Stay away from this place!!! Customer service is the worst. Rude people since the beginning when they’re taking the order over the phone. They’re always right and client is never right. Just ordered take out from them because I was nearby. Ordered orange chicken and it was undercooked. When I called to let them know they claimed that’s how the chicken is cooked and that I was wrong and that without them seeing the chicken they wouldn’t agree or accept responsibility that I needed to bring the chicken back for them to check. Stupid statement on their part. I’m on the customer service business and my client is always right. To make everything worse they said that they’re gonna refund me ONLY the chicken because they were absolutely sure I ate the rice and egg roll but not the chicken from the order 🤦🏻‍♂️. And finally they said didn’t wanted to listen my explanation any more, so without even trying to resolve the situation in a better way they just agreed to refund the money on that part of the order. This idiots don’t care about you… they care more about $11 than getting a client back. They may get somebody sick for God’s sake !!! Make sure you check your food before eating it

I stop going here for a while. Decided to give it another try. I normally order the Chow Fun. They started to make it good so I started ordering it again. Today March 1, 2023 I was craving the Chow Fun and went and got an order to go. Got home and started eating it and found sharp plastic pieces in the food. I went to return it. I agree to have them make it again. Normally they tell you it will be ready in 15min. They made the second order and I waited 5min. Looks like they got mad at me because I bought the one back with plastic pieces and they decided to make the second one with no taste. I've known the owner Anne for many years. She calls me back to ask me what happened. I explained the situation and she started accusing me of complaining all the time. I explained that if your not consistent with the food not tasting the same then go out of business. I'm not asking for anything free just giving her the facts about her food. She got mad at me and became rude and giving me her excuses. My wife went there a few weeks back and they served her salty Beef and Broccoli. I still returned to buy food. Anne tell me that is the same cook. Maybe working the Chef to death and he's tire and starts losing his touch at the end of the day. Won't order again. I'm surprised at you Anne. Re-evaluate your thoughts on how your Chef is cooking and how customers are treated. I swallowed one of those sharp pieces of plastic.

Giving this spot a 5 star based off the other handful of Chinese spots in the area being not good, not having a lunch menu or being too expensive. This place is a great mix of good solid Chinese food at an affordable price. I’ve had their Szechuan chicken and shrimp, boneless spare ribs, sliced pork, fried wontons, chicken sticks and idk what else over the course of a couple months for lunch. Everything hit and the customer service is great too.

Revised review Went to this eatery after a long time with my family. Seafood Menu has been reduced but still quite good and with reasonable prices. I ordered two lobster tails and my wife ordered fried flounder. Side dishes were plenty and we couldn’t eat all and had to takeout with us. Only thing we didn’t like was small size of serving dishes. I had to transfer one lobster tail to small serving plate and it made my eating unpleasant. I wonder what would have happened had I ordered shrimps too. New management should consider having bigger plates just as any other good restaurants. They can take a clue from Cheesecake Factory restaurant nearby in the Mall. Otherwise it was good experience and we are planning to go there on one of those Thanksgiving holidays. Hopefully management do consider our suggestions for their own business and for their own good. Complete garbage food, I bought "Kung Pao Chicken" and it came with mostly peanuts and a mix of vegetables, with a small percentage of small pieces of chicken, cost me $25. The taste is petty bland but edible. One of the worst cases of waste of money I've had on food so far. 0% recommended

Ordered two sushi rolls and cold sesame noodles and greatly enjoyed all three. If I had one critique it would be cold sesame noodles need to be served a bit colder. The atmosphere though was so fun and lovely, felt truly like when you’re here you’re family.

I normally order from a place on Rosa Parks Today I tried this place because the one on Rosa Parks is closed on Sundays. The food is horrible. They give out old food. It’s like they put it in the microwave and just re bag it. The rice has a weird taste the color is completely off, ITS OLD the chicken is dry the egg roll was re rocked all of this food is re rocked THEY GIVE OUT OLD FOOD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I didn’t even want to give it to my dogs cause it might make them sick this was a complete waste of money

Excellent food and friendly staff. Decided to try this place since I was craving chinese and panda express has been a disappointment lately. I got the sweet and sour chicken, crab rangoon, vegetable chow mein and pork fried rice. All were delicious, well cooked and well seasoned. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend, give them a try and give them some business if you haven't, the quality is much better than fast food places like Panda express, and the portion sizes are very fairly priced for how much they give you.

Chow mein was luke warm, general chicken was extremely over spiced hot with what tasted like black pepper. No decent flavors in ANYTHING. Fried Rice was bland, fried shrimp were tiny, sweet and sour chicken (I think) was just terrible. Your meal was served in it to go box in Styrofoam and we dined in. Plus side: it was cheap!

I got shrimp and broccoli, and the shrimp smelled and tasted so expired and spoiled. It looked like it has not been refrigerated for a long time and is experied. It smells fishy(bad kind) to. And everytime I order from this restaurant, I forget about the bad shrimp and I get the same kind of bad food over again.

Got sweet sour chicken and egg drop soup from here. second time I was giving the place a chance with the same order and I didn't even get the same thing. Food is unpredictable for example one time I get sweet sour sauce other time I get two different sauces. Also delivery driver was just awful in attitude. Will never order from here again.

This is a dirty restaurant. I ordered for delivery and while I was eating, I bit into a piece of wire. Then, I called to notify them of the finding, and the staff could not understand English and do not speak English. I should've checked the reviews and I realized this restaurant has terrible reviews/rating. I was told their daughter will call back to help assist with my refund and they never called me back. I do not recommend this establishment to anybody.
