First, this place is like secret club they don't want you to find. The food didn't make me sick, which is always a plus. I got the lunch special. Curry Shrimp. Ordered extra shrimp.. EACH EXTRA SHRIMP COST A DOLLAR A PIECE!! So much for lunch prices. Food tasted fine. Egg roll was small.

Worst customer service ever. Its also a very nasty place eat. Just go alround and see through the windows, we're you can see the meat on the tables where they supposed to store it and cut their meat. You can see the mouse 🐁 all over the place, eating from the meat their leave open. As a manufact I will report this to be on a inspection. They don't deserve not even one ☆ star. Go and see 👀 it and taste what I am rating 😏 Good luck on your meal.

The food is sooo good. We had the general tso w pork fried rice, 4 chicken e pork fried rice n egg rolls. DELICIOUS!!!

Floors were dirty. The kitchen was dirty. Don’t eat from here.

Ordered take out by phone. Easy to find from our Vrbo rental. Food was ready when we got there. Short drive home and food was still hot. We ordered Egg Foo Young, rice with chicken and Beef and Vegetables. Everything was very tasty. Rice was slightly bland and could have had more flavour but still very edible. The beef was very tender and the sauce was just spicy enough. Overall a good meal and would order again.

I love this Chinese restaurant. Its one of the best Chinese restaurant in all of Charleston and I hope they stay in Hollywood. I love it so much I dont expect change back they can have it as a tip. Find a restaurant that can make Sesame Chicken better than them.

I would give zero stars if I could. I vomited after eating some of the food. Despite requesting "veggie everything" due to not eating meat, there were small chunks of meat in my order. I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, but the only resolution offered was to return the food. This was very inconvenient as I had paid for delivery and did not drive there for the food. This poor customer service experience was limited to just one item. The issue could have been resolved but instead, poor Customer service was given. Update took the food back because they thought I ate it. You guys messed my order up and refused to right the wrong. Even after I returned the food the owner called harassing me because I posted photos I removed your face now do better NEVER AGAIN

Customer service was great! Food was fresh and hot. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli and house special soup for myself and it was delicious and flavorful.. I wished they would’ve not been so heavy on the broccoli but good still. I ordered the chicken lo mein no vegetables for my son.. they over stuffed his container, so I had to try it ( make sure it wasn’t poisonous 🤭😂.. and it was also amazing! 😋😘 we’re definitely coming back!

I enjoy eating from this place. Tonight I ask that my rice be cooked a lil longer instead of soft and they delivered. Everything was super fresh as always. Now I know how to ask for my rice and they did not mind doing it exactly how I liked it. Thank you so much. The lady is very nice in the front as well. Ordered the ribs and can you say rubber ? They were so absolutely tough. If I was at home I would pressure cook them to get them soft. But I was at work for hours. I. Couldn’t eat that thought rubber mess. And the rice tasted old

First time here. The food is delicious and the portions are large for the price. However, the service can be a little bit friendlier and more welcoming. It felt rushed, and I felt like the cashier was unwilling to answer some of my questions when the menu was huge and lacking description. Definitely more fast food type. Also, the restaurant is not very clean and there are boxes and chairs all are all over the place. I’d come back, hoping for a better experience.

Ordered carryout first time diner. Sweet and sour chicken was scrumptious, crispy, served hot and plentiful! Sauce was good but not as much a star as the delicious chicken! VEGGIE rolls were also delicious! Very special. Won ton soup was decent amount but only average and I didn' like the veggie fried rice at all, had strange taste. I will definitely go back for the chicken!

Good Chinese food. Steamed chicken and shrimp with vegetables was delicious. Large portions. House special soup broth was a bit bland.

The waitress was very attentive and witty! The food was very tasty and in great proportion. The restroom was clean.

My last visit was in November 2024, and they have new owners. I noticed the spicy mustard was watered down. And the pork sayschwan sauce was much thicker than usual. Pictured is general tsao chicken, vegetable lowmang, beef lomang, chicken chowmang. The chicken chowmang had NO flavor. I don't understand why this is even on the menu.

So I had to order more than once in order for me to give an honest review. I have seen good and bad reviews about the food and some are right but most are truly overreacting. First time I ordered I had some issues with the vibe and short attitude of the girl in the front but figured it was a bad day. 2nd time I ordered was yesterday and seems it is a habit for the girl that answer the phone and hand the order for pickup to be very short with people plus seems to miss instruction when you order. The tables they put outside filling with people is a hazard! We almost fell because there was no room to pass hope that will be addressed. As for the food: The flavor is actually good, much better then the usual American Chinese where it's usually way to oily and with a bad after taste while the flavor here was pretty good BUT there some lack for details and few shortcuts they doing. The stir fry chicken for the sesame chicken amd others seems like it's tossed with corn starch or some flour, which made it a bit sticky. The snow Pease are not being cleaned in the edges so you can't even chew them because you ending up spitting the sticks from the edges of the snow Pease, any restaurant or home cook you take a moment to chop the edges. The chicken egg rolls had a very big amount of residue flour, which make it impossible to eat, I felt I was biting into en egg roll covered in uncooked flour ( shame because flavor seems good ) The flavors are absolutely there and with some small attention to details and with a small adjustment to the attitude of the front girl the place can be so much better. This is by no means a cheap place to eat so don't expect to spend same as a hole in the wall Chinese but at the same time for what I pay I expect not to clean my food instead of the kitchen and I don't need to feel like I need to walk on egg shell talking to the girls in the front. Will I order food here again? Absolutely, but I will ask them to adjust few things and I will address the attitude if I encounter it again. I love to support home family restaurants and even though I ended throwing few items away I will still give it a 3rd chance and will update the review good or bad. I added picture of those snow Pease as example what should have been cleaned like any other place.

Great place with a lot of variety of Chinese and buffet style food. The price is very good. They also have a lot of sushi. They are very good, supermarket grade sushi. The service is very good and fast. You can have mussels and oysters.

To be honest, food is very poor ! I have been to many buffets and this won the worst food. The waitress are very rood, we didn’t even took a seat and she had alreay asked us 3 times what we were going to drink (I think they are just this way. But I think I you are going to attend people you should at least put a nice face) I thought for a second I was in North Korea

I thought I found the perfect Chinese takeout place near me. I would order almost every week. Food is good, not greasy and the lady taking orders is very nice. Place looks clean. . the only thing ruined it for me was seeing one of the workers (young adult) hanging out at the front desk. On full cleaning his buggers with his fingers for a whole 10 mins. And both I and the front desk saw it. No one said anything.. and while I was trying to ignore it. .. it turns out he was the one who was given my bag of food to hand to me. .. despite all the good experiences, that one ruined it for me to go again. . Restaurants should take care of any staff/family hanging around to represent the business and be customer oriented. Especially around food.

Not sure if it is because of Covid, but the restaurant doesn't have seating. I've only ordered here twice, but both times the food has been great for the price. I ordered the bourbon chicken and it didn't disappoint at all. Nice proportion of vegetables and chicken and tasty sauce. Great and friendly service. Place an order and go find a picnic table at the park next door and enjoy!
