Lee's Wok
The lady working the counter today May,31st 2024 at 3:09 PM was extremely rude. Every time she would respond to what we would like to order she was rude and she was very short with us. she wasn’t welcoming at all and she clearly lacks in costumer service. She sits in a chair behind the counter just eating food and watching t.v. When we got our food she gave us our bag, said have a nice day bluntly without eye contact and sat down. I checked my bag for the waters we ordered and all she said was oh and got us the waters that we order…that she would’ve forgotten if we didn’t ask. They also try to tape up all of the prices on the board. The food is over priced and its an inconvenience that you have to buy things separately instead of asking for a side. The food is also not even good for it to be priced like that. I will NOT be coming back. This was a waste of my money and time.
Thank goodness this place exists. This is your classic Chinese-American take out joint and the food is simply delicious. We ordered two dinner specials and a crab rangoon app - generous portions, hot, fresh, and tasty. Don’t expect any level of “service”; that’s not the point here. This is a mom and pop shop operated by food industry veterans. Just pick up your plate, quit yapping, and enjoy what you ordered because you won’t regret it. Friend chiming in: Regarding the service, the woman is lovely. You get everything you need and neither more or less, perfect in my opinion.
Szechuan Corner
This spot is primarily for takeout, so dining in wasn’t the best experience, as service was minimal. The food was decent, though the options were limited and nothing stood out above what you’d find at an average Sichuan place. The garlic pea pods were a solid choice, though.
Hidden gem! Really authentic Chinese cuisine. Our second time back, the spicy boiled fish is a must have!
Young's Chinese Restaurant
Well, the size of one portion was great, feeds two, but the dish "young governors chicken" was too frkn sweet. Really not what you expect of chinese food. It was like eating pancakes with syrup. What happened to real chinese food? Did you adapt to american sweet taste? Please, make real chinese food. This is not good.
The owner is very nice/sweet! The food was kind of over seasoned & under seasoned but it was pretty good. It doesn’t really look like a restaurant inside which was interesting but I didn’t really mind and the price was really good. The food also came out in like 5 minutes!
