Panda Express
As much as I enjoy this specific location, it has gone downhill and I fear it’s due to management. The only solice we had was the cashier sha, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. She successfully offered my wife Teriyaki chicken when the Orange chicken was unavailable, which is a feat in itself considering how indecisive she is lol. I just wish they had more hands on the line to help the young lady in the back, she’s clearly overworked and does not want to be there. The food was hot and fresh as always but the workers there need to actually WANT to work there
My experience, there was very horrible as I was getting served. There was a specific young lady that had the nastiest attitude and because of me stating that I did not need more than I wanted as far as three scoops of rice I told her to put the extra rice back, I’m not gonna eat all that she Immediately got an attitude, walked away from my food, and stated to another young man you can help her very aggressively I proceeded to ask what was her problem? What was the issue? If she do not want to be here then go home if she does not like her job, we all have choices quit as she sat on a crate. Just staring my way talking whatever she was talking because I did not hear her so as I continue on to go to the register to get cashed out, I waited on the young man to continue to wait on someone else. I happen to look at her and she stated as she was sitting down I’m assuming throwing a temper tantrum so now you want my help in a very ignorant way so I continue to tell her there’s nothing that she can help me with so You can continue sitting there then she stated I didn’t wanna help you anyways since she walked through that door, you’ve been an asshole so then I want to tell her that she does not know me like that and as soon as I said that she jumped up as if she attempted to try or she thought that she was going to try to fight me and stated you don’t know me like that anyways I will come from around this counter And beat your ass and one thing that I know clearly that’s something that she clearly will not do and cannot do so another employee the young man tried to stop her as she continue to try to come from around the The counter, I had one of my associates with me and the associate pushed me back and said it she’s not gonna do anything. I’m standing right here the way she acted was horrible. That is something as a manager that I will not tolerate. We work on a military facility we serve people serve serve service members That a misrepresentation. For this company it’s very unprofessional as if she has no home training so to have an employee that’s working for your establishment is very distasteful and again very unprofessional To an extent that service members of the military walked out very sad.
