La Moon Atlanta
We went here to have an anniversary lunch. The place looks great. We sat down and ordered cocktails. We saw them make the cocktails and we watched them sit as plates were cleared checks were provided, credit cards taken. Yes, lunch meant only one server. Still think our drinks could have been served before bussing the only two occupied tables besides ours. We decided to have the cocktails only when we were told most apps came frozen and weren't made on site. Really had high hopes. I did love the feather on my cocktail glass.
This was my first time. Food was excellent. Service on point. Music was not loud at all, just right. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I wasn't sure there was much on the menu for kids.
Mali Restaurant
The spicy garlic entree is absolutely AMAZING! It's definitely my go-to dish, and the sushi rolls are delicious. I have zero complaints about the food, and the staff is always super friendly! As a sushi enthusiast, I do wish the sushi rolls were priced at the lunch rate all day, since they can get a bit pricey after lunch. But honestly, it's still one of my favorite spots to visit in the neighborhood!
Long story short: if you love authentic Thai food, your palate will thank you for eating at this charming, unassuming neighborhood restaurant. The food is exactly as it should be- flavorful without being overbearing and prepared skillfully. The vegetables are cooked to perfection, the noodles are chewy and delicious, and the ground chicken is divine. Our party of three arrived for lunch, and had the Pad Thai, Krapow Gai, Green Curry, and the Pad Kee Mao.
China Dragon
I just came here an ordered chicken fried rice . DISGUSTING rice is soggy definitely not fried rice at all. And I don’t know what kind of meat was in the rice but definitely not chicken. I’ll never eat here again! It gets worse every time I eat here. This was the last straw 👎🏻
Let me preface by saying I’m from Philly and I know the south is not known for Chinese food, but I was hoping to find something edible. So I ordered via Uber eats on a Friday night….mind you I have eaten nothing off of this plate before I took the pic. Ordered the rib tips, house lo mein, small chicken fried rice, beef lo mein and 2 egg rolls. The egg rolls were horrible! Ate a quarter of one and threw them both away. The rib tips were mainly seasoned bones with barely any meat on them. Hell as you can see in the pic there were even straight up bones with nothing on them. The house lo mein and chicken fried rice were passable, but I def wouldn’t recommend. My friend enjoyed the beef lo mein but he’s from the south and probably doesn’t know any better 🤣🤣🤣 j/k. Needless to say I’m 0-2 for Chinese food in Atlanta and def do not recommend this place at all if you come from the north and are accustomed to a certain type of Chinese food. Just go back home and get right. I wasted $80+ with the fees on this and I was tight. I repeat don’t do it!!
