P.F. Chang's
Oldie and always a goodie. It's been a while, and I dont know why. We went in for a tapas style dinner tonight. #1 on the roster, as always, is the Mongolian beef 5 stars. There's a new teriyaki chicken, which we all deemed it a 7/10 too saucy, but the pineapple is a nice touch to your tie it all together with some fried rice. The chicken lettuce wraps never disappoint if you're like me and love a crunch. This is for you. The cauliflower was good with the veggies incorporate into the mix and lastly the cucumbers were a little bland if I'm being honest but I did asked for some chili oil and chili paste with a hint of soy sauce and we were back in business. Hot & Sour soup had a kick to it, as it should just be aware, and the egg drop soup was nice and warn. We all enjoyed and left satisfied and not overly stuffed.
It’s rare to leave a restaurant with your heart so full, but that is exactly what happened here and it was all because of Chevy. From the moment we walked through the door, Chevy didn’t just greet us, she welcomed us, as if we were old friends returning home. I swear, by the evening's end we felt like we had made a new close friend. Her warmth was immediate, radiant, and effortless, the kind of presence that softens the edges of a long day. She had this uncanny intuition, reading the tone of our evening and tailoring everything with precision and grace. It wasn’t hospitality; it was humanity. And somehow, despite juggling countless other guests, she made us feel like the center of her universe. A day later, still diving into the takeout portion of our dinner, we’re still talking about her. Still smiling about how cared for we felt. Chevy isn’t just good at her job, she elevates it. She is the experience. And while the food at P.F. Chang’s was fantastic as always, it was Chevy’s spirit, generosity and presence that made this visit unforgettable. If there’s a gold standard in customer service, Chevy quietly redefined it. She even dealt with straifingly abrasive customers with unfazed grace and responded to harshness with compassion. There are not enough words for how special she made this evening for us and, at a time when people are so often so needlessly at each other's throats, she softened the atmosphere for everyone around with goodness — the one quality that can't be taught. So grateful. We will surely come back. For the chocolate cake, but mostly for Chevy.
Pei Wei Asian Kitchen
The Orange Chicken was nothing less than delicious! We upgraded to fried rice and so glad we did. All the ingredients were fresh and not frozen. We had DoorDash deliver to us and the food was hot and a good size portion. The Chicken Dumplings were very tasty as well, especially with the slightly sweet soy sauce it came with. This Pei Wei is top notch and setting the bar for how a restaurant should serve its customers. I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning very soon! Keep up the great work!!! :-)
Just found this place and the food was so good, came back a second time and just as good as the first.
China Kitchen
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered sweet-and-sour chicken and they mixed my order with sweet-and-sour shrimp. I do have a seafood allergy and believe it was really reckless of them to mix the two.
I’m kind of a hard sell on Chinese food because I’ve lived in places where it’s top tier, so when I moved to Florida I was keeping an eye out for close places that were good. The chicken is good quality and very clean cut with big pieces. Tastes deliciously fried. It is a strong 4 star Chinese place that is best to-go. Price was also very very good. I spent 35$ on two meals and a drink with appetizer and extra rice. I will definitely be back and this will be my new neighborhood spot.
China Town
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I've been coming here for probably 10 years since I went to college across the street and I'm back out here for work. I just got food the other day. It was a very generous portion of all items and I finished every last but of it. I guess I know what to expect? It's not that hard to identify a chicken dish either, regardless of labels. The line does kind of have a market vibe as opposed to a typical food court queue. I'm going back eventually.
Everything was terrible. The service, the beef, the fried rice, the spring roll. I only chose to order here because chipotle was having system issue and could not take any orders. And I was starving. Turned out to be a really bad meal.
