I can’t get enough of Monkey Morning Cafe! The food always top notch and entirely from scratch. I fell in love with the Eggs Benedict Florentine. It’s spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms with poached eggs and hollandaise over sourdough toast. I substitute the sourdough toast for grits. It’s delicious. The hollandaise is the best around and tastes like a trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu made it. Not only is the food great but the people are too. The vibe here is very warming and upbeat and just puts a smile on face every time. You have to come on and try this place. The food is top notch and you can order lunch or breakfast at any time. We are traveling from Chicago and decided to try a local place boy am I happy I did the friendly atmosphere and the food amazing. Finally a place that knows how to make real grits. My son got the steak and eggs. The steak is huge. The place was packed yet. We were still well taken care of. I can’t say enough and how happy I am that we chose this place.
