MORA Oak Park
you can come in solo and sit at the bar. it’s very slow in the midday afternoon. cocktail menu is nice, although a little pricey for the location. the gyoza come from frozen and are deep fried. their most popular roll has 3 or 4 types of fish on it, and it’s tasty but could use something crunchy (like cucumber or something) to help the texture. the service staff were friendly.
My co-workers and I popped in for happy hour and we were NOT disappointed!!! The fuji apple sake, mora Mai Tai, ichimi margarita, Jazmin, and Zodiac drinks were GREAT!! Ask to have the Jazmin smoked! Took it to a whole other level. As far as happy hour bites... we ordered gyoza, lumpia, loaded fries (that yum yum sauce, OOOO WHEEEE 😋) crunchy brussels n kale. All were fabulous. We also got the wings, which were meaty, and some jasmine rice. A couple of us ordered the adobo fried rice to go... delicious and reheats well. We also got their 2 dessert offerings to round everything out. Tony, the manager, and our bartender, Caroline were phenomenal!! Make sure to check in with them and tell them the Buzz Cafe crew sent you. You will not be disappointed. We spent about $200 for 5 people. It was worth every penny and then some!!
Fong Lam
great spot. All of the food was extremely hot. the chicken was perfectly crunchy and sticky. service was excellent. they have a very good selection of items to choose from that I haven't seen available at other shops. highly recommend if you need a cheap fix.
It's been awhile since I've had this place and was in Coachella visiting so I decided to grab a plate of my favorite Chinese food. They definitely up the price and the food was HORRIBLE. The noodles where super light in color and lacked flavor it was like eating boiled noodles. The 2 different chickens I tried all tasted bad and the veggies that came with them tasted like they where bitter. The beef and broccoli was disgusting the beef was grey instead of brown and tasted like a wet napkin left in dirty sink water. Definitely not my favorite Chinese place anymore.
China Express
Best Chinese food in the Coachella Valley. Always fresh. Doesn’t taste like a refrigerator like other places. Family and staff are friendly. My kids love their noddles. Everything they make is delicious! Good portions and decent prices.
My general tso was a hit, it tasted so damn good 👍 😋 😩 and was made to order so it was fresh guaranteed, my Styrofoam plate was almost burnt from the sizzling oil from the general and mixed with white rice I obviously dug it in the excess oil and Sriracha sauce, I will be coming back for their other items for sure.
China 1
Chinese food at its best in Titusville. China One is a great place to pick up or dine in. Right next to Winn-Dixie. You can pick up an bring home for everyone. The Fried Rice w Chicken Wings is a perfect lunch or dinner. Come try it out and enjoy. Prices and atmosphere is just what the economy needed. Talk to Julie and she will help you find the perfect dish for you. Sweet & Sour chicken hits the spot too. Restaurant is very clean and has room for siting.
Awesome service. The food was really good. Fresh and hot as it was made while we waited. Vegetables were nice and crisp, not mushy like some Chinese places. We had sweet and sour chicken and cashew chicken. Reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. We have been there twice with the same results both times. We will return.
Thai Thai Cocoa Village
I’ve been to both locations, Cocoa village and Titusville, and they’re both very good, but the prices have gone way up and it’s just not worth the cost. I would recommend both locations but service is a little slow in the Cocoa village location. Great food and service, just a bit pricey.
My husband and I have visited this establishment on two occasions, and on both occasions, we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and, of course, the delectable cuisine. Their sushi offerings are particularly noteworthy, as each dish is meticulously crafted to order, ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness. Additionally, the establishment features a bar seating area directly in front of the sushi preparation station, providing an immersive experience for those who wish to witness the culinary artistry firsthand. The menu caters to a diverse range of preferences, ensuring that there is something to satisfy every palate. Furthermore, the establishment offers a selection of beer and wine, including a highly recommended house wine. Based on our experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cocoa Village. I anticipate future visits with great enthusiasm.
Thai Thai Sushi Bar
The Thai food is so good I didn't have time to take a picture.
