The food was quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed my Garlic Chicken
Great Wall Restaurant
Great Wall Restaurant serves fresh, flavorful Chinese food with generous portions. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy and tangy, while the broccoli beef was tender and savory. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming here with my dad and mom for many years. I live in Florida now. Such a great place, very good food and excellent environment:service. I’ll be there in June with my family.
Uncle Yu's
We visited Uncle Yu’s today and had a fantastic dining experience! We ordered everything at once, starting with the Hot and Sour Chicken Soup, followed by the Crab Stuffed Prawn, Kung Pao Shrimp, and Crab Fried Rice—all based on our server’s recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Despite our hunger and indecision, our server was patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and helping us make the best choices. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was both comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend Uncle Yu’s for an amazing meal and top-notch service!
Car absolute favorite for Chinese food. All of our friends who've been there agree with us. You can't possibly go wrong at Uncle yu's.
Colorado Wok
“I ordered takeout, and the two standout dishes for me were the fried tofu and the egg drop noodle soup—both were incredibly delicious and full of flavor. We also tried the fried rice, which was decent. The beef was cooked well but cut very thick, making it a bit chewy. The same goes for the Mongolian beef. The beef lo mein was just okay—it was a little too wet, and again, the beef was quite thick. Overall, it was a great experience and the dishes weren’t bad at all.
This is our GO TO because the food is amazing and always delicious, filling, and the best in every way. My go to is their Tofu meals that are awesome, filling, and perfectly prepared. Every selection has plenty to eat and it never disappoints. We travel a distance to get there and it is always worth it and never disappoints. Sesame chicken is top notch. The staff is terrific, the bathrooms are well kept, the dining area is clean including the floors! We travel 35 miles one way to eat there and we have always had an awesome meal with outstanding service.
China Buffet
Update: I haven’t been here in years and it’s exactly the same. I don’t think one item on their menu has changed. I do love the peanut chicken though. I’ve been to restaurants from one end of the Country to the other & no one has peanut chicken like them! The owners are nice and try to get to know their customers. Food is good, but never changes
Great food although small selection but still very tasty. Friendly staff. I recommend the peanut chicken and the chow mein .
Tray's Garden Chinese Restaurant
My review/opinion from our dining-in experience on 7/11/24 at 7:20pm. New owners, new bright atmosphere, and food tasted great! No buffet - which doesn't bother me. I suggest everyone going in and forming their own opinions, as we all have different taste! Service wasn't top notch - we were never checked on during our meal. Hopefully, that gets better as they adjust to being open and juggling orders. They are in the process of getting their Coke machine hooked up, but still had drinks to serve from 2ltr bottles. We waited a little while for our food but you could tell that everything was made fresh when ordered. We ordered 3 different meals, and it all tasted great - very flavorful, in my opinion! The pork fried rice had actual eggs and vegetables in it. My husband said the General Tso's Chicken was hot & spicy, exactly the way it should be. My Pepper Steak tasted great, and I had lots of steak, as opposed to tons of onions. I highly recommend going in and trying it yourself - we will be going back!
The food went from a 10 to a 2… The General Toas taste like sweet and sour with way too much sauce that was just nasty …. Not spicy its just literally sweet and sour sauce with garlic!!! It’s even orange!! The fried rice is bland , I had to add 3 soy packets to have a taste other that nothing! And you get charged extra for every change like$$$ for 5 tiny pieces of boiled chicken that is just as blind as the rice ! Nasty I use to order weekly now it’s every 6 months, just to see if it gets better but it hasn’t! Please use old owner’s recipes !! You have cut cut the portions and charge more !! I don’t care to pay more if it’s worth it but it’s not … please get new owners soon, tired of driving to Scottsville for decent Chinese food!
