This is the second time i have purchased a ham in the last two months. One for Thanksgiving and one for Christmas. I even brought my sister in to buy a ham. I have been buying Honey Baked Hams for 20 years from your establishment . Different locations but still the same delicious quality. The employees are very nice and helpful. This is the second time that a employee asked if i needed assistance. I would like to say that this one kind act is so greatly appreciated. Since i have a back injury it was nice to have the young lady carry both our hams to my car. I had my sister wait until i picked her up in front of the store. We are both seniors. I am so looking forward to having my ham for Christmas.

Very good sandwiches and delicious home made desserts. Quick service and homey atmosphere. This place might become one of my regular places.

First of all , the Karage chicken is not pop corn chicken. Let me tell you something, I went in to order a Miso ramen for 17.99,the broth was medium, the chashu is just a huge cunk of fat with a quarter side piece of pork. The noodles are not fresh like other ramen shops that I've been to for less people. Honestly, don't waste your money in this location, and trust me, I'm not trying to be a hater, but this one really got me F up. Here are a few recommendations if you doubt my taste, please visit ((kitakata)) in Schaumburg or ((Ramen house)) in Vernon Hills. You will not be disappointed, and guess what? only 14 dollars and real Karage chickens. Honestly, kioto ramen go by people's ignorance and take advantage(in my opinion), but for 17 dollars for a bowl of ramen, it's insulting.

Visited Kyoto Ramen 5 days after their grand opening. We were seated immediately for dinner on a weekday. Inside is Asian themed and with some anime decor. Our waiter greeted us fairly quickly. Two of the appetizers we wanted to order they did not have. We opted for shrimp tempura. They tasted exactly like the frozen ones from Costco. When our appetizer came, we had to flag down a waiter for plates. The plates they gave us were paper plates. We were also given plastic forks. This gave off a very food court vibe. If I'm dining in, I expect to be using silverware and regular plates! We ordered Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen. They were both mediocre at best. Soup for both ramen were warm and not hot. The chashu (pork belly) was all full of fat. Barely any meat on it. It was not good. I’ve had better. A great addition to Gurnee but I have no desire dining here again.

Great meal that the whole family can enjoy! We love stopping here halfway through a day at Six Flags! AMAZING at handling allergies and food restrictions! 100% trust them they’re wonderful!

Took me forever to give this place a whirl but I'm sure glad I did. I fell in love the first time trying this past December. It's amazing what you can do with a relatively short menu and turn it into a growing sensation. The teriyaki chicken here is the bomb! With some similarity to the likes of such competitors as Panda or Cajun Grill in the mall, TM definitely comes out on top as far as taste and that teriyaki sauce is boss! Clean dining area, still reasonable prices despite the madness roughly the last 4 years and friendly customer service servin' up delicious Asian fare. I hope this chain continues to expand and continue sprouting all over the country. I'm getting hungry thinking about my next trip there just typing this!

This place is an absolute GEM!!! Hayashi is a quaint Japanese restaurant with all the charm of being in a completely different part of the world. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the ambiance is so warm and inviting! They have a wall filled with drawings given to them by their customers over the years! And the food was absolutely AMAZING!! I was only in town to do shopping but I will definitely be back to eat here again.

Best service ever! Everyone is attentive and very friendly. They always have a home kind of vibe and you would always want to come back everytime! I was never a fan of sushi but their sky roll is the best! They are very kid friendly as well! Will definitely recommend!

This White Castle was just remodeled and it looks great! Service was professional, and fast. Food was delicious and made fresh. Highly recommend the onion rings. So delicious! Come check their new look out.

The food was wonderful. We receive samples so we could decide what we wanted to order. Would you recommend the sesame chicken and the hot and spicy chicken? You also get your choice of two sides and the portion size is very generous.

By far the best Chicken teriyaki I’ve had in a while. The portions are exceptional, I can honestly say I’ve never been let down. The servers are really nice ladies and occasionally a man, They are all wonderful. I highly recommend if you stop by Gurnee Mills.

Sweet and sour chicken is absolutely garbage. So dry and overcooked you choke on it. Quality is so bad. Fried rice is mid. Broccoli beef was mid. Egg rolls are tiny and tasteless. Spent $91 for 4 people. Pass on this place and save your money.

