Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, hot and sour was thrown out, place was cold no heat and a child working the register, child labor? How did it get a 4.3???

moved to the area summer of 2023 and am JUST now discovering this place unfortunately! best chinese food i’ve had in the area. 4 stars only because the fried rice could use a little work but all in all super yummy
