Do not eat inside. They will serve everyone who ordered after you if they do “to go”. You would be last on a list. Cleanses of a powder room are the same as outside toiled on concert stadium. After 30 minutes of waiting for lo men and watchin like customer going in, ordering food and after 5-7 minutes going out with a food - I tooked my money back and leave this place. I was there today at first time. And this is would be my last time when I was there.

The food is ok for the price. And quality isn't offensive. I order here often and enjoy the boneless rib with pork fried rice. Eating this makes me happy 😊

New owners, new recipes. I heard some grief locally and decided to check out the new setup. We get our usual dishes so I can't comment on everything, but the sweet and sour chicken was tasty. The sauce was very good. The egg rolls seem the same. My wife gets the beef and broccoli with extra brown sauce and she likes it better than the previous. The thing that I was impressed by was the Hot and sour soup. It was loaded with mushrooms and tofu, thick broth, just delicious. I think we like it better.

Ordered a large amount of food including 3 meals fried rice dumplings. The 3 meals had no taste except for sour. The dumplings fried had too much dough. And fried rice was bland. Fried dumplings were barely fried. Hope for improvments

Food was super tasty and the staff really friendly. I would recommend going not on Monday. You can call ahead to make sure they have what you want!

The female working there tonight with the bonnet and glasses on her head was extremely rude. I was there to pick up a door dash order including trying to get myself something to eat as well. She asked me if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes door dash the customer that she was assisting before I came in heard me say yes door dash and even repeated she still did not hear. If she was professional she would have completed taking care of the current customer gave me her undivided attention and been able to hear what I was saying. I repeated door dash again with a higher pitch tone and she began being combative telling me I don’t need to scream which I was not I projected my voice since I was asked 4 times to repeat myself. This person who is here if she does not know how to conduct herself in a professional manner there is no need for her to be there serving the public.

Food was ok...service was poor..had a young guy wait on us...seemed to not want to..my friend asked if they had a certain item and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know"..not like it was busy..no one in there at the time.

I got together with a group of friends for the holidays and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The service was excellent , and the food was fantastic, just as I remembered it from my last time here.

Didn't know this place was here and a search for Good Chinese brought this up. The reviews I read were very mixed. But I decided to give it a try. I went on a Friday night about 6:30 pm. There were many, many available seats. I was seated near a window and noticed the place seemed a bit run down. My booth had cracked vinyl seats. Carpet seemed worn, and when I was in the restroom, it was very rusty. But nevertheless I was hoping for a good meal. The server was nice, attentive, and eager to answer any of my questions. I like a lot of spice, so he suggested some dishes and said he could have them adjust the heat level. Ultimately chose the Sichuan chili wontons and three pepper chicken, with brown rice. And I have to say, both were delicious!! The wontons were a little heavy on the salt, but still tasty, and my chicken dish was really flavorful, especially with the added red chili peppers and the chili paste that was brought to the table. They also had some drink specials like 2 for 1 beers, which I took advantage of. Beer and Chinese, natural great combo! Also loved their brown rice!! By the time I was ready to leave, about 8 pm, the restaurant had gained a few patrons, but was still over 50% empty. So I wonder how long they can keep going. But all in all, my food was delicious, my waiter was great, and I would not hesitate to go back. I hope they're still open the next time I'm in the mood. Added note: I went back and had the riblets as an appetizer and the same tree pepper chicken as my entree. Posted pics. The food is really good here!

Disappointed with the food. We ordered many different dishes. All were piping hot in the inside and cold outside. My plate was broken and my cup chipped. Very unsatisfied with the food. However, on another note our server Angela was very attentive and apologetic. Her service was good.

TL;DR- wonderful food, kind service, not too expensive, nice heating, and overall 10/10 place! Me and my cousins went on a trip to connecticut and decided to end it here- and we’re really glad we did! We called the place first and they were really nice over the phone. The service was calm and nice in person, too. The food was amazing. It was nice and hot, (steam coming out), i had chicken wings, fried rice, and some sesame chicken which were all very tasty! i was still trying to eat all of it even after i felt full. My family agrees with me that the food was good too. It was also imo cheaper for how good the food was. We didn’t have to wait too long too. It was an absolutely freezing outside, and when we went in, the place was nice and warm compared to how frosty it was outside. If you want some good chinese food and you’re in the area, i suggest dining here!

This was my first "experience" with Hong Kong Chinese Food. I ordered delivery, an appetizer, two different entrees and the donuts for dessert. I received two of the same entree, and only one sauce between them, the dessert and dumplings seemed fine at the time. Fast forward five hours, I started to feel terrible. I proceeded to projectile vomit for at least ten minutes, and only after then did I start to feel better. Needless to say I was afraid to eat the leftovers, and threw them away. Additionally, the past three days have been fraught with bouts of continuing diarrhea. Do your stomach, esophagus, and rear end a huge favor, and find somewhere else to eat.

