Ibu's Kitchen
Delicious fresh food and lovely service! Tried this place on a whim though weren't familiar with this cuisine. The guy was super nice and helpful and gave us a picture menu which was really useful with SO many new-to-us options. We ordered Bihun Goreng and Nasi Rendang, and they were so fresh and flavorful! The Nasi Rendang comes as a bowl with white rice (tomato and cucumber slices) and cuts of very tender beef in a sauce. The seasoning is a cozy, spiced vibe with a hint of heatđś. The Bihun Goreng was literally the best thing Ive eaten in months! A stir-fry rice noodle dish with veggies and chicken. Seasoned and cooked perfectly. The dishes both had great balanced flavors and you can feel all the love that goes into the food there. The restaurant is really cute and they have lots of food/snack items for sale. It is also impeccably clean. It's super small, tho. I can imagine getting a seat will become a lot harder once everyone finds out about this great place! I cant wait to go back and try more things! [Edited for spelling]
We got there about 30min before they close so we ordered take out. The most authentic and delicious Indonesian food I've found so far since I moved here. Taste + portion + price, couldn't be happier! The owner's very friendly They sell some groceries too. Definitely will come back for more food
Main Moon Chinese Restaurant
âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Main Moon has been our go-to restaurant for over a decade, and for good reason. The owners are simply amazingâalways warm, welcoming, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. Every time we visit, we're treated like family, and that personal touch makes dining here a truly special experience. The Chinese food at Main Moon is unbeatable. It's always fresh, loaded with a generous amount of vegetables and protein, and full of authentic flavors. Unlike other places, their dishes are consistently prepared with the highest quality ingredients, ensuring a satisfying and healthy meal every time. The portions are also fantasticâperfect for sharing or enjoying on your own. No matter what we order, the food is always delicious and leaves us wanting to come back for more. After more than ten years of dining here, Main Moon has become our favorite restaurant, and it's the one place we always recommend to friends and family. If you're looking for amazing Chinese food with outstanding service, Main Moon is the place to be!
I mean, what is not to love about good food at a great price with good service. When i have meetings in this area. I love to go here. Heads up, you're going to have leftovers. The food always seems fresh, not overly sauced, hot, fast and tasty. I also like their lemonade and the fact that they have fried and steamed dumplings.
Suxian Asian
Got the food and the egg roll was good but it was refrozen and you could tell that it was due to the dark color from being refried. The food was just terrible got chicken and broccoli lo-mein and it tasted like cat food and looked terrible. The chicken was dark and tasteless looked like it was boiled. The broccoli had close to zero crunch and looked and acted as it was fake obviously wasnât. The flavor of the noodles and the consistency was terrible almost overcooked. The sauce was the worst looking. Lo-mein should not look like this the chicken should be white and full of flavor holds it shape. Should have crunch to the broccoli and the brown sauce should be bursting with flavor and have multiple colors to it this looked like soup sauce. Couldnât even finish it threw it out.
This was out second try and still disdapointed. Teryoki beef sticks was the saving grace. Fried rice was dry, pork lomein has 2 carrots and a few onions. My father is the easiest man to please and he didn't think it was good either. Time to move on...
KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot
My server was greatâfriendly and attentiveâbut Iâm giving 3 stars because the food took way too long to come out. I visited during a late lunch, so the restaurant wasnât even busy, yet each order took at least 15 minutes. Also, the portion sizes felt off: the meat dishes were pretty small, while the vegetable orders were huge. The overall experience was just okay.
We had a great time until extortion set in. I am in the sustainability and regenerative field for my career. They spoke of a food waste charge if we didnât eat all of the food. This is what they say in the beginning at least. We are vegetarian/pescatarians so the staff told us we wouldnât get the same value since we donât eat meat up front. This was our Valentineâs Day dinner experience, so we decided to proceed. Particularly because they spoke of a sustainable measure for food waste. We proceeded to eat, the food was great that we cooked. However, I had to take a work zoom call and was getting full so I asked for the other half of my Hot pot soup to go. They then proceeded to say it was $15 to take the rest of my miso broth and vegetable soup to go (Iâm vegetarian). Nothing was said up front about this. We paid nearly $100 with tip for two hot pots and I had a little less than 1/2 my soup left. This is not a sustainability initiative and instead is extortion. This ruined our otherwise great experience. Had they said this in the beginning, honestly we would have had a different date night. Unfortunately, them lying about the food waste charge- which is not the case, because they threw away the food that I didnât take home. So now youâre contributing to food waste further and charging $32 per person to make their own soup as is⌠highway robbery!
Bombay Kitchen
The best part is that the food is very flavorful and generally is prepared well and comes out hot. But itâs pricy. Most items are $17.99!! I had the lamb curry and the vegetable korma and the butter chicken and the veggie Samosa and all tasted really good. Cost me $70!! I say generally prepared well because the lamb curry was extremely oily! The red oil settled on top in a thick layer and I had to pour it off in a can when I got home because it was probably a quarter inch of oil. The biggest downside is they took 35 minutes to prepare my order after I submitted it online. This is awful when you have a time Limit punch. The man who met me at the cash register when I came in told me he had a new guy who was slow. And thatâs for sure. Also, inside the restaurant is really nothing great. A couple of booths and a few tables. The buffet machinery is set up there, but thereâs nothing in it. Doesnât look like they use it now even though itâs signed on the front door.
