Thank You for a great day. [Bartender]~ I didn’t get her name but she was really cool. Pizza was good as well we didn’t get any toppings so we will try that next time. Bowling was a pleasure we arrived by the 2pm hour on a Sunday ! Vibes were calm and collected

TINLEY BOWL & BACKYARD located in the suburb of Tinley Park, IL has a friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Ample lanes suitable for leagues, parties and fun gatherings. Today was my first visit and I found the building clean & staff smiling & accommodating. They offer a separate bar area apart from the lanes with beer, spirits and food. The cost of shoe rental & lanes is comparable to similar venues. All in all a great venue to visit!

We were just there and had the prime rib sandwich and it was fantastic. We were even able to get it medium rare and it was heated perfectly and the condiments made it look spectacular. We have also had the lake perch and it was tender and pan fried perfectly. Service is Always excellent and the servers are attentive to your needs. I enjoy going there for the Service and Food but not much ambience.

I just had my gender reveal party here and it turned out amazing. The food was so good. Loved the fried chicken! I got to come early and decorate. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room is so nice and beautiful. Thank you!

Today 12 family members and I went to celebrate 2 family members birthday. Was looking forward to it all week. We orders placed and we told them 3 separates bills. While waiting to be seated someone go to get 3 drinks from the bar 15 dollars a piece with tax $50. Once seated started cooking. Orders mixed up which was no major. But one of the members had a food allergy to shrimp, it was indicated to the order taker. But the cook didn’t know nor asked, first issue. The cook tells us she should have told him. If already indicated I can do seafood when orders taken, but was. Then my daughter order another martini they charged 2 more on the than she paid for the first drink. Then steaks was ordered let the cook know they was done enough and took them off anyway. Grandson bit into and blood running out. Manager comes my daughter talks to her Genevieve beyond rude and most definitely not managerial material. I thought when she first started talking she was going to do the right thing. She have her staff yo take the plates with steaks in the kitchen to redo which the problem finish cooking what they didn’t finish in the first place. By this time half family got food and others not. So that ruined the birthday celebration. Then she come up with she will take 10% off. When they automatically put 18% gratuity on everyone bill. I question the manager how is this same drink being charged more than the 1st one and she said I did you a favor charging you the $15. Sitting listening to other families there getting the birthday song by the staff, none of that happened because of the poor services, uncooked food and ignorance. This will be the last time that my family and I come back to this restaurant. It was one more receipt of almost $300.00, I can’t find it too mad I guess. This has been an unbelievable experience but for you to be a manager and tell me you was doing me a favor by charging 15 a piece for those 3 and then 17 for that one.

I gave the food a 2 star because it was edible, but I've definitely had better. To start, they seated us right in front of this fan, we had to turn the fan around. Then when we ordered, we tried to get a kids hibachi shrimp (to share between pur kids cause our 3 yr old just picks off everyones plate) but the lady argued with us about how tiny it was and that kids plates were not sharable, policy I guess. So we upgraded to the adult hibachi. Which the shrimp was so over cooked it bent the fork I used to cut the pieces in half. Charged us 5 dollars for an extra plate AND we paid 10 dollars more for WAY more food than we needed. Whatever though. Anyway, I ask what's in their mixed veggies, the lady wasn't really sure and instead of confirming she just made up stuff. Never mentioned bell peppers(which btw consumes the veggie plate). So our food starts to be cooked, my veggies were barely on the grill and he's slapping them on my plate, like what...my broccoli was hard, still raw. Some of the onion was still raw too. They totally disregarded the fact we had children with us, I had to ask for a kids cup and she only brought me one.(I had a 3 yr old with me, they really expected her to drink out of a regular cup). The food was bland. I smothered mine in yum yum sauce because of the lack of flavor. It took forever for any request. We asked for to go boxes and the check, took me 20 mins to pay, get boxes and a bag. The audacity to take a 18% gratuity and then ask for more on my receipt...smh. For 4 hibachi meals. It cost us 150 bucks. Ridiculous. Also, I suggest giving more fried rice if you are gonna force your customers to pay 3 bucks for it. We won't be back though. FYI the salad comes with ranch on it 🤯 worst hibachi place I've ever been to.

First time at this location. It's take-out only. Service was okay. The menu is pretty simple. The food itself is good in flavors, and crisp was okay, but I would prefer the whole chicken type of Korean chicken as to just legs and wings. The sides were good too but nothing special. Might order again if in the area. The amount you get for the price you pay could also be better.

I ordered the boneless chicken wings ( Korean BBQ). They were good- crispy breading and tender chicken. The bulgogi fries were amazing. None of the fries were soggy even with everything on it. Great flavor and texture. The meat was thin and flavorful. I do wish there was a bit more meat on there for the price. I will definitely be back.

I've always enjoyed the food here. I feel like the filet mingnon is always a quality cut of meat, the vegetables are always full, crisp and flavorful and the the shrimp aren't those shrimp that shrink up in most shrim fried rice combo deals lol. The portions served here are very plentiful also. The service here isn't horrible but could be better. Often times the waiter takes drink orders then has to ask you to repeat yourself because she was going around the table taking other drink orders and collecting menus. Also be aware of the 18% included restaurant fee.

