Chez Quan’s
The food was so good! Fresh, flavored nicely and served hot out the kitchen. Service was great, ambiance is quiet and quaint. Love Chez Quan’s!
Worst service ever. We waited on the table for 30 minutes after ordering and some new customers came in and ordered pick-ups. Guess what, they got their food faster than us. And the server just came told us “sorry about the to-go orders.” Guess I will give $0 tip and never come back. And btw, $8 kid noodle portion is so small like a joke. Others too. Got like 6 pieces of tiny beef for my dish and spent $12 on them. Don’t come here, save your valuable money and time for better experiences.
The Blueberry Muffin
The biscuits and gravy are incredible!!!!!! The best I have ever had! The eggs and crab cakes where delicious and served hot and fresh. The home fries are made from scratch. The waffle was freshly made. The blueberry muffins are ok. We really enjoyed our waitress she was fun and efficient and the sister of the lovely lady running the places. She took great care of us and we would definitely recommend The Blueberry Muffin Cafe !!!!
Always heard that the Blueberry Muffin is a great place to eat so we checked it out. We enjoyed the food, but the service and atmosphere shared by the employees was very disappointing. Upon entering the restaurant with plenty of open tables we were told in a very “cold” tone that we needed to wait by the door until a hostess could seat us, which took a long time. While we were waiting we watched servers cleaning all of the open tables, then watched them huddle together in a corner talking, and then again in a cold and unpleasant manner we were seated with out any welcome or friendly hospitality. We were told that we were too late for the morning special (0930) and that they would have to comeback to bring us coffee and to get our order Food was good, not big portions but enough and due to the less than friendly atmosphere our experience ended up being just another restaurant serving food so they can make a profit.
Sea Grapes Restaurant
My husband had to ask for his omelet after 20 minutes. The waiter forgot it. When it did arrive, it was very small. Not what he expected for $20. He never did get coffee. I asked for a coffee and creamer refill. I got the coffee within minutes. Didn't get creamer until we were getting up to leave. Disappointing. Other patrons we observed had a much nicer experience.
The inside restaurant is very nice but we mainly had room service because we were on vacation. Is a little expensive but to have a nice dinner delivered to your room at 9 o’clock at night is pretty great too. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was for a hotel and room service. Outside a Great little pool bar next to the pool and beach in the Doubletree Hilton on Melbourne Beach. Lots a good fruity drinks and appetizers. Service was good but it was a little pricey but you are right on the ocean. 😎🌅🌊.
NipponThai Restaurant
Spicy Basil lunch special was amazing. Curry Noodle lunch special w/medium heat was perfect. And The Ginger salad that comes with was fantastic. Highly recommend.
The food is really good..however, I always loved a glass of their plum wine with dinner. The last 2 times we ate at Nippon, the food was great but the plum wine was a big disappointment. I guess they've been forced to buy a cheaper, less tasty brand. Eating in has been less enjoyable without that glass of wine.
Alin’s Thai Street Food
This place is a gem! We have been here many times and the flavors remain consistent. We ordered the padt see eww, which was made the right way with Chinese broccoli, the Lao papaya salad with extra padek (the way it's made back home) and spicy fried rice with crispy chicken. So delicious! The new owners are super friendly and hardworking. We enjoy chatting with them every time we go in. Highly recommend and 10 stars all the way!
Taking a moment to review this new spot because it deserves it. My boyfriend and I are so excited to have this new restaurant close by! We’ve already been multiple times and everything we’ve ever ordered has been taking one bite and then saying “omg babe you’ve got to try this”. We like to make a date out of eating there or taking the food Togo and enjoying it while at the beach with it being so close. Genuinely, you can’t go wrong. Some of my favorites are the crab rangoons, blossom dumplings, steam bun, and the lion king. Everything is super fresh and generous portions. Great service and a caring owner too!
Haru Sushi Bar & Grill
Looking for a great dining and sushi bar experience in indialantic, this is the place. The five star ⭐ for the food is based on customers while door dashing. Once I give it a try myself I'll update this review. The dining room that has the sushi bar is quite large and roomy. The sushi bar is well-maintained as you can see in the photo. Very clean 🫧. The second dining room has a full bar and live music nightly. This dining room also has a banquet room for a party birthday party or business event possibly. Again see photos. This location has really nice parking off A1A. It may sound funny to read that but so many restaurants along A1A in indialantic have congested bargaining or no parking at all sometimes. It's nice to know if your vacationing or local is going to always get a good spot that is convenient. I had a chance to go and check out the happy hour menu I have attached a couple of photos of my order along with the happy hour menu and my receipt for what you see in the photo. My happy hour order: Chef special sushi sampler nigiri Fried shrimp shumai Fried Gyoza Unsweet iced tea
Sushi was very solid if not a tad pricey. Given the location I would have to let that slide. Same meal is maybe $75 in NJ, costs $100 here. No matter, as the food was very good and service was great. Got a few specials to start which were very good, then we did 3 rolls which were all very good. Fish was fresh, rice was cooked properly (I say this as not all sushi places in this town abide by this simple rule), and our waiter (John) was awesome. Easy to get a good meal here. Will be back.
China Wok
Ordered take out. The General Tso's chicken texture was mushy, like they left it in the sauce to long. Also the sauce was thin and lacking flavor. In the order, I asked to substitute lomein for rice. They gave me vegetable lomein which was good, but not what I was expecting. As a result kind of pricey. Goofy - the fortune cooky was stale, not that it matters.
Admittedly scared off by some reviews but decided to try and we're not disappointed. A very solid American Chinese style takeout even with a pretty good stock kick of heat without me asking for xtra. There's only one authentic Chinese in central Florida but it's 50min from the house so this one being 8min from the house we will definitely return.
New China
This place is awesome. I was hesitant with the low score, but it's close and I wanted to support a local business. This is top tier fast Chinese food. Always delicious and fresh. I went through most of the one star reviewers to read their complaints and surprise, typical boomer complaints. One review says they didn't smile enough... Seriously? Get over yourselves. Rate the food! Which is amazing by the way.
Well where do i start...I would not eat here again. It was very dirty behind the counter does not look like they clean at all. They auto charged a $5 tip onto my already $60 dinner for carryout and would not remove it even tho i was paying in cash. I do not mind leaving a tip but i don't like you auto adding it after i checked out then say you "cant remove it" Just charge me $5 less. Tipping has gotten out of hand. i don't mind tipping a server for bringing me food drinks and clearing the table but for walk up takeout i don't like tipping that's what the $60 food bill was for. THEN i ordered a dinner combo it was 12.99 for the pork fried rice and dinner and egg roll i asked if i could get egg friend rice sub they charged a dollar for it. on their menu egg fried rice is 6.89 and pork is 7.19 so why would you charge a $1 to sub down... then the egg fried rice was just egg no veggies no nothing like every other takeout joint... the pork fried rice in the other dishes had peas carrots and onion along with the pork i got charged a dollar to take all that out and crack an egg in it...there customer service is really lacking. food was sup to be ready at 6 pm made a pick up time an hour and half before getting it.. had to wait another 15 min for it to be ready... whats the point of making a pickup time if its not ready at said pick up time... i know all in all each one is not a bad thing and can be over looked .. but when you add up the auto tip when paying cash they cant remove...the dollar more for a less expensive item had they called me i would have just taken the pork fired rice to not being ready... DON'T COME HERE GO TO CHINA KING OFF WICKHAM ROAD 1000x times better. Save your money
