allergic to shell fish!!!! I ordered vegetable fried Rice!! You bring back I make new one!! I’m sorry I have no transportation. You bring back tomorrow I make new one. ( Whers the apology, offer of a refund, empathy, customer service, Satisfaction?????? I’m NOT Returning it, I’m throwing it out, , Nor will I EVER order from there again!!! PERIOD!!!
