Good food, there. Although most of the food is a traditional spicy dish. Slight problem, Google made a mistake and this place is called Long's Kitchen.

Can't find it and it's not there.

This location itself is nice and super clean, but our food was beyond subpar. The orange chicken quite literally had next to ZERO chicken inside it & was all purely crunchy breading with the orange sauce. Everything apart from that was pretty normal for Panda Express, but i’ve never experienced something like that orange chicken at any other Panda in my life. May have just been a bad batch, but it was terrible and borderline nauseating consuming pure breading. We’ve attached photos below. Every bite was either pure breading, or hollowed out inside.

This is my new favorite spot! It is spotless and everyone is friendly. The first time I went in, a staff member was taking temps of the food. I’ve taken many food handling classes, and I know this is a good sign. I’m vegan and they now have Beyond Orange Chicken! It’s so good, I keep going back. I can tell everything’s fresh, even the crisp vegetables in the chow mein. Yay for Panda!

I visit this chain in many cities. This location food was less the par. I got more onion than noodles for the chow mein. I ended up trashing my food instead of enjoying my dinner. The chicken was also cooked way under very chewy. It was by fair the worst food I have had in a while. I hope the manager will deal with this. Picture shows what should be chow mein but is clearly not.

I would not recommend this place, because if you order the bowl you going to eat chow mein 90% and only 10% of meat 👎🏻

Wish I would have know that this is the same restaurant as Qin West Noodle before I ordered on Uber Eats. Although their food is really good there is something in their spicy dishes that makes my mouth extremely dry... like I need to drink water in between every bite dry. However that is not the reason for the 1 star. The 1 star comes from me ordering Kung Pao chicken for a friend. The dish was literally 90% Cucumber & Peanuts and 10% chicken & peppers. The image attached is the dish after my friend picked all the chicken out. As you can see the container is still full. Good Thing we got this buy 1 get 1 free cause its definitely not worth $16.

Ordered food via Uber eats and I am not pleased. Everything I ordered it’s as if something is missing! Egg rolls with no sauce of any kind. I called to ask for hot sauce they still forgot to put that there and it came forever late. I’m good on the next order. It’s a hard no for me.

The menu offers a great variety, and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far. What I appreciate most is how fast the service is. Whether I’m dining in or taking out, my order is always ready in no time, and it’s consistently delicious. I ate here couple of months ago, it looked like not being well looked after by ownership, today as soon as I walked in a rotten smell hit me first before a cashier seemingly upset greeted me. I’m not expecting this to be a Michelin star restaurant, but I think some franchises should hold themselves to certain standards. Looks like a very bad ownership. Please clean your restaurant! I lost my appetite for today. Love Asian food, don’t mess it up good luck

Panda Express is always a reliable spot for quick and tasty Chinese food. Their Orange Chicken is a classic, and I love their Chow Mein as well. The portions are generous, and the service is usually fast. It's a great option for a casual meal out.

Came for dinner on to see the store was closed. I asked an employee when it will re-open and he had no idea. I also asked why it was closed and he refused to answer.

We got scammed. Looking for a good Chinese place and on Door Dash this place has 4.2 star rating yet on Google review it has a rating of 3 stars. Our food was gross. My husband's beef tasted like fish and they did not include everything he asked for on his 3 course plate. I ordered shrimp vegetables and got 3 tiny cold, tasteless shrimp and whole field of broccoli. Chow mein tasted greasy and old. Just wasted our money and appetite.

This is a review for the Panda Express inside UCI. They have two lanes with the same items and are pretty quick.

This restaurant is awesome, the food is fresh, the taste is excellent, the service attitude is very good, it is a restaurant that people keep coming to impatiently, I wish the boss a prosperous business and a lot of money

The restaurant was very clean and bright. The food was delicious and so reasonably priced we were shocked. I’d recommend the egg rolls and orange chicken, my bf recommends the wontons. And, the lady cashier with the red hair was so friendly and helpful. It filled up while we were there, and she was nice to everyone who came in. We’re definitely happy we decided to try something new today.

Shout out to the friendly staff especially the tall Hispanic guy who work in the kitchen and the girl who re-prepared my food. I placed an online order to pick up at 1:00PM but wasn’t able to pick it up until 7:30PM and he offered to re-do a new order for me because it had been sitting there for a while. It’s a Panda Express location… Nothing better, nothing worse. Just Panda and all of the standard Panda Express food you know and with either love, or hate. They are most definitely NOT true classic and authentic Chinese food. It is VERY Americanized and bland on flavor and bite. But, that what they are known for. It’s Chinese style American made fast food with basic decor and flavors. They recently had some price hikes and are slowly working their way to a price point where real authentic will be the go-to over them hands down. The Orange Chicken is 75% breading and doesn’t really have an authentic mandarin orange kick and bite orange chicken lovers, love….. The Fried rice has no real flavor and the chow mien seems to be a bit too oily for a good taste palette. The Kung Pao is not bad, but the chicken is fatty. This goes for the chicken in general, including the teriyaki chicken. They used to serve the teriyaki sauce hot, not you get in a packet at room temp. Big loss in the points section on this review. The sad thing is, the sauce had the most flavor out of everything else… So you be the judge. But spending $25 on a couple of plates of basic fast food American Chinese is a real, HARD PASS, net time we are thinking Chinese for lunch in the area. It used to be good 2 years ago. Not anymore the new employees are messing this place up. I have food allergies so I expect to get what I order and that's not what I got. This lady started to clean my area excessively and made me feel unwelcome. The cleaning liquids made me sneeze a lot plus she wasn't good at cleaning at all, there were big chunks of food on the floor after she " so called" cleaned. She was very rude and disrespectful why is she "working" here? The only thing she looked like she was able to do is give the other employees hickeys. 🤢It also took a long time for my order, my food had never taken this long to be given to me. I had to take Benadryl afterwards. 😞

How does a Panda get 3 stars? Walking in with my wife and kids I greeted the staff jovially and was answered back with the sound of crickets. 🦗 I don't expect everyone to always be in as great a mood as myself, but the atmosphere was worse than dead, almost unwelcoming. Angie was the first to make contact and got our orders underway. We got 2 three item plates and had some of the new sizzling shrimp. It was spicy, as expected, but otherwise just tasted like shrimp. Not bad. Just shrimp. There must have been over a dozen employees and traffic was pretty steady. We must have caught the staff at their lunch though b/c a half dozen were eating on their break. It really felt like I was in a prison camp. The sour looks and attitudes were a huge turn off. I finally got Angie to come out of her shell and smile. After that she was a gem. She gave me all the things I kept forgetting and with a great attitude. That nights saving grace. I've never been to a Panda that I didn't like. Foods clean and scrumptious. Restaurant clean and atmosphere exciting. This night got 2 out of three. Juan was the manager on that night and I praised Angie, but didn't tell him that the room felt foreboding. Whatever got the crew bummed out that night is hopefully just a temporary thing.

I got the largest dyed hair in my rice but that isn’t even my main concern, the ladies in front have such attitude I tried talking Spanish with them and it seemed like they couldn’t care more to communicate I kept having to repeat and ask over and over for things

Great food and attendent serving food but, Register person wasn't as nice in fact she kind had a attitude or was in a hurry to go home. She wasn't listening and definitely didn't smile only wanted to be done I didn't get my drink and had to use my credit card to pay for my drink separate. No too happy about that. I know they are closing but, they need to keep a good attitude.
