Best chinese food south of NYC! I live in Calhoun and travel 30min to Rome to enjoy the best chinese takeout. Thank you Happy Wok fam.

The sesame tofu has a sweet sauce with a crunchy coating. The tofu is not firm. So the bites are squishy. That's a preference some people like a squishier tofu. The serving size was good, the steamed rice was good and the additional broccoli in the dish was steamed well.

Excellent food! Fantastic service! Very good value! The food was hot and delicious. Friendly owners and staff. Very clean and cozy restaurant. We will make this place our go-to for Chinese cuisine.

Listen… I am picky. The food, excellent. What got me was the owner called every customer by name. 🫶 She didn’t recognize me, so she started Chatting. Very friendly and welcoming 10:10

This is by far the best buffet I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and fast The food taste amazing The hibachi has the most options I’ve ever seen. Everything’s looks clean and fresh I recommend 100%

Eh. I want to rate this higher. But the past year has been..eh. The hot food is absolutely on point. Same quality everyday, and absolutely delicious. My only concern is with the sushi, bc it’s my fave and the only reason I go… it’s just not been the same within the past year or so. I used to roll up any weekday and get super fresh sushi, including raw fish and masago. And I waited a stupid amt of time to make my final decision I know, but it’s abt that time. Their sushi is acceptable, yes, but used to so be soooooo much more. Slammin, for a buffet around here, tbh. Now it’s still acceptable. But the main thing that turns me off is the flavor of the rice. Which comes directly from the water used to cook it. Idk. I can’t get past the taste of the water, bc that’s what the rice tastes like, therefor the rest of the sushi roll tastes like it.

After China City closed down in Rome I didn't think I'd find another Chinese place as good but now Great China is the only place in Rome I will get Chinese food from. The food is always delicious and fresh with good prices for the portions. The happy family is my favorite.

Mandarin chicken is the absolute best! Food always fresh hot and ready when i come! Been eating here for years đź–¤

The food was so hot and fresh. Everything tasted amazing and the staff was very kind. I can't wait to return.

Good little spot to swing in and grab some take out. Egg rolls and Rangoon are always tasty. Love their General Tso's and the lo mein is really good too. Love their sweet and sour chicken!

Excellent food and service! I had the General Tso's combination platter and crab rangoon. Tso's could have a little more spice but the rangoon was delicious.

It was tricky rating Green Tea. We love dining in. The food is always great and the service is great also. They give you plenty of food, enough for left overs. That being said, the couple of times we picked up, we didn't get what we ordered . It looks as though their app allows you to make or add changes but when they get it. It's not there. App problem? Store problem? Just a problem. Just a disappointment and the quality of the food is considerably different (not in a good way) when you get it to go.

the kung pao chicken with rice was great! the egg drop soup is a must but the star of the show for me was the beef lo mein super glossy noodles and tender beef mixed perfectly with that savory sauce, the portions are plentiful. highly recommend!!

China Bistro is hands down one of the best dining experiences you can have. I eat here at least 4-5 times a month. From the moment you step in, the restaurant impresses with its cleanliness—truly one of the most spotless establishments I’ve encountered. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which adds to the overall dining experience. The food is nothing short of amazing. Every dish is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Whether you’re indulging in their signature entrees or trying something new, the flavors never disappoint. The menu offers a variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone, and the portions are generous, making the prices an incredible value. The speed at which the food is prepared is remarkable—it always arrives hot and ready without feeling rushed. The customer service at China Bistro is second to none. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to make every visit memorable. They genuinely care about their customers, and it shows in their interactions. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so warmly welcomed every time you walk through the doors. Overall, China Bistro excels in every category—food, service, cleanliness, and value. If you’re looking for a restaurant that consistently delivers quality and hospitality, this is the place to go. It’s a true gem that I can’t recommend highly enough.

This place is absolutely amazing! Super friendly staff, delicious food. Lots of options. Something for everyone. Highly, highly recommend!

Ordered over the phone. Helped me find what I was looking for on the menu I was looking at on my phone and even took the modification for the sushi roll (California Fried Shrimp Roll) which was to make it somewhat spicy. Told me 20 and the rice was hot when I got there and when I got home for my fried rice. One of the best I’ve had in Indiana which I find hard. 10/10 would recommend this place. Probably going back for another roll. (The rice is darker than what they gave me because I like extra soy sauce :p)

Great food and friendly service! We eat here often because it’s usually very consistent in quality.

I’m not kidding at all when I say this “China One” is low quality. They cut corners everywhere, they buy the cheaper sauces, the smaller fortune cookies, a big portion of their fried options about quarter will be fried dough. The amount of chicken they put in is smaller compared to the “China One” in Louisville. Even the rice has the cheap frozen vegetables and they use the cheapest rice, and the egg rolls are small and with mid flavor. If you’ve read this try the Louisville “China One’ it’s the same price but better quality everything.. if your looking for good food that’s the same price as this place just try the Louisville “China One” you can thank me later

Wow, I didn't think you could make four different styles of chicken that all taste the same. The "lo-mein" is poorly disguised spaghetti noodles, with no real flavor of lo-mein. Best thing was the giant vegetable egg roll, but that's not saying it was good either (just slightly better than the other options).

The help was extremely nice and knowledgeable The food was not too good but what can you expect from Chinese food that is set out under heat lamps or in heated tubs half the day lol but it's good if you want quick Chinese food without much expectations

They need to update their signs and google descriptions, etc, but their food is surprisingly good! They look sketchy on the outside but I think it’s just because they don’t get a lot of business They don’t have a buffet, but you can see what they have and choose what you want! It’s good if you want Chinese but don’t want to eat in :)

Good food cheap and good quantity as well. I always get the general taos chicken.
