Decided to try this place out with my wife this past week. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The place was clean, but is small with two tables to accommodate four people each and bar stools on the other wall. We were greeted upon entry and the cashier was very helpful in understanding the menu. The prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were so big, I couldn't finish it all. The food was fresh and very hot. My only concerns, which did not affect their rating, are they did not have fountain drinks, but bottles; however, they didn't overcharge for them. I do recommend they add a couple other selections for those with particular taste, like Dr. Pepper. The second, which may sound weird, was the sheer amount of chicken on the plate, which dwarfed the fried rice, but I will just make a request to alter the portion sizes next time. Otherwise, this place deserves your money, so check it out.

I love coming here there clean and bathroom always smells good and big enough for a wheelchair or stroller. The employees are super nice 😊. And the food is good that’s why I always come I never get a chance to post because I eat my food too fast 😬.

Great fast Chinese! Standard Americanized Chinese food menu. Very quick. Hunan Chicken sauce was very flavorful, slightly more spice than most, chicken was tender, vegetables fresh. “Fried Rice” with the lunch deal seemed like just yellow rice quickly tossed with a few veggies and bbq pork pieces, not legit fried rice, but it was good. For Chinese takeout at this price point it was great. There is limited seating inside, mostly a takeout joint.

The food was delicious but I asked for a couple Extra fortune cookies and she put two in my bag and my original bill was twenty eight dollars and she said that it'd be twenty nine dollars and I said no I don't want the extra cookies just so you all know that

I’m giving this place 5 stars because the service was great. Shoutout to the young man who was taking the orders. He was professional and really well-mannered.The proportion of the food and the price matched well. I ordered the General Tso Chicken with Shrimp Fried Rice and two egg rolls. It was great but they could add a little more sauce on the chicken, it was a little dry. The rice was good but just a little dry as well. The food was still great though. One thing I would say is that the floor looked a little dirty. With that being said, I would totally come back again.

I don’t go anywhere else for Chinese food, this place is just too good it’s worth the 20 min drive. Anyone that leaves a bad review is just having a bad day tbh.

I had 2 lunch specials on a Sunday. General Tso's Chicken and a Honey Chicken. They came with rice and a canned soda or their homemade sweet tea. I don't much care for tea, but my fellow tea drinker and I agreed that it was the best sweet tea we've ever had anywhere! I think i'd go back just to drink the tea again. The food was good, so it's worth a re-visit for that alone. The pork fried rice had only 2-3 tiny pieces of pork, but i dont really care since it was included with the main order.

I was honestly surprised by how good the food was here. Being from nyc finding a American chinese food spot is a must. Living here in florida for almost a decade im super picky about my Chinese food. Luckily when i lived in coral springs there was a place and in psl now. Trucking is my job and coming across this place was great.

Dining room was disgusting. Dirty stained floor, beat up tables, very gross. Friendly service, but they need to clean the place.

Been eating here for 15+ years and tonight was the first time I’ve actually finished my entire dinner because it was so good!!! The honey chicken is delicious!

10/10 highly recommend. This is the most cleanest Chinese food restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. The food is amazingly delicious, and a great portion. The portions are enough for 2/3 people. Go show love 🩷

This was the first time we have had take out from Great Wall. The food was very good. This is my number two chinese restaurant in Ocala but it could very well become my number one. The portions were big. I love meat wontons and these did not disappoint. More meat than my normal Chinese take out. They use egg roll dough instead of wonton dough. Very good! The dim sum (steam dumplings) were huge! Located in Six Gun Plaza and plenty of parking. They actually have food ready when they say it will be ready. The only thing they did wrong was gave us beef lo mein when we asked for shrimp lo mein. They even repeated it correctly while I was placing the order. They made it right and made a small shrimp lo mein while I waited. I will absolutely come back here.

I live in Georgia abt 21/2 hours away, and I have been eating at this buffet for over 2yrs now. My son, who lives in Ocala, invited me for Lunch . Every time I visit my son or pass through to visit my daughter in Tampa, I have to eat here.This is the very best Chinese buffet I have ever eaten at. Food is always hot, fresh and very delicious no matter the time of day or night always more than you can eat.I came in once almost at closing time, and they had ,hot fresh cooked food, I have never been disappointed. 😋 I even drove down here for Mothers Day with all my children who are now grown up. I highly recommend this restaurant to others. The place is clean, and the staff is very friendly, and Waitresses are always respectful and courteous.My Waitress JENNY was so awesome, served us with a smile. I only speak with honesty and truth about this restaurant. God is always watching what we say and what we do. So it's important for me to always speak the truth. I have NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS RESTAURANT FOOD, SERVICE, AND it's RESTROOM

My husband and I stopped in Yummy House Ocala because we were looking for shrimp fried rice for our ride back to Jacksonville. Well, once we read the reviews, we knew we could not go wrong with Yummy House. We decided to dine in, and we ordered the seafood pineapple fried rice, seafood salt and pepper combo, and the sweet and sour shrimp. The food was simply amazing. The service was great and the staff was very personable. I would highly recommend this location if you are in search of authentic cuisine.

