Chowology: Asian Kitchen
The food was absolutely delicious. It was the perfect portion and left you satisfied. The butterfly pea flower boba was so refreshing and not too sweet! Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming back! Also, LOVE the One Piece decor :)
Chowology in Pembroke Pines is an amazing spot for creative and flavorful Asian fusion dishes! Their miso ramen bowl is delicious, with rich, savory broths and ingredients. The General Mafia Chicken is fantastic. The red bean buns and Handsome Kimchi Fries are also standout items. The boba teas definitely hit the spot! The restaurant has a casual yet welcoming vibe, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a casual dining experience with fantastic food, Chowology is a must-visit! South China Restaurant
I went to pick up my order, and the lady at the counter found it and “checked” everything. Unfortunately, when I got home and started serving, I realized the main sauce—honey garlic—was missing. On top of that, the rest of the food was disappointing. Everything was bland, and the beef was undercooked. It seems like they’re overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with all the incoming orders. Definitely not the experience I was hoping
In Cooper City, there aren't too many Chinese Restaurants or Takeout spots. Our family used to order from No. 1 Wok when we moved here 13 years ago. Then we found Asia #1 a few years later when we got tired of the rude owners at No. 1 Wok. For years we have contemplated trying South China in the Countryside Shops Publix Plaza, but we never got around to it. Well tonight, we decided to try it. The ordering experience (for takeout) was fine, despite the musty smell the restaurant gave off while waiting for our food. It's when we tried the food that we realized it was a huge mistake. We ordered a few different dishes to try and out of 6 people, not one enjoyed their meal. The chicken fried rice was dry... the Szechuan chicken (med spicy) had NO flavor at all. The Beef and Broccoli was flavorless as well. Shrimp with Broccoli... flavorless. Vegetable Lo Mein FLAVORLESS. I have no idea how there are any positive reviews for the food coming out of this restaurant when you could get much better quality (and save money) ordering from either of the Chinese Takeout spots mentioned earlier in this review. Seriously.... Don't...waste...your money.
