I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chinor, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of traditional Uzbek decor that truly transports you to another world. The menu is a delightful mix of authentic Uzbek dishes, and every bite was bursting with flavor. I highly recommend starting with the plov, a rich, aromatic rice dish with tender lamb, carrots, and spices. It’s a true comfort food, full of depth and satisfying in every way. The manti (steamed dumplings) were perfectly cooked and filled with juicy, flavorful meat. For those who love grilled meats, the shashlik was exceptional—tender, smoky, and served with fresh vegetables and warm flatbread. The service was attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the chefs here take great pride in their craft, and it shows in every dish. Whether you’re new to Uzbek cuisine or a long-time fan, this place is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something unique and delicious.
Chinor offers an exceptional dining experience that combines authentic Uzbek cuisine with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu features a variety of traditional dishes, including the flavorful Kazan Kebab—fried lamb ribs served with potatoes and onions—and the savory Mimosa salad, made with canned fish, boiled potatoes, eggs, carrots, and onions seasoned with mayonnaise. My order was a dine in for Tashkent plov. It was 10/10. A standout among the team is waiter Husen & his co-worker Nafisa, whose exceptional hosting skills truly elevate the experience. Whether you're a connoisseur of Central Asian cuisine or new to its delights, Chinor Restaurant, with the assistance of outstanding staff like Husen, promises a memorable dining experience that will leave you eager to return.
