These were the best crab rangoons I’ve ever had, and the sesame chicken never misses. Food and service here is always a 10/10

This place deserves a much higher rating than what people are giving it! I have been waiting 8 years (how long I've lived here) for Athens to have a consistent Chinese restaurant and it's FINALLY here! The food is authentic, the chicken is all white meat and it is family-owned. The portions are HUGE. A dinner portion of Sesame chicken is enough to feed myself, my husband and our toddler. The crab Rangoon is my FAVE! Everything comes out piping hot and high quality. Don't waste your money elsewhere-go give them a try and thank me later!

My favorite take out spot!! Everything is amazing, but I love the noodles with roast pork & their dumplings! Service is always good & food is ready fast!

Decent and affordable Chinese food. I was honestly expecting to enjoy this more since a few of my friends really enjoy getting takeout from here. I got shrimp and veggies, which had 5 shrimp, but lots of veggies. They were still a bit crisp and brightly colored, which was nice. Hubby got sesame chicken, which was alright. I wouldn’t recommend getting the wonton soup. It was a bit bland. If you’re looking for an affordable meal, I’d suggest getting the small serving of meat and rice, which is around $6. Wouldn’t recommend combo.

Like any restaurant you go to regularly you find the dishes you like and that’s what you order. I like SaCha Beef and their egg foo young is good. They have great egg rolls and I sometimes get the house made hot mustard (it will light you up!) with the egg rolls. Hot and sour soup is one of our favorites. The service is always very good and the people are nice. It’s different than the Chinese we used to enjoy in NJ and Connecticut, but it’s good.

Customer service is always so kind and attentive. Food comes out hot and delicious every time, the atmosphere is clam and serene. I love coming here for the food and decor, as well as the happy people.

We were craving Chinese food and decided to check out China Wok, which seemed to be the most affordable option nearby. As they say, you get what you pay for, but this place definitely surprised us in a few ways. I placed a takeout order, and the staff member on the phone was friendly, patient, and accommodating. I was hoping for honey wings, even though they weren’t on the menu, and he was more than happy to add honey sauce to my order of chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. My husband went with the Orange Chicken combo plate, and we also got some cheese wontons. The wontons came out crispy and warm, which was a great start. The fried chicken wings? Absolutely amazing—crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned. I honestly didn’t even need the honey sauce, they were that good. The rice was decent, though it could’ve used a bit more seasoning. The orange chicken was also tasty, with the perfect balance of citrus flavor. Overall, we were happy with our choice. I gave it 3 stars mainly because we got takeout, and my husband noticed it was a bit busy when we picked up the order. Still, if you’re on the fence about trying it, I’d definitely recommend giving China Wok a shot. We’ll be back for sure!

The food was like leftovers heated up. The beef, in our rice, was watery, like it was washed. Everything tasted old, like it sat at a buffet under a hot lamp for too long.

Never had any issues. The food is always great and cooked in an appropriate amount of time. We love the bourbon and sesame chicken. Shrimp egg rolls and shrimp fried rice. Prices are not over priced.
