Golden Buddha Restaurant
Finally stopped in to try this Atlanta staple. The food was okay, but the staff were very helpful. We didn’t know until after we ordered that there were 2 versions of the menu, one with Korean-fusion dishes. We felt rushed to order quickly because the store was busy. The Sesame chicken and Empress chicken were the best of the dishes we ordered. The Kung Pao chicken was very salty and the chicken & broccoli was flavorless. A great place to try, but not somewhere I plan to return to. 3/5 stars
Came here with coworkers and we enjoyed what we had. There is a special for 3 that’s around $65 and we had leftovers. Totally worth it I would come again to leave a more detailed review. I was here on 9/17/24 Food still super delicious. I had black bean noodles, stir fry sweet and sour beef, Korean Champon. 10/10 delicious and professional staff.
Pyng Ho Chinese restaurant
The normal Chinese Restaurant I go to was closed...and I am open to new experiences. I should have known something was fishy because it was Friday evening and only 10 patrons were in the restaurant. We ordered shrimp fried rice and seafood noodles, and shrimp dumplings. The shrimp dumplings were good. But the scallops and other seafood had a sour, stale , old taste. We will not go there again.
Terrible don't eat here. The food remind you of 2000 Chinese, when it all went bad. The restaurant hasn't been renovated or deep cleaned since then either. Don't get me wrong they have a 95/A but the decor is dated and depressing. Yt people Chinese, cause no way. It's bland and tasteless. I'm not 100% sure the vegetables aren't plastic and they didn't bother to de-vein the shrimp.
Hunan Dragon III
They were very sweet, but the food was not worth the money spent. All of the "sauce" was just water, which made the food very soggy with no flavor. It was to the point that my children ended up just heating up pizza rolls instead.
Delivery is terrible, terrible, terrible! Donot order for delivery. It took 1 1/2 hours for delivery. Called the restaurant 3 times only to hear it’s on its way. Never never again. Food was ok but hot.
Mint Chinese & Thai Cuisine
It was our first time trying this place. The food is delicious, and they serve HALAL meat and chicken. We ordered thai Basil fried rice, chicken chow mein, hot n sour soup, and hunan beef. Everything was good except hot n sour soup was very tangy. The interior is okay, not a really big place, but they had a large number of to go orders. We went there on Friday evening, and they were short staffed, but they tried to accommodate every guest. Our order went a bit behind. We received our appetizer towards the end. It looks like they recently started serving Halal. Since Atlanta does not have many halal Chinese and Thai restaurants, this made the muslim community try this place. I think they need to hire more people to accommodate more guests so that they won't run behind.
I ordered this deal at my workplace today. Right after taking this picture I was gifted with a sight of cockroach in the food. When called the restaurant they said actually we just had done the roach spray that’s why there are roaches everywhere. Never ever going to eat again from this restaurant…..
