From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. He took the time to explain the menu and offered great recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. His enthusiasm and passion for the food and drinks made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. His recommendations were on point! Nicolas consistently checked in on us throughout the meal without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism made us feel valued and well taken care of. The food at Level Twenty Nine was nothing short of spectacular. I had a great time visiting Level 29. The space is beautifully curated—from the artwork on the walls to the glowing fluorescent paint, every detail adds to the vibe. The menu offers plenty of tempting options, and surprisingly, it wasn’t hard for me to decide. We kicked things off with some ceviche... how could we not? Then we dove into the quinoa risotto with salmon and the avocado maki sushi roll. I already know I’ll be going back!
