This is a szechuan restaurant so a lot of things are spicy! Casual environment. The chairs were not comfortable, they are hard metal slippery chairs. This place is popular as there really isn’t any other authentic place around like this. It took a half hour for our party of 4 to be seated on a Friday night around 7:30. They have a small waiting area in the front, you put your phone number down and they text and call you so you can leave and come back as well. We ordered about 7 dishes to share between us 4, some were apps and some were big share plates. I really liked the cheese balls that looked like pumpkins. They were sweet, warm and gooey. The green beans are also delicious. Crunchy and not too spicy. The fried chicken and dough had spicy peppers piled high so I didn’t eat too much. I did like the texture of the chicken and the dough was an interesting thing to try. The blueberry fried chicken was addicting, tasted very unhealthy since deep fried and battered. The gooey sweet sauce was delicious and I liked the plum blueberries with it. The white rice on the side is a must, goes with all the dishes and the hot tea they serve is very good as well. We also ordered a tofu dish that was too spicy for me. The soup dumplings were excellent, the right amount of soup and the flavor was meaty and salty and delicious. Next time I would come back and get one of the big fish dishes in the huge platter I saw people sharing. It looked really good. I would come back! I left do full! And it didn’t break the bank.
We ordered three dishes, toasted fish, Sautéed Water Spinach W. Fermented Bean Curs Sauce and Stri-fried Pig Kidney. The taste is really close to traditional Chinese food, which is truly surprising. We strongly recommend the kidney, mouthwatering
Egg Roll King
Egg Roll King is hands down our family’s favorite Chinese takeout in Savannah! Every dish is packed with flavor, always hot, fresh, and made with so much love — you can taste the care in every bite. The consistency is unreal; whether it's your first time or your hundredth, it hits every time. The owners are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet — they treat you like family and genuinely make you feel like part of their team. We love everything about this place and somehow keep loving it more and more. Can’t wait for their new location to open — we’ll be first in line!
Ride my bike three miles to go this place whenever I have the urge for Chinese. Never let me down and the cashier dude is the coolest cat alive y’all. 10/10 will be back for more! Not a good pic but my belly is not complaining.
Long Garden Chinese Restaurant
I had gotten my food yesterday and the barbecue chicken tasted like it was barely cooked..especially the fatty parts, it tasted very weird and its yellow..I kept having to spit it out. The rice is tasteless and hard. Throughout the night i felt so nauseous, which led to excessive amounts of vomiting. I kept vomiting out the food that i had ate from them. I had gotten the barbecue chicken with the vegetable fried rice. I ended up getting food poisoning from that food and I am still vomiting as I write this ..Personally i wouldnt recommend this place.
Food is tasteless!! I ordered a shrimp fried rice with green onions and eggs which was not in the rice. Fried wings were ok but small and had a funny after taste. Plus you only get 4 wings, which should at least be 5 for $13.00! The food here is not that good. Do not stop here unless you are too hungry to go someplace else.
Panda House
Kinda felt some type of way that I spent 50 dollars and didn't get a free gift. Also, I feel like somebody ate outta my platter before I got it. However, taste wise, they're awesome
Don’t order pork fried rice from here, they only serve you like one piece. 🤦 worst place ever, I promise you. Look at the picture, not one pork on there.
Ming Garden Chinese Restaurant
Best Chinese food in town. Best I’ve ever had actually. This food is so good you will immediately go into the contacts section of your phone and delete any Chinese food restaurant you have saved in there. You will never see this type of food the same way again. The service is top notch and you got to be ready in the lobby. Absolutely love this place. Number #1
It's a little carry out spot, but the food is good. A variety of dishes, including chicken and seafood. They also have some bubble tea. There is a kiosk to order from, or you can call in an order to pickup. Their Cheese Rangoon are tasty!
Old Peking
We were craving dumplings and hence picked this restaurant. We ordered the steamed vegetable dumplings, eggplant with garlic sauce and white rice, and a dinner combo - ma po tofu that comes with vegetable fried rice and egg roll. Overall, the service was prompt and friendly and the portion size for the food was great! The taste of the dumplings was slightly disappointing (very thick outer layer, almost tasted like a bao) and even though the other two dishes were tasty, they were quite oily and filled us up too quickly! The food is great value for money but not sure if we will visit again.
Food was trash.. I ordered the Chicken w/ Broccoli and it was a complete waste of money.. The chicken came out overcooked and had a soggy texture.. Worst part was the aftertaste it gave me smh. Whatever MSG they used is definitely not it!! I'm tight point blank.
Taste of North China
The environment is clean and hygienic, the space is spacious, there’s a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors are great. The service is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!👍🏼 And It’s best to dine in, as the food doesn’t taste as good when it’s taken to-go and eaten later at home.
The food here is exceptional! The cauliflower is perfectly seasoned and full of flavor, while the soup is absolutely amazing—rich, comforting, and packed with delicious depth. Highly recommend!

Is my second time going here, i change my favorite Chinese place for this one, and is amazing,The food and some item we love are way better than the other restaurant. The Boneless spare ribs taste super good. Everything was cooked on the spot. The front Person was really nice, super friendly. She listen and took our order well. When i tell you the boneless spare ribs are delicious they are 🙂. All the food was great 🙂. The place isn't very pleasing, it doesn't have decorations ir sitting to dine in or wait. It's takeout or delivery. Also is only cash, so make sure you have cash with you.
Best in the area! Friendly staff I go at least once a week ✅
