A hidden gem in Pensacola!💎 Located in The Hilton on Pensacola Beach, this modern, coastal restaurant is worth the trip! Atmosphere: The space is beautifully decorated with modern coastal decorations that ranged from the glass tentacle decorations on the table that held the cocktail menu, a screen showing marine life, and windows that show the beach. Their open concept sushi bar fills up some of the dining area space, so you can see the chiefs putting the sushi together! Service: Our waiter was polite, gave recommendations, and frequently checked on us to make sure that we were well taken care of. Menu items: I got their Sashimi and Faroe Island Salmon Brule in addition to a boiled egg (it was amazing) that my friend gave me from her dish, and it was all so delicious and fresh. I left feeling full from the protein, and the freshness of the ingredients didn’t leave me feeling heavy or sluggish. Bonsai is a great, fine dining experience in our area🍣

Definitely highly recommend. Came here because of the great reviews and they are accurate. The food was great, the atmosphere was awesome and the service was amazing and friendly. Got some smashburgers, spicy cheese curds and also the prime rib which was on special. All were great choices! To top it off, the homemade blueberry cobbler is a must!

A small and cozy place that claim to have the best burgers on the island. So of course I had to try it. The food was delicious and their dessert is amazing! I’m going to have to come back to try the wings and flatbread. Highly recommend! Truly a hidden gem!!

Sitting out on the courtyard off the beach at Pensacola in beautiful fall sunshine for lunch was a great experience. We enjoyed excellent service, great food, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The setting of this restaurant is amazing and we had very good service from welcoming and attentive staff. The food we ordered was excellent and perfectly cooked to order. The drinks were also very refreshing. It was a lovely place to wile away a few hours of our relaxing day.

We love CBB! The food and atmosphere is the best on the beach! Today we had the pleasure of being served by Zach! The service he provided was the best we’ve had. Zach! He took such great care of our group. We will definitely be asking for Zach when we come back!
