After a VERY long day I went to grab fast food here, and I'm so glad I did. Michelle did an OUTSTANDING job of customer service. She was genuinely kind and patient. I really appreciated this level of service, and would not have expected it from a fast food place. Thank you.

I recently visited Panda Express and was disappointed by the experience. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming, with staff appearing disinterested and unfriendly. The food, which is usually the highlight of a visit, was far from fresh—everything tasted stale and lacked the flavor I’ve come to expect. It seemed as though it had been sitting out for far too long. Overall, the lack of hospitality and the poor food quality made this visit an unpleasant one. I hope they improve both their service and food standards in the future.