Yummy House has been a family favorite for both lunch and dinner, and I’ve dined here several times over the years. The food has consistently been exceptional, and the service is second to none. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and eager to ensure every visit is enjoyable. However, on my most recent visit for their weekend dim sum special, I was disappointed. The quality of the dim sum was not up to the high standards I’ve come to expect from Yummy House. It lacked the flavor and freshness I’m used to experiencing here, which was surprising given their usual consistency. Despite this, I still recommend Yummy House for their regular menu items and stellar service. I’m hopeful my last experience was just an off day, as this restaurant truly has so much to offer. I’ll definitely be back just not sure if it would be for the dim sum.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Have gotten FOOD POISONING 3 times between myself and my son. First two times was me and I couldnt figure out what place gave it to me but after my husband ordered from here last nigh, my son woke up with violent stomach pains, throwing up all over tbe place and pooping himself with diarrhea. Have never seen him like this. And the other times when I got the food poisoning after eating their food and thought it mightve been this place I was EXTREMELY SICK for a couple weeks. And have never been so sick and couldn't even eat due to the extreme stomach pain it caused if I did until I was better.... I knew this place was the reason after thinking the chicken looked under cooked but since I had eaten other places I couldn't know for sure.... husband ordered from here last night and now know for sure this place is the cause of it. I didnteat any of it since id already eaten something else but bet id be sick as well if i would have just like the other PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN !!!!!! Should have the establishment investigated as well giving people food poisoning. I've never been that sick in my life and now my 7 year old is extremely sick as well now and throwing up yalls food from last night. I am Livid. AND ITS 100% THIS PLACE that has given my son food poisoning. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN KNOWING WHERE IT HAS COME FROM. EVER! AND WILL ALSO LET EVERYONE KNOW YALL ARE FEEDING PEOPLE BAD FOOD. Hopefully this review deters people from going here...there's another Chinese place down the road and would suggest just going there. Playing Russian roulette with this place. And trying to say it wasn't yalls food won't work. It 100 % was...without any doubt now.

General tsos was OK, crab Rangoon was good but more a cheese dumpling (awesome portion). Wonton soup was great!

Drove across town to try this place. I don’t understand the good reviews. This is terrible. There’s just about, if not zero chicken in their sesame chicken. It’s all batter. It’s not just a few pieces, it’s all of it. It has a nice flavor but it’s literally just fried bread balls. Not the dinner I had in minds.. Tryna cut corners I guess. Won’t be back that’s for sure.

I got the Mongolian beef. I was very excited to try after seeing all the great reviews. Now, I'm starting to think they delete the bad reviews. Immediately upon opening my meal, I smelled human urine. I was absolutely disgusted and tossed the entire meal. I didn't think I would ever be back, nor would I recommend it.

Didn't know you could pick your level of spice so that makes thing way easier because when expect something to be spicy and you have your hopes up. Compared to other Chinese food restaurants in this area I think this is probably the best one. What ever your favorite dish is they probably make it better! The freshness of the rice and other ingredients just make it taste so much better to me. Szechuan beef has been my goto the last couple times and the Philly eggroll was pretty good.

The Food is always on point. Well done!!! The best lo mein and the shrimp fried rice is always good me and my family enjoyed every bite and the won ton soup was delicious.😊

I had to write this review because this restaurant gives you SO MUCH food! We got sweet and sour chicken and boneless spare ribs with fried cheese wontons. So yummy! Their food is always fresh and hot. Great service and atmosphere. Placing an order on the phone is quick and easy. Food is usually ready for pickup in 15 mins.

Just realized I never left a review here & I’ve been eating here for the past 2 years! This is hands down the best Chinese restaurant! 🤌🏽 I order the fried chicken wings, beef teriyaki sticks, & mei fun noodles (plain only with green onions, but it’s a house special & comes with so much more!) They have the BEST flavor chicken wings & beef teriyaki sticks. I can’t explain it, must try! I make my own rice & just order the meats! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for good Chinese food. Plus the owner/ workers are super sweet & friendly ☺️