Great flavors and a wide combination of India dishes. We came in mid afternoon, so it was just a few people being served, most were take out orders. Very friendly and casual service. I had the Lamb Vindaloo and it came out great with nice flavors and just the right amount of spice (I love spicy good). My wife had vegetable samosas and rice. I know they have a great lunch buffet. Restaurant is small with a dozen tables and a textured beige/brown walls and red table cloths. The reason for the 4 verses 5 stars is the use of foam and plastic utensils for in-store dining.
China King
As busy as the parking lot was in the shopping center I was surprised that this Chinese restaurant was dead. Besides the workers, I was the only patron inside of it. The general Tso Chicken was tough. Extra breading and too much sauce. It's as if you were chewing your way through sweet taffy candy. I wasn't expecting to be blown away by this place, but take a little bit of pride in your establishment. The lackluster personality of the workers was off-putting. I won't be back, and it looks like a lot of people never did come back either.
My 2nd time and one of my favorites in the area! I love the whole wings!!! The food is always hot and portions are so plentiful! Shrimp Fried Rice / Fried Chicken Wings. I also tried the Crab Rangoon which were very tasty with the sweet mixture in the inside!
Da Foodie Spot Atl
First time eating here today firstly ordering was a bit all over the place as they have menus on DoorDash, Postmates, Gruhub, etc but they have different items available. Like the salads are only available online and on one of those sites. Nonetheless we went up there to order. We were seen promptly & it maybe too 20-25 minutes to get out food. I ordered the Philly eggrolls with fries, Cajun pasta with shrimp & got wings. The pasta was so good, the pictures does it NO justice but it tasted heavenly. The Philly egg rolls kind of remind me of a beef empanada with teriyaki sauce drizzled but it was also delicious & hot. The total wasnât above $45 for 3 meals & a bottled drink. I can see myself visiting again. 4 stars because yall need to get the menu together across ALL ordering platforms.
I arriv3d around 4:45 pm. on a Thursday (yesterday). I ordered the 10 piece lemon pepper wings and a shrimp alfredo pasta add chicken. The wings were tasty teetering on too salty. They were cooked hard, and because they were so small, some were very hard and the meat cooked out. They are the home of the 75-cent wings. Now that shrimp pasta add chicken was shameful. Over cooked pasta with an odd taste. It tasted like one of those 100 seasonings doesn't go in alfredo. It was pools of grease in the container. The chicken tasted ok from a stand-alone point. The shrimp were over seasoned, covered in cheese, and overcooked. It was a greasy, sloppy plate of overcooked and over priced food. I wanted to support and stop by. I recommend you do not do the same. Unless you're just grabbing the 75 cent wing special. And that is borderline a no. 2 out of 10 do not recommend. I peeled the layers of cheese and sauce off the shrimp and ate those and the larger pieces of chicken. I ate all the wings and spit out what couldn't be chewed. It was a waste of 35 bucks. I should have only ordered the 10 piece wings for 7.50. The atmosphere is 3 two person tables.
Lucky Key & Fuji Ya
This review is for the LUCKY KEY SIDE of the restaurant. Service was friendly but a little disjointed. We were served egg role and our choice of soup before we ordered our entrees. I think out hot tea was forgotten, and when reminded, the server said it requires very hot water to be its bestâŚ. The tea came out a few minutes later and was not the usually hot temperature Iâm familiar with. Our entrees, Hunan chicken and garlic shrimp, were good and plentiful, although nothing notable. The soups and egg roll were excellent. I look forward to trying the hibachi side of the restaurant.
Extremely pleasant staff! My sister and I had dinner and the staff was very nice. The service was good. The Sake was great! Looking forward to returning to try other food options. Plus, I noticed they had hibachi going on! Definitely want to check that out.
Panda Express
So I got my food to go and realized once I opened it up, it had a piece of hair in it Grey to be exact. I took it back and showed the picture to one of the staff. The attitude about it was less that customer service. It was more as if I was a bother to her. She said the manager wasn't there so I can get something else or come back later when the manager was there. I just got 5 egg rolls equivalent to the order. I realize that sometimes even restaurants have not so good days, but great attitude and customer service will draw your customers back. Not in this situation! Bad day, and bad attitude? Sorry, but I've patronized your facility for the last time.
I havenât had Panda Express in a long time. Normally Iâm not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, but Iâve been craving it lately. I got a plate with lo me in, orange chicken, and Beijing beef. I think entrees vary by location because some of the in store ines werenât reflected on the website. The lo mein was bland and couldâve used more soy sauce or any type of sauce. The orange chicken and Beijing beef werenât hot or as crispy as Iâd like. I also decided to add 3 crab Rangoons for $2 as a treat. It tasted good with sweet and sour sauce. The workers were very nice and thorough. For example, the Asian lady at the register spoke so kindly and asked me several questions like do I want a water cup or do I want any sauces. Surprisingly, the restaurant was clean. There werenât any crumbs or stains at the booth I sat at. They have a big parking lot right next to the store.
