Wendy's
went through the drive thru March 31 at 9:30. Girl said “it’s in the bag and slammed shut the drive thru window in my face. when I asked her for ketchup. Of course no ketchup in the bag. The kicker is my food was awful. Hard bun, cold fries, cold beef. I tried calling the manager and they were standoffish and defensive. Then I called customer service and the give me 5 dollars and the order came to 13. I’ll never eat that garbage again stay clear of Wendy’s. I noticed all the employees are rude
When we got home, we found out that we had the wrong order and we were missing food. I drove back 10 minutes back and the lady who assisted me with our issue, had a very bad attitude. The one item that was correct stayed cold from the trip back to the store. She would not even throw away the burger that was not the right one. My spouse had to eat a cold sandwich, there was no apologies for the error and to make matters worse, the two double cheeseburgers meat was dry and almost burned. We understand that we should have checked the bag to make sure all was there but we were rushing home to feed our diabetic senior dog. Unfortunately, he also suffer the consequences of a bad service as he couldn't eat the burnt burgers. The only positive thing I can say about the restaurant was the young girl who took our order first was friendly. I should have returned the food and go to a different fast food such as McDonald's which was on our way home and about a mile from this place. Hopefully, this employee is given customer service lessons and they improve the quality of the food they serve. By the way, our bill was over $26. Save your money and go somewhere else with good service and one that values their customers!
