Highly recommend this perfectly prepared and delicious pizza! Right amount of pepperoni and hamburger toppings, and cheese - plus the crust is super crispy! Also, the service was outstanding! Not only did Ashley make an exceptional pizza but she also provided excellent service and checked on us too! She made our experience and we will absolutely return to this Destin Commons location!

I worked in the Pizza Delivery business going back nearly 24 years, and I have never, never seen such dismal,disorganized, and duplicitous ethic in my life. This experience was an absolute joke. First and foremost, I called the number at least 3 times in the span of 25 minutes and no one ever answered the receiver. Second, I quickly tried to make sure they bring Crushed Peppers and they couldn’t even do that. The Couriers were fantastic. That’s the ONLY positive thing I can say about the experience. The Ingredients were maybe a step ahead of Papa Johns, meaning for $18+ Tax and delivery charge, this was an absolute ripoff. Take a look at the photo. That’s not a ‘12, that’s not even ‘11. 10 inches is not a Medium pie. Does this Startup even KNOW the fundamentals of Crust sizes and kneading? I guess not. I’m a tourist here in Destin, not a Resident. I hadn’t even been in FL for 33 years. I expected a positive experience and didn’t even get it. To say how disappointed I am is an understatement. I feel like I wasted $23. I don’t recommend Redbrick. Period. Even Pizza Inn and TX exclusives like Villa Roma are 20X better. If you’re in Destin, go to Jets or Merlin instead. Utterly pathetic.👎

If you come here, don't order the chicken fingers.. or hush puppies. I think our French fries were bigger than the chicken fingers and the hush puppies were so hard and burnt. For $18.00 it was the saddest plate of food I've ever had. Bowling had a 4 hr wait.. but the kids liked the games. So.. eh.

This place is absolutely terrible! We came and got lunch here and I ordered a kids meal chicken tenders. They were burnt to a crisp. It was the puniest little chicken basket I have ever ordered from a restaurant. And to top it off our server came back 30 minutes after we had already ordered to ask what our orders were. definitely would not recommended coming to uncle sucks.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Upon entering the establishment, we saw a huge line that didn’t seem to be moving, but decided to wait. We arrived at 7:15PM and didn’t leave with food in hand until roughly 8:40PM. The ice was over flowing from the drink machine. There wasn’t any lemonade or spoons. The entire line was gross. All the tables and most of the seats were so disgusting, I didn’t even want to sit on them while waiting in the line. I counted 8 workers. 6 of which were doing absolutely NOTHING but watching their 2 team mates run around like chickens with their heads cut off. & to add insult to injury while waiting over an hour in the line, I witnessed 4 works make their food right in front of us, sit at the nasty tables on the lobby, and EAT in pairs. I understand folks need breaks, but it was completely unacceptable for the line to literally be out the door and multiple employees eating together while disgruntled customers starred. It was pretty awkward and people were def letting it be known they were upset.

The place looks like a disaster area there’s food everywhere. On the floors the counters, the tables. The drink machine is full of discarded ice. My order was placed online and despite the app saying it would be ready in 10 mins it took more than twice that long while I had to sit and watch the people who walked in after me get their food made. I decided it wasn’t worth the time or health risk and left. I’ll be calling for a refund later.
