We came in as a party of 20+ people on a Friday night ( I had called a week ahead to prepare them that we were coming) and they accommodated our group amazingly! Our server, Justin kept everyone's drinks refilled and kept a smile on his face the whole time. Two small glitches with the total order, but very easily understandable with such a large group. Highly recommend!! My phone calls with managers Nick and Kyle were very professional and they were very informative of what we could expect when we arrived! Thank you for making our pre-wedding dinner an AMAZING experience!

The employees majority of servers need to take care of their customers and stop hiding in a corner gossiping then expecting a tip... For example tonight I ordered a drink I ordered some food my appetizer showed up she didn't even stay long enough for me to ask for something to go on the side with it, disappeared most of the time, other service talking among each other how someone asked for service and then he just told different Server oh I just told them to figure it out what rude staff you have I would fire them or have them retrained and definitely look over the tape on the manager on duty that night meaning tonight... have him/her retrained but that bar could've made a lot of money tonight... the service wasn't there the waiters were more focused on having fun amongst each other's like it was high school, yes I understand it's supposed to be a fun environment but while being efficient and it was not. The GM of this Applebee's needs to take better care of this location especially weekend night shift I'm just annoyed that I didn't even have anything to drink with my main meal because she took so long to show up and I had an empty glass for a while... I didn't get my second beer until I was halfway through my main course. When I ordered my beer before my food showed up to the table. It's beer on draft it's not hard to go to the bar grab it come back, a normal server would've waited for the beer to be poured and then dropped it off. But something was more important of watching drunk people on the patio that's been there all day they said been taking care of everybody else when that wasn't even their section... So many of her tables were dissatisfied I've seen more Applebee's with less employees run more efficiently across the US Sadly I live with in a mile plus this was convenient but I won't be coming back, the service must stay at worse every time. And the biggest factor is the employees are extremely rude They need to wake up call and understand how to make money is customer service...

This was my third time visiting this Thai place. I think it’s a very good place if you like spicy food because they can make really good spicy food . However i had gone before covid and it was a well kept restaurant but on going yesterday it didn’t look so welcoming and also the plates that were served were very worn out. I think most of their business maybe with takeouts . There were not many servers and all as well. Just the family running the business. Sweet chili sample-5/5 Crispy crab curry-4/5 Drunken noodles-4/5 Red chicken curry-5/5 bcz of the spice level Service is fast, food is good. And they do check your bill as they do apply 12% service charge additionally when you dine in.

It was the best sushi I’ve ever had and it is a small family owned business. I felt super welcome the entire time and they were very polite. I highly recommend this place, it is very very delicious.

Went in for lunch for the first time and was not disappointed at all. All my rolls were good and were out quickly. Very affordable, overall a nice clean small place. :)

If you are looking for decent Chinese in Charlotte, do not come here. I have no idea how they have a 4.4 rating. To be clear, I am not picky, I just want decent Chinese food. Let me start with the fried rice… it was dry and had no eggs or vegetables, just dry yellow rice! The chicken in my General Tso chicken was absolutely frozen at one time! Dumplings were rubbery and had very little flavor. Wonton soup was by far the best part of the meal, but it’s really hard to screw up wonton soup. I’m still on a search for just an average Chinese in Charlotte. I can name a half dozen place near Dilworth that are better than this place. Any recommendations would be great!

Visiting here from VA and found this quaint, local spot. It did not disappoint! Asked the owner to surprise me with his favorite dish, and it was delicious. Got the lemongrass beef, and he was proud to serve it. He was genuinely interested in conversing and took the time to visit every guest. Will absolutely be back next trip here!

We came here for my sister's birthday dinner. We were able to be seated immediately and ordered a couple of appetizers. I do not remember our server's name but she was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions. We got the pan fried dumplings and the handmade wonton in chili oil. The pan fried dumplings were a little disappointing as I could tell that they were mass-manufactured and/or frozen. The handmade wonton in chili oil was delicious and spicy, though! I ordered the pork lo mein as my meal, and my sister got the sesame chicken dinner entree which comes with a side of rice and an egg roll. I got to try some of her meal. The egg roll was a little bland, I assume that they do not use pork because it was not like an egg roll I was used to. The sesame chicken was crispy and had a good amount of sauce on it. The rice was cooked perfectly. The lo mein was absolutely delicious! Very savory and had some hints of sweetness as well. The pork was velveted and tasted great. The service here was very good! Our server was very attentive and also was super sweet! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Overall the food is decent. We ordered orange chicken, beef and broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and spicy mushrooms in a flaming pan. Everything was ok. Not amazing and certainly not worth the price. The spicy mushroom dish was the most fragrant and flavorful. But spicy... No, it wasn't spicy. The service was less than ideal. Yes it was on Christmas day it was a little busy. But we arrived before the rush and it still took a while to be served. The staff was friendly, though. Overall it's ok. I don't know that we will be back but don't take my word for it, stop in and try it for yourself. ,

I’ve ordered a few times from them (delivery) and the food is fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned. Last night I ordered the House chow mei fun and fried calamari and they were both so tasty. Portions are generous and there was a lot more protein and mushrooms under the noodles. I kept finding more pork, chicken and shrimp, so they are not stingy when it comes to that. They’re also accommodating to my ingredient allergy, so I can enjoy my food without fear. I’d eat from there every day if I could. (2022) Update: I’ve eaten here more times than I can count, but at some point I stopped because they must have changed the cook or something. I used to love the chow mei fun and the fried calamari (in my photos), but the last few times, I was disappointed. The food was not prepared the same, and the calamari had no veggies or lettuce. I have not eaten there in over a year because the food was extremely underwhelming the last few times I went. Very sad, this used to be one of my favorites.

This place should be ashamed of their self to have such a great store front and be wasted with rude , nasty , scary aggressive owners. I ordered WELL done chicken wings and house rice no pork for pick up and when getting their I asked there was no pork in the rice she got aggravated I apologized and when getting home I cracked open my ONE chicken wing and rest were unappetizing giant drum sticks… (we all know what I’m talking about) pink to the bone … fried. Outside but raw as can be inside . Called to let her know my concern she in English and gibberish argued she fried for 20 mins. Then I let her know I’ll bring back the food for a refund. she dissected the bag like we had sprayed Covid fluid on it only to make sure all items were there not to make right or address the concern about well done wings being RAW. Her husband (I assume) argued it was okay to eat. She BANNER me from ever back eating Chinese … i assume from there hahaha I wasn’t rude to this establishment simply wanted to give them a try and will always remember how I was treated me and will continue to share not to eat or support their nasty entitlement
