Have ordered from here for eight years. The quality of food did not live up to past orders. Chicken in sweet and sour chicken was very hard, beef in beef and broccoli was tough and egg roll was not hot or crisp. Very disappointed

Ordered steamed chicken and vegetables. Received just vegetables. Thank you for a very healthy and very boring dinner. Edit: Wrote this before I tasted the greasy pork fried rice. Not turning into a repeat customer. 🥡🚫

The food was bad and horrible. It has no taste. I wont advise anyone to order from this place I have to put all the 3 orders in the trash They won’t even switch it back

Today was my 3rd time there, so I decided to try the Steak and Chicken Hibachi. It was the best choice I could've made. It was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. There will definitely be a 4th time +. 😋

I ordered out from this place and was so happy with the quality. It was inexpensive and not made with mystery meats. I highly recommend the boneless spare ribs.

Absolutely not worth it. Nothing in the crab rangoons. They are overly chewy. We ordered dumplings and those were actually baos. My boyfriend ordered General Tso’s Shrimp and got Chicken. And I got lucky enough to have this HAIR (probably beard) in my fried rice. Then they proceeded to argue on the phone about it that it was UberEats fault even though it was in a STAPLED box. Don’t waste your money. Staff is rude and inexperienced. Food definitely isn’t worth it.

Accidentally ordered takeout, they called us to verify it was delivery because we usually deliver, we always have trouble with delivery drivers but every time we order the driver finds us no problem! The food a great especially for the price, and when you ask for extra they give extra

So yesterday i ordered some food through the Mcdonalds app, when the food arrive i checked and the nuggets were cold, the fries were cold and the best part the meat of my burger were raw, next time send me the order raw and i cooked it in my house.

1/11/2025 I like how they cooked french fries and delicious strawberry and banana smoothie but one thing is disappointed me that I was told If I want more than 1 sweet and sour, I’ll have to pay for it. What?? I’ve never heard of it and I knew we all should get free for sauce . I wouldn’t eat french fries without sauces and I pay for food and they get paid for served us better food. What a weirdo and they can do better than that. I’m talking about the lady cashier from last night by 10:45p around. Or is because she treats me differently because “I'm deaf” smh. She isn’t friendly

Got the sesame chicken lunch special. Does not come with a drink or egg roll/spring roll. 2 stars when compared to places similar to it. Literally just rice and chicken. Chicken was squishy and tasted expired despite coming in at 1230PM. Could be refrigeration issues or just old product. Only merits 2 stars because it's very inexpensive.

One pint of Chicken Fried Rice with NO vegetables, barely any chicken at all and tastes like it was tossed in a wok with burnt/dirty oil. For nearly $5 this was two bites and straight into the trash. The rest of my order was edible but under-portioned and overcooked, and that's being nice about it. Never coming back here.

Looking for a place to eat today, i drive and see this place. So i stopped in. Place is very clean,and the service was great. Ordered boneless rib lunch special and a shrimp eggroll. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food i got. Rice was delicious with great flavor. The bonless ribs were not dry at all. Im definitly going back agin if im nearby and trting something else.

I’ve ordered takeout via Uber Eats. Food was greasy and awful. I’ve ordered lobster chow mein, not a piece of said lobster, there was few shrimp though, just enjoying a grease bath. Teriyaki chicken was good enough to make soles for my boots. Fired dumplings were cooked to eternity and beyond … if Jesus was around he wouldn’t be able to bring to life whatever meat was placed in those dumplings … and I’ve paid extra 1.50 for brown rice, didn’t get it… just white rice. But delivery was fast!

Crab Rangoon had missing filling wasn’t willing to do anything about it already small pieces no wondering everybody stop going there

Was about to place a order (3 meals) until she told me $1 ea for duck sauce 😑 I ask is it a cup she said it the pack of duck sauce lol and said she give me 5 packs for (3 meals and 3 egg rolls ) I knew it was a red flag came here and READ THE REVIEWS SO GLAD!!! My friends and I ordered food from here last night. And the food tasted better than the previous name of the restaurant. But today we all woke up with awful stomach aches and having to use the bathroom all morning. So something did not sit well with either of us from their food.

