My husband and I had a wonderful Black Friday dinner there. My husband had #5 (Beef Rice Noodle Soup) and I had #2 (Seafood Noodle Soup). Both noodles are so delicious with the fresh ingredients. The two cold veggies appetizer dishes are so authentically delicious tasty. We ordered the pot stickers later which were super yummy. The restaurant is super clean and well decorated with Asian accents . Staff were very friendly and nice. Thanks for the excellent foods and services.

The food was so delicious that it literally tasted like my mom's cooking! From the moment we sat down, the owner treated us like family. She welcomed us with warm smiles and surprised us with complimentary appetizers that were absolute perfection. We ordered beef noodle soup and beef rice noodle soup, and the owner even gave us a small bowl of Dan Dan noodles just because I mentioned that I wanted to try it. Everything was perfect and the owner was so kind and generous. 祝您生意兴隆！

All workers are very friendly and the food is phenomenal. Very excited to have a sushi burrito place nearby that serves great quality food. Their poke bowls are very generous portions and worth every dollar. I’ve dined in and ordered to go, both great experiences.

Each bite was a delightful fusion of flavors that left us craving more! The service was equally excellent, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and making sure we had everything we needed. Food was great, I was going to sit in but got take out both times I've gone here. What I did not like is the middle aged lady that cleans the place took the order of 2 men that she saw come in after me when I had been waiting on her and she knew that. But still, the food is good, the place is clean, the tacos are a nice size, rice & beans taste good, and I like that they give you salsa in a sealed plastic bag vs a cup so it doesn't spill in the bag during takeout. Will be back soon..

The lady in charge of the food stand gave me the wrong order. When I called she tried to excuse herself for her obvious mistake. I went back for my refund and she tried to excuse herself again. She then whispered to the cashier to not give me the full amount. My family and friends have shopped at this location for years. She should not be working for customers. Very bad place. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I have been getting food from here for the last 10 years, dating back to when the restaurant was located in Palatine. While just about everything is very tasty, the chicken shish kabob is quite amazing. Amazing service as well; chef Ali goes out of his way to provide exceptional customer service.

Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Service was friendly and accommodating. Naan was hot, toasty, and freshly made with a delightfully chewy texture. Atmosphere as expected for takeout place with a few tables, was pleasant with soft music and very clean. I did dine in and was very pleased with the food and service.

Pro: awesome service and kindness, also delivered with care. Con: maybe a communication barrier and deals. In all my life I’ve always been offered a combo platter with meat, fried rice, and egg roll. However my daughter did love the honey or sesame chicken whatever it was I’m not sure because we didn’t order it but we received it and it was delicious. In the just of things, the food was here quickly. The driver and staff was polite, and the food was tasty where my expectations high? Yes!!

We ordered two entrees today. It was ready when we arrived for pickup. But, we were very disappointed in the contents. The Mongolian beef was non existent as it had very little beef and all onions. Yuk! What a cheap way to fill a container. The chicken and veges was 60% broccoli. Again a cheap way of filling the container. The taste of either entree was blah. It was way to expensive for what we got. We won't be back.

The food was wonderful. We receive samples so we could decide what we wanted to order. Would you recommend the sesame chicken and the hot and spicy chicken? You also get your choice of two sides and the portion size is very generous.

By far the best Chicken teriyaki I’ve had in a while. The portions are exceptional, I can honestly say I’ve never been let down. The servers are really nice ladies and occasionally a man, They are all wonderful. I highly recommend if you stop by Gurnee Mills.

This is a carry out place though it states dine in. I wouldn't recommend dine in thought there seems to be a table. Even for a carry out this place looks and feels chaotic. Initially I wasn't sure if the building was a restaurant or not. But when I walked up to the counter, that changed. Process is simple and easy. There are a variety of prepared dishes you can pick 1 entree or 2 entree meal. Portion sizes are big. I asked to stop adding more! Very generous and the lady who serves us super sweet. My first time and I was allowed to try the different flavors. So yummy. I decided on the 2 entree - spicy beef and sour soup (pork belly). All very authentic and flavorful. The lady even gave me some of the soup on the side. Such delish packed meal for $11.99.

Phone rings no picks up or answer then you call back and the busy tone you receive indicates they took the phone off the hook. I've tried ordering from them as several times wants to be honest with you I needed food for Wednesday but they're closed on Wednesday. Know the two times I need a food for Thursday and this is for the military party and again they're not answering their phones. Guess I'll go down the street to Lola's in North Chicago on Green Bay does they answer their phones

First of all , the Karage chicken is not pop corn chicken. Let me tell you something, I went in to order a Miso ramen for 17.99,the broth was medium, the chashu is just a huge cunk of fat with a quarter side piece of pork. The noodles are not fresh like other ramen shops that I've been to for less people. Honestly, don't waste your money in this location, and trust me, I'm not trying to be a hater, but this one really got me F up. Here are a few recommendations if you doubt my taste, please visit ((kitakata)) in Schaumburg or ((Ramen house)) in Vernon Hills. You will not be disappointed, and guess what? only 14 dollars and real Karage chickens. Honestly, kioto ramen go by people's ignorance and take advantage(in my opinion), but for 17 dollars for a bowl of ramen, it's insulting.

Visited Kyoto Ramen 5 days after their grand opening. We were seated immediately for dinner on a weekday. Inside is Asian themed and with some anime decor. Our waiter greeted us fairly quickly. Two of the appetizers we wanted to order they did not have. We opted for shrimp tempura. They tasted exactly like the frozen ones from Costco. When our appetizer came, we had to flag down a waiter for plates. The plates they gave us were paper plates. We were also given plastic forks. This gave off a very food court vibe. If I'm dining in, I expect to be using silverware and regular plates! We ordered Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. They were both mediocre at best. Soup for both ramen were warm and not hot. The chashu (pork belly) was all full of fat. Barely any meat on it. It was not good. I’ve had better. A great addition to Gurnee but I have no desire dining here again.
