I was excited to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. We started with the classic Ceviche, which was fresh, zesty, and bursting with flavor. the accompanying sweet potatoes balanced the dish beautifully. For the main course, I opted for the Lomo Saltado, and it was nothing short of perfection. The tender, marinated beef stir-fried with onions, was a symphony of flavors. To top it all off, we indulged in a traditional Peruvian dessert, the Tres Leches Cake. It was moist, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness to conclude our meal. The service at AJI Limo was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations. It wasn't crowded when we came, it was for my son's 10th birthday, unfortunately they couldn't help us enjoy our cake in the restaurant (you have to buy dessert cake in the restaurant or call ahead) so we ended up taking it home, as for the food, the ingredients were fresh and tasted great, I loved the grilled octopus legs appetizer, it was delicious with the sauce. The chicken noodles were ok, my son liked the stir fried beef, and my daughter said the seafood risotto was the best. The environment was also very cozy, warm and clean. Looking forward to exploring the new menu next time.
