It’s definitely super! What sets this place apart from similar fare is the attentiveness of the dining room staff, the constant replenishing of buffet items, and an elevated level of freshness. Be sure to try the Hibachi grill and save room for dessert. 🍣🍱🍣

GIVE IT A TRY! I can agree that buffets can be a huge hit or miss. I’ve been going to this buffet on/off for 17 years. I remembered it was delicious back then and I took another try to visit it again recently. I was not disappointed. I went around 12:30 pm on a Friday and the food was fresh and delicious. The Mongolian grill area was the best and wow I would go just for that. The fried fish was crispy and tasty. The rice was savory and the the varieties if chickens were on point! The dessert pastry’s and fruits with the coconut ice cream was tasty. Hey for 12-15 bucks per person on a Friday lunch this is a no-brainer! No complaints from me. If you are a local please give it a try!

This may sound strange but Trini Chinese food is completely different, and better tasting than Chinese fast food. The other complication is that it is pretty difficult to find an authentic Trini Chinese food business in South Florida. Trini's Chinese Bites could not have been any harder to find, but was well worth the exploration. Since my MCL damage I have had to return to Total Orthopedic for my progress to be reviewed by the doctor. After a visit, I searched for food in the area and was excited to find this restaurant. It is a takeout only establishment but the area is clean and there is a clear view of the kitchen, so you can see all the tasty delights getting prepared. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and able to answer any questions you might have about the menu. I love that smell of fresh, well seasoned food being prepared in front of you. The menu is full of local (Trinidad) favorites, like Char Sui Kai Fan and Pepper Chicken, and sides as well. The portions are huge, tasty, and mouthwatering. Everything was cooked to perfection and the wait time was very short. The fried rice had the taste and flavor of the Dragon (Wok Hey), a thing that sets Chinese food places apart from each other. I only wish there were a bit more vegetables in there. As I will have many more trips to the doctor until I am fully healed, I will be back to Trini's Chinese Bites until I have tried everything on the menu. Hope to see you there.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, the new owner, yesterday when I picked up my food. She is so pleasant, kind and polite. The service is outstanding and the food is very delicious and affordable. I came today and ordered fried dumplings and house fired rice. They were so delicious. I will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Ordered chicken lo mein, egg foo young, sweet and sour chicken and fried rice. Everything tasted great! The sweet and sour chicken had a few pieces over cooked but overall the flavor of all the food was yummy. They also load the dinner plates with a lot of food.i like it.