A little worried at first because the prior place, went down hill over the last couple of years. But must be new owners, the food was fresh, hot and delicious! So happy to finally have a good Chinese restaurant that delivers again!!

I just was on the phone about an hour and an half ago and requested that my food be packed into plastic containers and not styrofoam because the food melts the styrofoam. The guy on the phone says he understood told someone else there and I was ensured that they would. I still received the foam containers. At least take the consideration to line the containers (for all of your customers) so the hot food isn’t touching the containers directly and customers having to consume the chemicals from the melted container. I had to throw out the portions of food that melted the container because now it’s unsafe to eat. I guess it doesn’t matter because you’re getting paid right?

The fried chicken was perfect, but I don’t know what it is about up north Chinese restaurants but they do not fry their rice .. which is crazy

Ordered sausage and mushrooms. Got a kielbasa sliced pizza with mushrooms. Yuck! Crust good but so disappointed. Gyro was not what was expected either. Very different and more like a small wrap. The lettuce was mush and the meat was cubed. After reading other reviews and realizing there is new ownership which is “HALAL”. Makes sense why the sausage was not what you would normally expect because pork is not an ingredient they can use. The new ownership should change the name of the restaurant and stop misleading customers. Also need to describe ingredients and let customers know this is an Indian based pizza joint. I like Indian food but when I order pizza I want what I expect. I believe if the ownership changes the name and correctly markets their food as Halal they get the clientele looking for this type of food. They even. Get customers who embrace the change and not be misled that this is the Sorrento food they knew and expect.

Worst Pizza I’ve ever had. Meatballs and chicken parm were frozen and reheated. Stay away!

I don’t normally leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I believe our experience tonight warrants one. We ordered a larger size order for the family tonight $74 worth of food. The gentleman over the phone was extremely friendly and nice and told us it would be 25 mins for pick up. We arrived and were told the order was not ready just yet. Which is just fine. 40 minutes later the food was ready. The guy worker was the only employee there and I believe he was the owner. Again he was very friendly and apologetic about the wait time. We did not mind waiting, in fact we were happy because he was being so kind to us. We get home and my 1 and half year old sits down to eat and as she is eating her steamed chicken I went and tried a piece and thought the texture was weird. Didn’t think too much of it because it was just a small piece. I then bit into a piece of beef and it was completely raw. I will attach photos. I then looked at my daughters chicken further and saw that was raw as well. I called to tell the owner that the food was raw and her was apologetic and said he would “do better”. We brought the food back because at that point we no longer wanted to eat because frankly we were a bit grossed out. We asked the owner to please refund us for the 4 meals that were uncooked because they were inedible. We were not looking for a full refund for the whole order, but only of the meals that we not properly cooked. His attitude had changed and refused to refund us . Told my husband to leave the store and that he was not refunding anything because “some restaurants serve raw food”. We were honestly a bit shocked with his refusal. This is the first time trying this restaurant and we obviously will not be returning. I’m very concerned that my 1 and a half year old ingested raw chicken. I will be monitoring her for the next day to make sure she does not get sick. This type of food should not be sold to customers due to it being a health risk. The health department has been notified.

Went to Luen Hop today for the first time. It's right next to Shoprite. Larry was the absolute BEST!!!! I'd give him 10 stars if I could! He went over some options on the menu with me because I wanted spicy veggies, then I asked about rice noodles and he recommended the Singapore Sling which I got with shrimp and veggies no chicken or pork which it usually comes with in addition to the shrimp. I asked for spicy and when I came back to get it I opened it and had some because I was very hungry. Wow, it was soooooo delicious!! Its curry rice noodles with ginger bits throughout and it was so good! The shrimp were very big! I can't have gluten anymore which I found out just before going for lunch and Larry said he has a lot of gluten free customers and he will make the brown sauce special, gluten free if you tell him before hand. He said he also has customers who he cleans the utensils and pans out for just before making their food because they are very sensitive to gluten! What a great guy!! He is super nice, positive, and willing to help you with any special food accommodations! I highly recommend you go see Larry and he will take great care of you !!! 👍👍👍👍👍🌞🍲 Thanks Larry, you rock!