I’ve been coming to this Chinese take out spot for 10+ years. I will say, I’ve patron several different Chinese food spots in Stamford & this one has always remained consistent. Service is always quick and the food is always fresh. Price point is also great considering the cost of food.

They are very good. Wait time was a little longer than i thought due to that they are up the street, but not too long than average time. Be very recommended

The worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to in my life. The female they have running the front is extremely rude she shouts and yells at you while ordering your food. She has no customer service skills at all. The guy in the back was cleaning shrimp without gloves. I caught him picking in his nose then went right back to touching the shrimp. They have pre made food on the floor open while there’re walking around talking and doing stuff all over your food. I will never spend money here if you love yourself. EAT HERE AT YOU OWN RISK !!!

⚠️ WARNING I WILL NEVER GO HERE AND EAT AGAIN THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS BUT TONIGHT MY FIANCE GOT SO SICK SHE THREW UP THE FOOD AS SOON AS SHE DIGESTED IT WE CALLED THE RESTAURANT ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL AND THE GENTLEMAN ANSWER THE PHONE TOLD ME TO HOLD ON PUT A WOMAN ON THE PHONE SHE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY HOLD ON AND TOOK AN ORDER AS I'M TELLING HER SHE NEEDS TO THROW OUT THE FOOD THAT SHE JUST SOLD US BECAUSE IT HAS MY FIANCE THROWING IT ALL UP IN A PAPER BAG THEY HAD NO CARE FOR THE HARM THAT THEY JUST CALLED HER ON TOP OF IT THE DELIVERY DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN GET OUT THE CAR WE HAD A WALK TO THE CAR HE GAVE US THE FOOD THROUGH THE WINDOW. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN My fiance threw up the orange chicken from this restaurant

This place usually has good food. I waited over 2 hours for delivery I kept calling and all anyone said is the drivers a few blocks away. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I shouldn’t have to pay for my food or ar least get a discount, they said the manager said they can’t do that. But it was ok that delivery took 2 hours? I didn’t get my food until 1015 pm and I ordered at 813 and was told 40-50 minutes for delivery which was fine at 1 hour and 10 minutes I called and was told he was a few blocks away didn’t get food until 1015pm

Highly recommend. It has the perfect vibe. They are kind and make delicious food. They are quick, food is usually ready within 15-20 minutes.

The food was mediocre…same, limited, basic stuff they all have on the bar, some was old cold, some was fresh and hot, but it was still the basic stuff. The sushi was just rice and veggies, there was storage boxes all over the place, making it not welcoming at all, and the lady at the counter was rude and disrespectful. They also only give you 2 hours to eat, so don’t think you’re going to catch up with your friends and chit-chat. I won’t be back.

Hadn't been here in years I went with Family there were 3 of us waited at least 10 to be seated no one was at the counter..... Got seated and we went to eat ... Styrofoam plates and boxes of spoons and forks on the counter open for all to touch ... Food was a bit dry ... They got sushi and said it tasted weird but still ate it and the little octopus legs were over cooked they were chewy and not edible I had chicken and rice and green beans the fried potato with bacon a bit strange and hard I was Told Mac and cheese was good We only had one dish each a little disappointed

Called in my order and it was ready 5 mins later. I found it difficult to eat as it needed salt and I was in my car with only 10 mins to eat. I ordered the Kun Pao Chicken Lunch special. The rice was mushy, the carrots tasted really off (old?) It’s supposed to be Spicy- it was not. Just bland. Luckily there was one soy sauce package and I request some hot oil… So, it was semi-palatable. The place is literally a ‘hole in the wall’; with seating for 3-4 persons in a box filled, DARK, tiny space. It was a dismal experience- never going here again.

Ordered an "Orange Chicken & Pork Fried Rice Lunch Plate". The chicken was freshly fried and deliciously crispy. The fried rice was nice, but I would have liked to see more vegetables such as peas, carrots, or maybe a couple pieces of broccoli. Overall, a very good value for money; just add a bit more veggies to the lunch plate and it would be perfect!

I recently dined at this Chinese restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The dishes were made with fresh ingredients and were incredibly tasty.

First time, last time. Ordered General Taos with white rice and broccoli. I also ordered fried dumplings . My wife ordered shrimp with mixed vegetables and white rice. We both ordered a coke. First, when I got home I realized they didn’t put the cokes in the bag. Had to drive all the way back. The worker said (as she laughed), “I forgot, you forgot”. No I didn’t forget. Then the food: the General Taos chicken was completely dry and hard….and mostly batter. I don’t know what was in the dumplings, but they were not pork and they were small and flimsy. The sauce for the shrimp was too thick and had no flavor. My wife did like the rice, so they have that going for them. Lastly, they charged .75 for an extra dumpling sauce. Go at your own risk….
