Editing my review: In a recent visit, I was charged almost $2 more compared to the menu price for each item I ordered (dinner combo and Mongolian beef). I ordered the Mongolian beef to go, and upon warming it up discovered a hair (I have short coily hair, there's no way this is mine) and the bottom of the bowl supplemented with random noodles instead of more beef. Definitely disheartening. In short: The meal was fresh, delicious and fairly priced. The customer service was friendly and attentive from a distance. They have a new regular in me! I came in very close to their closing time (not purposefully) but they still treated me courteously as a dine-in customer. All of my food was cooked fresh to order. I chose the dinner special, which comes with an entree (I chose ginger chicken with no carrots), egg fried rice, and crab rangoon. I also ordered vegetable spring rolls, but it seemed like I received vegetable egg rolls instead, which I didn't mind, because they were delicious. The ginger chicken had a present ginger flavor that didn't overpower the delicate flavors of all the vegetables. The vegetables included were bell peppers, baby corn, snow pea pods, onions, and broccoli. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, long enough to soak up the flavor of the ginger sauce, but short enough to keep their crunchy texture. The egg fried rice was fluffy and well-seasoned, it did not require any extra soy sauce. The crab rangoon had a crispy, flakey exterior and a creamy, soft center, I almost ordered more despite not having the stomach space! The vegetable egg/spring rolls were filled with shredded cabbage and diced carrots, and came with a sweet and sour dipping sauce. Though I did prefer the sauce with the crab rangoon as opposed to the rolls, it did still enhance the flavor. The filling was tender and flavorful, with the same crunchy wrapping as the crab rangoon. You can tell that the crab rangoon and rolls were cooked fresh as well, not sitting under a heat lamp until someone orders them. An amazing meal with great customer service. Glad I don't have to order all the way from Chinatown to get good American Chinese cuisine!

Really, really, really great Chinese food! Everything is made fresh and made at order.. Seen how everything is made with real and fresh ingredients is amazing! Honestly, my whole family talked how is better than other restaurant we gone around town. Check out the pics for your self and see how delicious it looks! A must try in Chicago Lawn Area Owners are nice.. You won’t regret it!

I always get take out from here. Their salt and pepper tofu is very good. The guy behind the counter has always been very polite and receptive. I'm not sure why some folks have had a hard time.

Language barrier issues with the guy at the register completely disrespectful when I said pork fried rice not egg. Decided to give me both my kid has an egg allergy so thanks alot bringing that home.. he originally thought I said fries. Had to correct him several times. It's like he can't hear correctly behind the plexiglass. If you can't listen to a customers allergy request then you lose my business. I was supposed to of gotten 2 lunch specials then he wanted to charge me extra 4.50 for the rice that comes with the lunch special..... so a hunan spicy w/ pork Fri rice & general tso's both had egg rolls & can soda came out to almost over $30... you can get 2 plates in NYC for $7 each.. I won't be back. My chicken portion was over the top giving me breast sized chunks.
