Food has always been good but noticed that’s it’s been beyond better than usual. I noticed this younger couple always in the front and popping orders out ever since I’ve seen them I’ve noticed the food is better than it was before (it was already good!) This is a great spot and it’s always clean inside. Clean establishment Good food Definitely get a bang for your 💲

Delicious food, authentic Chinese flavor, I loved it! I've tried it a few times and I always have a good experience, the workers are very friendly, they speak Spanish too. This time I ordered it for home delivery and it was surprisingly fast. I recommend it

Very good food and service. The folks here helped us on time and were nice about it too. They have an excellent hot sauce that has dried chilies steeped in oil, and is available upon request. It was the perfect thing to mix with fried rice.

While they are kinda rude when answering the phone, the food is fast, fresh, and delicious. I stopped by and tried the California sushi roll. Uploaded are the rolls with spicy mayo (HIGHLY recommend but they are extra $$) Will be coming back but I recommend asking about the daily specials before ordering for best bang for your buck.

Ordered Rice Noodles with Beef. They have option for chicken substitute as well.

Best Chinese food in Berwyn. Always fresh, hot and yummy.

They used to be my go to place but their food has lost its flavor and the quality is clearly not being purchased . For example : Shrimp fried rice had no flavor, very light in color and the SHRIMP WAS NOT DEVEINED. I was disgusted at the sight of the shrimp intestines. Wonton soup: a dark broth, almost no lettuce in it. Broth was lacking flavor. Potstickers : the actual potsticker was great but the sauce they gave had a weird taste. Not vinegary at all. Sadly I need to find a new place which makes me sad because staff is very friendly as others have mentioned. (I did take a picture of the Shrimp fried rice- hopefully I can attach to this review)

I liked this Chinese food. Thought it was very good & better than other places around. We got the salt pepper shrimp, bbq pork chow fun, beef broccoli & wonton soup. Prices are affordable & service was nice. I took off a star because they forgot the rice & had to come back to deliver it. Aside from that, everything was great! Delivery was much faster than time quoted (15 min earlier).

I never leave reviews, bc each their own, however, I have never ever had a more incredible egg roll. They must make them in house or found a perfect frozen but it doesn't taste frozen. Hand rolled and perfectly grilled fried. Unreal. I got the schzewan beef takeout, full of fresh veg, I miss the old Njoy but new management is crushing it. Best part is it still comes how I need Chinese, a curt and with limited English stern woman at the register, you pay now, here, pay, sign here. They also remodeled, so pleasant to walk in. Here, you sit now!

Good food, friendly staff, clean and welcoming environment. Plenty of parking outside. We ordered almond shrimp, hot and sour soup, crab rangoon, and curry beef. Portions are big and foods are delicious!

Absolutely delicious, seriously I didn't plan on reviewing today but it's serious, so happy and very full, got the mongl beef crazy good, the lrg orange chicken wow crazy fresh and not so sweet I loved that so much, and mine which is new tiny noodles but surprised I loved it to, ahh oh was called chicken lo maine wow and those huge scallions that was just Absolutely amazing to and so over the top I was very excited seeing those ugh so yummy ... I haven't even finished last bite and I've already picked out 4 speciality chef meals for my future visits wow I have to go to work wink, I'll have to come back, so happy and great portions, piping hot and loveys they gave me free cookies! It was the first time I ordered delivery and I didn't like it at all, the rice was tasteless, the Chinese rolls were also tasteless, the rice was supposed to be beef and it had like 4 little pieces and it was a Large rice, they decreased the quality completely, they were very good but not anymore.

Overall, I really do like this place. 1. They are always very nice 2. They deliver in a timely manner 3. The pineapple fried rice is the best! Idk what they put into sauce wise but it’s so good. Why did I give 4 stars then? In all honesty, sometimes the flavoring of the food seems bland and can be inconsistent sometimes. Example being the chicken and broccoli (picture attached) was not very flavorful and seemed to be missing something. But by no means does this mean I’ll stop ordering and supporting Win Hao. Compared to most places in this area this is our go to place!

Loved the food here. Very fresh. Chicken fried rice is great. We tried dinner combination and it is very good, well sufficient for the price. Roll, fried rice, soup and an entree all for below 10$. Plus food is amazing. Definitely recommend takeout spot.

Solid mainline Asian restaurant. Wasn't crowded and they served us peanuts when we got there, kind of odd but we enjoyed them. They dont serve alcohol but it looked to be byob. Sushi was okay not great. The sweet potato roll was nice and crunchy while our specialty roll tasted good it was too large to eat in one bite. Eggplant dish was probably the best thing we had. I would come back but might try other restaurants first.

I'm on 1100 S Oak Park Ave and this is my go to spot. The veg is always fresh/crisp and delivery is on point Also... obvi I don't think the almond cookies are made on site... Regardless their subtle sweetness is the perfect finish to a great meal 😊

Man. My go to spot in the burbs great prices food is always amazing! Comes hot everything is cooked to order and I mean ANYTHING you get is amazing. Just get the food and thank me later.

Patronized for the first time on 12/22/2024. Boy did I regret it. 😃I'm going to have to contain myself to not go back. I had been craving sushi specifically cooked, I dont eat raw fish. I found the taste I was looking for. Something that didn't taste store bought. The rolls I had were very good. I had the Las Vegas Roll it's deep fried with salmon similar to the one a chain restaurant sells but Jwoks was better. And I had the Spicy Mexican. If you love avocado, you will love these. I also ordered the vegetable fried rice. So much flavor didn't need to add soy sauce..Fresh and hot. My only con was I wish the rolls were bigger and expensive for the price. I'm happy I finally tried this place. They have daily specials too. Try them out.

Quality of food and service in need of attention! I often hesitate writing critical reviews. The experiences at J Wok, however, have encouraged me to comment on the poor quality of the food and the most unkind service found at the take out venue. For sometime, we have joyed the food, ambiance, and service at Sushi Junkie. From the folks working there, we understood that the same family or group owns J Wok. Under such an impression, we have tried ordering various types of food from J Wok. While ordering online has been fair, once at the venue, the reception, tracking of the order, and getting the food has been consistently not pleasant. We have had a young man and women and a mid-age person tending to our various orders, including Chinese, Korean, and Japanese foods. Invariably, not very kind service. In comparison to other Asian establishments, the packaging of the food seemed carelessly put together. The quality of the food has been consistently poor. Even a simple dish such as fried rice, which we ordered once, was not pleasant to the eye, the condiments were off, and the meet had the consistence of rubber. Well, we thought, as we placed our last order (literally), maybe Chinese or Korean foods are not their things, despite their advertising. We should stick to what we know is good. Lets order take out sushi. Again, the assumption was that the food would be as good as what we have had Shushi Junki. Nope, we were wrong. The picture below, depicts a 60 dollars order (seaweed salad missing). The food lacked presentation, it was packed tightly in one container, the sauce from one item shared with the other items, slivers of discolored fish... enough to say, we decided to take discard the food. I wish I could have something positive to comment on about J Wok. I feel that the businesses need to work on respecting their customers, serving quality of food, and contributing to our community life.
