Ichiban Japanese Chinese Cuisine
Delicious Walnut Shrimp aka salad shrimp. Haven’t had this since I was in NYC. Dishes were served by a wonderful staff and on the cutest platters shaped as bridges and boats. Everyone in our party enjoyed the feast!
This is the third time I’ve visited Ichiban, and it never fails to impress. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it a perfect spot for a casual night out. There’s also outdoor seating available, which is great for those who enjoy dining al fresco, especially with the pleasant Florida weather. As always, the service was exceptional. The staff here is attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Their welcoming nature really adds to the overall experience. We came for sushi again, and, as expected, it did not disappoint. This time, we tried the Lava Drop, Volcanic Eruption, and Sugar Daddy rolls, and each one was absolutely fantastic. The Lava Drop had just the right amount of heat, the Volcanic Eruption was packed with bold, smoky flavors, and the Sugar Daddy was a perfect blend of sweet and savory. The sushi at Ichiban is consistently fresh and beautifully presented, making it easily the best I’ve had in Fort Myers. Ichiban continues to be my go-to spot for sushi, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dining experience. I can’t wait for my next visit!
