New China Restaurant (Sugarloaf pkwy)
The manager(owner) is so sweet and accommodating. food is pretty good. Can’t find a truly good Chinese place anymore, but this place is pretty close. Food quality is good.
So I go to the near by university and I am on this no meat for the month thing! I discovered this Chinese restaurant and it’s so good ! The portion sizes will most definitely keep you full. The price is fair also! First time I ordered shrimp Lo mein with an spring roll, second time I ordered vegetarian with garlic sauce and fried rice ! This plate lasted for two meals! My friends even ordered plates with meat and said this new place to eat! Very clean and staff was friendly ! I’ve returned twice and plan return more !
Red Ginger
This was one of the few restaurants open Christmas day. After a movie, a group of us went to have an early dinner here. We were seated right away. We ordered a couple of basil rolls (spring rolls with a rice wonton), that were eaten too quickly to get a photo of them. So yummy! Then we ordered shrimp pad Thai, pad Thai with noodles, and red curry with tofu. Everything was fresh made and flavorful. The wait staff is top notch! I also like that the menu has a nice variety.
I recently tried the fried rice from here and found it lacking in both flavor and ingredient variety. The dish could benefit from a stronger seasoning profile, as it was quite bland overall. Additionally, the fried rice contained only four shrimp, which felt sparse for the price, and there were very few vegetables, making the dish feel unbalanced and lacking in texture. A more generous portion of shrimp and a better mix of vegetables would significantly improve the dish. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality and would recommend revisiting the recipe to enhance both flavor and ingredient proportions
Panda Express
We came to Sugarloaf Mills to see a movie and have a day with the kids. We decided to eat first and most of us chose Panda Express. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was good; everyone was pleasant and their area was clean. I was expecting prices to be higher at the mall, but I paid right around $11.00 for this bowl and drink. We also go the apple pie egg rolls because none of us had tried them. We liked all of our food. The temperatures were perfect and the taste was too.
This people don't want to work they seem like there just to be there... They became cheap before u use to get a least 1 refill now no refill dont recommend this place to no one....
Hibachi-San
My girls go to the mall just for this food, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. Today was the worst experience yet. While ordering, the employee Kate was inattentive and had an attitude. I had to ask her to focus on my order, but she responded with even more attitude. When I asked for a manager, she claimed there wasn’t one available—which I know isn’t true. I still went ahead with my order, but even then, it wasn’t prepared correctly. Disappointed to see this place decline, especially since it’s a favorite for my family.
Habachi San in sugarloaf mills mall has stood the test of time. It’s one of the fast food restaurant in the food court since the mall had open back in November 2001. Over 24 years. Still love habachi San even thought they don’t serve beef like they used to. Price might have gone up but it’s the closest thing to a homecooked meal I could buy on the fly. Besides I worked in the restaurant industry before & unless you’re eating out at a fine dining every restaurant wether sit in or take out all food comes in bulk frozen in a large freezer in the back of the house, cooked on a flat grill.
J Buffalo Wings
Horrible service! Run! My daughter and I placed an Uber eats order and received something totally different . The app had combo so I ordered 20 piece combo with rice, she said later that order only come with fries but I paid $30 so why didn’t they keep the fries and add the rice I even made an extra note of exactly what the order is so they know how to prepare it and we still received a jacked up order and this is how it arrived! The drink wasn’t even protected with the stickers! And let’s say it’s all just a simple mistake the customer service was horrible as the young lady who andwered the phone was rude and hung up instead of explaining. This is how much these business appreciate our dollar! They don’t!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited J Buffalo and was fortunate enough to be served by Carolina. Her exceptional service made the dining experience absolutely fantastic! Carolina is incredibly attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met without being intrusive. She has a warm and friendly demeanor that made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our visit. The food was delicious, but Carolina's excellent service truly elevated the experience. I highly recommend dining at J Buffalo and asking for Carolina. She is a true asset to the team!
China King
Friendly. Food is most likely going to be hot but, the wait time is horrible. Long wait time. Dine in or take out. Delivery services will have to go inside to pickup.
I placed a $40 delivery order at 9:30, at 10:20 they call to get payment over the phone because for new customers they require payment up front. Meanwhile, no one said anything when I placed the order, and that is not stated anywhere on their website.