I went to Tokyo Steakhouse tonight with a few of my buddies and had a great experience with the cook. His standout line was "Holy Water" every time he sprayed oil onto the grill. Top-tier comedy! I want to also say that the food you can definitely make 2–3 meals out of. Great time.

We always give a place a 2nd chance. We visited Saigon Restaurant probably 8 years ago and it was not a great experience but since we were in the area, we have decided to try them out again and this time was much better. Shrimp roll was fresh and delicious with the sweet hoisin peanut sauce, seafood pho the broth was not quite there yet. It's not as hearty and flavorful but the catfish hot pot was absolutely amazing! Sweet and savory and the sauce over rice was everything. Service was very nice and pleasant and they even cut up some oranges that was very sweet and juicy. I would visit again for the Shrimp roll and try other hot pot since the catfish hot pot was so good!

Extremely authentic Vietnamese food and atmosphere…I have experienced nothing as real as this place outside of Vietnam! Plus, with friendly, FAST staff and owners, eating here was a treat I plan to return to soon!

We arrived around 4pm for the early bird and seated immediately. Our server was very attentive, checked up on us to see if we need anything else additional rolls were brought out before we were done with our first set. Top notch service. My steak was cooked rare exactly how I asked and was seasoned perfectly. The country fried chicken and salad were also both well received. I will come back to this location again.

No photos of the steak because i ate it too fast but these rolls upon arrival was wonderful. Additionally so happy they had non alcoholic beer. Great

Bamboo Garden Restaurant

We tried Mongolian beef and Generals chicken. The generals chicken was soggy and didn't have the authentic taste at all. We didn't like this dish. The Mongolian beef was just ok. Beef was really chewy. The egg roll was mediocre, nothing to be happy about. Not interested in returning. The place did seem to be busy. Service was not bad.

Bamboo garden is a hidden gem inside of a first I almost passed it by well, I'm glad I didn't. This place has been a local gem ever since Number One Chop Suey in Oak Forest closed this is. My new go-to for Chinese food. I had the chicken walnut dinner spicy and my friend had beef. Broccoli, both dishes were very good. The restaurant itself was clean. However, they did seem a bit unexpectedly short-staffed for our visit. I would go back. I would recommend it to local friends.

Dragon Palace

I have been dining here over 30 yrs. Consistently delicious, and a good value for what you get. In my opinion they have the best Egg Rolls , Egg Foo Young, Szechuan Shrimp, & Chicken & Green Beans I have ever had. I also love the Dragon Palace Special -Sliced tender beef, chicken and jumbo shrimp blended with assorted Chinese vegetables with black bean and garlic sauce.

Small portions for the amount you're chargedcompared to mother restaurants in the area. Not very tasty compared to other Chinese in the area. Decent for a Monday where nowhere else is open, but there's definitely better worth getting in the area.

Chen's

I've been going here for several years now. I always enjoy the food 😋. The reason so many praise the lunch menu is that it has a lot to offer and comes with soup and egg roll or just soup. And let's not forget the hot tea and a fortune cookie. Let's face it, in this economy, you get so much for not a lot of money. And again, always good service.

I ordered lunch delivery(sweet and sour chicken combo). The food arrived piping hot and delicious in just 15 minutes. I couldn’t make a sandwich this fast. I always order from Chen’s. I had no idea they were super heros

Awesome authentic food. Not an item on the menu we tried and didn’t like. They have excellent service and a fun atmosphere. Someone in our party had a gluten allergy and they were very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Ample parking. Top notch service, presentation of dishes is immaculate; food leaves nothing to be desired. This has me and my mothers go to Thai restaurant for over 20 years, you won’t be disappointed. Please try the duck 🤗

Runa Izakaya

The food, service and atmosphere was GREAT! I like that there was a plethora of different foods for the pickiest eater. I had a Japanese seafood pizza and authentic soda with a "creamy asian wine". I will DEFINITELY be going back!

I understand that this place is not in the City, but a few fundamental upgrades/refinements could certainly help this place and not hinder any quality issues. With that said, my first impressions of this japanese ramen resto is a commendable 3.5⭐️s. I have tried some really great ramen in the City like Rudys and Kyuramen and I can honestly say, that the broth in Runa Izakaya ramen bowls is very flavorful. Additionally, these are some of the lowest prices I have seen for tonkotsu or tan tan men ramen and the portions are exceptional. However, the tonkotsu ramen noodles, at least in my bowl, was slightly undercooked and stuck together, when they should be separated in long strands. Also, the presentation of the bowls was rather haphazard and hastily put together, but service was fairly slow. Customers that ordered before me received their similar ramen ahead of me by at least 15 minutes. Lastly, ordered the Spiderman maki roll which has soft-shell crab tempura (ssct), but the ssct was sparse and the rice and sauces overpowered its flavor. However, the price was much lower than other japanese izakayas; and so thereby reflected in the quantity and presentation of the maki roll. Nonetheless, it was still a pleasant meal with friendly staff and owners.
