Hong Kong Buffet
Chinese buffets are my guilty pleasure. I detoured off the interstate and stopped at Hong Kong for dinner, arriving at around 7pm. Still quite busy and that was good because the steam tables were loaded up with plenty of options and variety. I was able to put together a couple of good plates that were mostly protein and avoided the battered and the heavy sauces. The sushi display is a nice variety that was tasty and fresh. I did not try the hibachi - maybe I'll do that next time. Prices are clearly marked and I've posted a picture of the board. The restaurant was reasonably clean. This was good value and I'd do this again.
The Lo main noodles were a bit too overcooked. There isn’t a very big selection of food items. The sushi was Egh. I’ve had better sushi at other buffets. The service was ok I guess. On two occasions my waitress came by. Once for a refill, and to take my card for payment, but didn’t take my plates. Pre bussing was almost non existent. It’s cheap which is cool.
China Delight
WORTH TRYING AT LEAST ONCE!!!! I came alone to dine in for their buffet. I felt very comfortable and respected as a Hispanic. Good place for smaller groups. The Amazing : Shaved Steak/Chicken Entrees, Spicy Orange Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Coconut Shrimp, Plain LoMein, Pork Dumplings, Fried Crab Appetizer, Beefy Mushrooms, Broccoli, String Beans, Crab Rangoons, and Ice Cream. The Alright : Sushi, Wings, Cheese Crab Casserole, Out of the Ordinary Peanut Dish, Orange Shrimp, Angel Hair The Below Average : Rice, Plain Noodles, Creamy Noodles, Teriyaki Chicken. Every buffet will have their flaws. I recommend at least trying this place. 8/10 Food, 10/10 Service, 7.5/10 Price. Price: $17.50…(I’m not sure if tip is included, though I tipped on top of this) It seems like the owners/employees are locals and on the older side. I appreciate this buffet, and I hope to try it out again sometime!!
The food is dry and smell burnt. It smell like its been sitting on their bar all day. They charged me for a chicken wing but they cut them in half. Never again will I spend my money with them.
China #1
It is pretty good. Always freshly cooked. Staff is very kind. I order from 6 miles away and it is ready when I get there and still hot when I get home.
The first time I ate it was horrible but I thought I’d give it a second try and I’m extremely happy with my food. I got general Tao’s chicken with fried rice along with cream cheese wontons and hot n sour soup. I’m so glad I went back. Delicious, thank you for the good food
Mr Sze Chinese Restaurant
I ordered for the first time through Instacart… Started to eat it and realize there were two bugs in my food… But I obviously ate enough to make my stomach upset… I would never ever eat here again and I highly recommend you stay far far away I can only imagine if there’s bugs in the food with their kitchen. Looks like.
My husband came home with our food and the boxes were tied up in the bag. It genuinely smelled so nasty that I checked our cats litter box because I thought he’d pooped. It was just the smell of my lo mein, which of course tasted just as awful as it smells. I’m really upset because I was excited for some lo mein but this isn’t even edible.