Although pricey for me, this place is WELL worth it. The quality and flavors are both high. I definitely feel it’s worth 12-20$ a plate. I haven’t had an opportunity to try the duck yet but it’s on my list to try! The employees are very accommodating and very pleasant. I’ve not eaten inside, only had delivery and pickup but all 3 experiences I’ve had so far have been more than pleasant. This is on my shortlist for repeat ordering for sure!! So far, we have had the seafood fried rice, the beef Japanese noodles, sesame chicken with fried rice and sweet and sour chicken with fried rice as well as pad Thai. The only negative is…the pad Thai is not so good as leftovers so eat that first! 😁

The hibachi guy didn't want to get off of his phone He told the woman no he wasn't going to when she told him to cook me some food. The other female came over and told him to do it and he got up and did it. That was the best food that I had in the entire place. I usually take down half a pot of egg drop soup and this was the nastiest I've ever tasted I could not take two bites. It was not even used with broth it was just water with egg and some plain oil that tasted like cleaner. The mushrooms were so slimy it's slipped right out of my finger. They were so squishy and slimy I couldn't get it to poke into the fork. I don't know how many days that fried rice was sitting in the container but it was extra hard no moisture at all. Not very many vegetables to choose from other than the basic salad. As a vegetarian I feel like $17 per meal as even not a vegetarian person would feel like $17 per meal is way overpriced. This shouldn't be priced over $9 a meal. It is not a gourmet It is a low class low budget not $17 a meal worth. Let me include the information that $17 was not even with a drink. Both my daughter and I each only had water. With a drink is probably $20. This is definitely not a $20 meal place at all. Not even close. I will go somewhere else next time. This place is very low class. It took extra effort and a second person just to get the kid off of the phone to work the hibachi grill. And the food is very, very old. I don't even know how the safety department allows this to be served.

My wife and my mother in-law came here once a week and had great experience with this place. So they took me here and the sushi had hair in it and the wasabi old and lost it green color. Food is not fresh it’s recooked and crusty. At least the Diet Pepsi tasted good.

Ordered the cajun shrimp combo, sides: fried rice and egg roll. Regretted it instantly. They do not devein their shrimp and the egg roll was stale.

In this better location, the food is only good when it is first made in the morning. By 1pm or starts to taste old. 🤔 also they use a lot of cheap inflammatory seed oils. These are not genuine avocado oil, so you are gunna get TONS of massive head and body inflammation the next day!!! There are 2 locations here, and I'm rating the much better one that is closer to the ice skating rink. Don't go to the other one because they really suck. Only go to the one near the ice skating rink!!! Anyway... This place is rated 3.7, but I think it is a 4.3. The price makes it a 3 star, however... The food tastes great. Vegetables are perfectly seasoned. It is too expensive for foodcourt food, however. Gotta lower them prices just a tad for it to be in the ranks to be considered as food court food

Second time dine in here and both experience were very good. Everything is so delicious! We love the big selection of Mexican food and today’s steak tastes like what we had in a steakhouse. The servers are very attentive and friendly. We would definitely come back in the future.

(11/11/24) Once again, enjoyed a great meal during the annual Veteran's Day dinner. I appreciate the kindness and motivation of the staff. Thank you again for providing an enjoyable evening. Enjoyed a Veteran's Day dinner at a later date (4/8/21). Restaurant is set up as per state regulations. I appreciate this place doing a Veteran's Day dinner despite they're losses due to COVID. So long as you don't mind using a plastic glove to serve yourself, Golden Corral is what it used to be. I must also mention the how dedicated and motivated the staff is. You never see them group together. They are always on the move.

Service was nicer than Chick fil a. Went near closing and the staff were super friendly. Literally, everyone had a smile on their faces… customer service was warm and welcoming (even when they were in a training status). Food was hands down… amazing! Can’t wait for the next experience here! Keep up the great work. Thank you for being an amazing establishment!

Went there to get my daughter and I some lunch brought it home and as I was almost finished with my dish, I found a hair wrapped around my fork, and I looked over at my daughters food just in case and the broccoli in her meal parts of it had black spots on it. Super unfortunate that I find this out when we are nearly done eating. Other than that, the service was perfect and the atmosphere is always calm

Have had the teriyaki chicken several times. Made to order. Very good. Just as good as Sarku in other malls. You also get a show.

The cream cheese rangoon was not very good and the sauce that came with it tasted unpleasant. The teriyaki chicken sample tasted good, though.
