The front desk person is discorteous, very rude and unhelpful. She literally told us she hopes we never come back. All we did was tell her that something was off in our order (we ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and there was no shrimp.) You can truly tell this is Hialeah-grade service. She is the only person in the front desk, so its not like we got the one bad front desk person. She IS the whole front desk staff.

service is the one that needs to improve for example they need a more friendlier communication when answering the phone, but the food is delicious

I have been coming here since I was a kid. The place has definitely changed. Can’t even sit and eat inside anymore. Food is terrible. Shrimp with lobster sauce has no flavor and the sesame chicken is basically all breading. Very disrespectful customer service. I’ll never come here again.

This was the first time I order take out from Pacifico. The food was great. We had a jumbo fried rice and honey chicken: The food was packed nice and plenty of chicken.

When I tell you this is the best pork fried rice and juiciest honey garlic chicken I've had at a Chinese takeout place, I am NOT kidding. Highly recommend. Great prices, huge portions, amazing food! Keep doing whatever y'all are doing!

We just order our food and look how it came out. The food was extremely hot that burn that styrofoam and some chicken are burned. Also we ordered large soup and gave us small side. I hope the owner reads this and returns our money back Owner can reach out to me to get my info

Okay so I came to pick up the food and the moment I walked in it looked concerning to say the least. The food is really good but the restaurant itself looks dirty. I don't think I will order again after picking up the food and actually seeing the condition and cleanliness of this place.

Table for one , I had bbq ribs , mashed potatoes, corn , bourbon chicken , Mongolian beef , noodles, rice noodles salad, butter potatoes, breaded chicken drumsticks, garlic bread , dumplings , potato salad , fries , fried rice , shrimp , cheese wonton , sweet fried donut , desserts ,ice cream etc . I liked their boba deserts. Everything was good . Nice selection of hibachi . Hibachi included . I attached pictures of buffet ,menu with prices and my plates and myself and bill . This place is amaaaaaazing… They have soooo much variety for the price … come’ n … it’s a suuuuper deal …. It’s a steal !! I personally like sushi and I enjoyed the sushi and its sauces … Great time

I order soup. I’ve asked to please put less rice and it’s like they do the opposite. Soup is all fat rice and little Chicken.

I loved it! Everyone was super nice and I love coming here regularly! The food is delicious and they even throw in some free dumplings! I love coming here so much, I had to leave a review because I just love this place so much! I highly recommend coming back here. 5 stars

This place 5 stars solely based off the food, because we got take out and did not dine in. The chicken was delicious, even without any sauce. Perfect dough to chicken ratio. We got sweet and sour and honey garlic sauce. They were both so good! I can't pick which was better, both equally great. We got a small fried rice and small lo mein. Both were large portions enough to share between two people. Even the amount of chicken they give is plentiful. There was lots of leftovers. Just over all great!

I was visiting a friend over the weekend and she suggested to do delivery with this restaurant. She's ordered from here plenty of times and thought I'd like it as well. They were pretty quick with delivery and the food was correct however; while spooning out my roast pork fried rice I see something you never want to see. A roach! A fully intact gigantic dead roach. I wanted to vomit. That has never happened to me before, ever. My friend immediately called them to explain what happened and at first we were offered new food in place of what we received, but we were not interested. Thankfully they gave us a full refund. Unfortunately they lost a customer that night.

The most authentic chinese food around. Owner and staff are amazing. I have been eating there for more then 22 years! AWESOME

My family used to live right by here and order from them for as long as I could remember. (Roughly 15-20 years.) They knew my parents and even joked around with them. We moved away about a year ago and I have been missing their food. You can't get better food then theirs. I would drive the 5 hours if I could just to have their food. Over the years we tried them in various ways, take out, delivery and even ate inside once or twice. I can not recommend them more. Their service and food is the best. The Colon Family misses you guys and can't find any place to come close to your food.

I love Chinese food. I have tried several places and I can say this is one of my favorite ones. Even tho it is a very small restaurant, service was very very friendly and very professional. I made a big order of a special fried rice, lo mein noodles, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken for 15 people (family gathering). The food was made right when I ordered and all my family was very happy with the taste and the quantity we got. I totally recommend this place!

It's more of a takeout place but it reminds me of what Chinese food used to be like really really good unlike that otherHialeah Chinese food they're making everywhere

Was out of town randomly seen the place , inside was a little messy but man was the food off the chain good , one of if not the best Chinese food ever , the special rice which was what they severed with combo was worth every penny that I paid for the whole meal which was kung pao chicken, everything was good , highly recommend.

They have excellent customer service. Nice and friendly and always with a smile. The food is very good! In addition, I appreciate that they make sure to provide enough napkins, utensils, extra sauce if needed with your order. Your order is always on time and nice and hot. Ready to eat! We ordered delivery from here today for the 1st time & what a find!! The BEST hot & sour soup I've ever had! The ribs were tender & had a delicious sauce. The general Tso's chicken was crispy & spicy! Highly recommend! 10/10
