Kano House in Cumming, Georgia, offers a good ambience and service, but the food quality could use some improvement. During our visit, we had hibachi, and unfortunately, the vegetables were burnt, and the chicken was overcooked. We also tried sushi, which was decent but not exceptional. While the overall dining experience was pleasant due to the atmosphere and service, the quality of the hibachi needs attention.

The food was good, but was totally disappointed with the service we received. The server who was appointed for us was in such a rush, he did not even take the complete order. Always missed atleast one of the orders. We did order rose tea at the start of the dinner and only got to know that it was unavailable at the end of the meal. Overall a disappointing experience.

I can only give stars for the food as I ordered through Door Dash as I was feeling under the weather! I'll update the stars for service and atmosphere when I order in person. I ordered the wonton soup! (My go to for Chinese food!) The broth was good but, imo, lacking flavor so I added Sriracha sauce to give it more kick. The size of the wontons were small but I really enjoyed them that way. The wontons had great flavor. This was a perfect meal for a rainy damp day! Looking forward to stopping in and place another order! Another positive is that I'm only 2 miles from them! Easy to get to from Stratford Rd. Near Sheetz in the Food Lion Plaza! Update, one week later. I ordered wonton soup again, via Door Dash, and I was very disappointed with the wontons. This time the wontons were very mushy and it also seemed that there was less filling inside.

Best hot and sour soup anywhere in three counties. I have tried them all. Batch made by the same expert cook. Everything I’ve ever ordered here was hot, fresh & delicious and ready within 15 minutes of ordering.

I always get delivery from here, but have been doing so for the last 5+ years. They're always friendly, helpful and overall very nice! Food is always delicious and consistent. My family and I have had many of their dishes and haven't had a serious complaint yet.

Steamed dumplings are the best in town. Hand made and full of delicious meats. Delivery is always on time and with a smile. Also love their mai fun. They work so hard to provide a great product at a very reasonable price. Small but consistently good!

Been ordering from this restaurant for two years never had any issues, never returned anything, until today ... Ordered vegetable noodles and kung pow chicken... The noodles were very salty, and the kung pow chicken was not spicy, chicken was not crispy and there was no sauce.. understandable, everyone has an off day.... The issue was their behavior and inability to be tactful... I returned the food and the two people I spoke to that work there made a scene in front of a restaurant full of customers being loud and drawing attention to the situation... very classless and unprofessional. Disappointing. Update: I paid $18.46 in cash, but then get a text from them saying they cancelled my order because my card got declined... When I called to ask why that was done the man I spoke to said the manager did it . I will not be buying food from this place again. Add lying to the list of their lack of professionalism.

The melted cheese for the steamed broccoli was atrocious, the onion rings could have been cooked a little better but they were okay, I loved the steamed carrots staff were really nice

It was my first time at this location! It did not disappoint! Everything from the food to the service was outstanding!

The servers are always very attentive and nice, The food is also great :) I got the hibachi filet steak and scallops- they also gave me free shrimp, I don’t know if it was on purpose or not but I liked it.

Food here is pretty good compared to most hibachi places, but service is hit or miss and their substitution policy is crazy (I half understand not allowing substitutions on Hibachi (even though almost all of your competitors do), but why force me to get it on my plate? Let me say leave it in the back to reduce food waste). An average restaurant experience with it's high and lows that I wouldn't usually bother reviewing. That is until my last visit... I have been here many times and have gone to many other hibachi places. My last visit here, however, was hands down one of the best meals I have ever had at one of these restaurants. Our chef, Fidel, is a talented cook and an entertaining performer! I don't always do hibachi, but when I do from here on out it will only be when Fidel is working.

We visit at least once a week. I would recommend Q to anyone wanting excellent quality food and service. If you love Korean bbq and sushi, Q is for you. Everything is extremely fresh and of the highest quality. Paul and his staff are amazing and always treat us like family. Make sure to try the new revolving sushi bar, it’s the best sushi in all of Forsyth county!!! Shout out to our personal sushi chef!!!! Everything was absolutely delicious and beautifully executed. Thanks again for another amazing dining experience.

I’ve always loved this Korean BBQ spot, but now that they’ve introduced sushi, it’s even better! The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive—they made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to explain the new sushi options. The quality of the fish was outstanding—super fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can tell they’re using high-quality ingredients. What an absolute wonderful discovery! The area is expanding quickly and the locals are lucky to have this healthy option with fantastic flavor. Be patient for the food, but your wait is well worth it. They are lightly staffed, so if you need a job, they are hiring!

This is a very special place ran by the most wonderful staff. Not only this place has a wonderful atmosphere, they have the best rice I have ever had in my life: the wedding rice. I cannot say enough about the explosion of magnificent flavors I felt when I had the first bite. Their saffron ice cream was also created by the most magnificent chef. What a phenomenal place!

A MUST TRY for Indian food! This was surprise place for me on Women’s day, turned out the best choice my husband could make for dinner. The food was super delicious. They have Pizzas regular and with Indian flavors, Biryanis, Indo-Chinese, Chat items, Desserts and nice soda flavors. We tried noodles, butter chicken pizza , soda flavors and sizzling brownies..everything was flavorful and super delicious I was not down much for the Indian flavored pizza concept, but I am glad I tried. Place is small with limited tables like any fast food restaurant, clean and maintained well, I saw most of the orders were to-go. Weekend was rush and took around half an hr for the orders to come. Server was super sweet, the way she was managing all orders is commendable. This is on my list now for repeated to-go or dine-in orders, we have already thought out our next items to try !! Already recommended to multiple friends.

The Indian pizzas are tasty. The sauces are zesty. Would highly recommend trying their flaming chicken/paneer pizza. Jalapeño poppers were good. But was pricey for 6-7 pieces. Sizzling brownie is a must try.

The menu is different. My wife arrived before me and ordered fish and chicken fried rice for me. I wouldn't have ordered that but I am glad she did. It was good as was everything else. Service was quite slow (but pleasant) and the atmosphere was only fine, but the food made up for it.

I love the wings there and I come quite often but the last time I went 4/04 Friday, one of the staff were staring me down and looked and acted like she did not like her job at all when she took my order. I got my order which came out super fast I didn’t even have time to look at my receipt! Later on she goes and cleans up the place but slams the plates together really loudly and when shes sweeping shes shoving the broom against the wall and booth which shook the chair I was sitting on. It made it super uncomfortable to enjoy my meal. I will be doing take out from now on…

I order for a large group about once a month. The online platform is easy to use, items are always ready and available on time and employees thoughtfully package items. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Guy named “Grumpy” is not very nice, I wonder why. Why would you have someone that is self proclaimed grumpy work the counter? Also why do you take my name if you’re just going to set my sandwich on the online pickup rack and not call out my name? My sandwich sat there for over 6 minutes while I sat patiently waiting for my name to be called. I will not return.
