Ordered some take out the other night. The spicy and sour soup was just sour with no peppery heat or chili heat. Not sure if it's because I ordered it with no extra spicy selected on the site? Back home hot n sour soup comes in hot as default so I assumed I didn't want it more spicy that the standard. The pork fried rice, I ordered because the image on the site showing fried rice with chasiu pork on it. The order came with regular pork pieces only. The fried rice itself was just standard, can do a little more flavor instead of just soy sauce. The egg rolls!!! This is the best part of the order. It was definitely the saving grace of my dinner. The wrap was crispy and the filling was delicious and plentiful. I liked it so much, I got couple more the next day 😁

Can't believe the seafood delight was $19 and only half filled the container. Good is good, but probably won't order again as the price doesn't match the amount.

This was our first time trying this place and the food was cooked to order. The quality was ok, only thing is the wontons barely had anything in them and they were $8. I got here right when they opened so they didn't have any customers and it did take about a 30 minute wait to get my food. I give this place a 6/10. Maybe it was an off day for them since all i hear is great things about this place but my experience wasnt the greatest.

Absolutely Disgusting! I ordered cashew beef. It's even worse than it looks! Never go here! This food was so gross, I cannot overstate it. My dad and brother HATED their orders too. I wouldn't feed this to my dog or even a poor rat. It was soggy, mushy, bland, slimy, with crunchy vegetables. The fried rice was slightly better but extremely dry. I literally threw away everything in this picture. I want to throw up just rethinking this. $50 out of $60 went straight in the trash! Do yourself a favor and pay an extra $5 per entree and go to Youngs Cafe!!

This annoys me. The flavor is bland and the chicken tastes sort of off. What I would expect from a frozen meal in the grocery store. The meat to veggie ratio in some of their dishes like this Thai basil chicken is a rip off for what I paid. Also, there was hardly any basil. If you want quality order from Hunan. This will be the last time I order from Chili House.

I got the Korean Bulgogi and the sauce was just soy sauce and brown sugar. No depth or real flavor, just sweet. The texture of the meat was rubbery The cheese wontons were meh. The cream cheese inside seemed old. The shrimp toast was dry and flavorless. I enjoyed the egg drop soup. But the fried rice wasn't really fried. Just mushy and no flavor. For the price we were disappointed.

Unfortunately, the food I received was not as expected. The rice was undercooked, and the shrimp chow mein was not as described. It appeared to be a gooey sauce over cabbage, onion, and shrimp. Additionally, the delivery driver left the food outside my door without knocking, and it sat there for almost 30 minutes. I am disappointed with the quality of the food and the delivery service. That shrimp with lobster sauce looks more like grits with shrimp in it. What did I do to deserve this? Haiyaa made my ancestors cry. 5 star reviews are from people who've never had quality food before.

Just recently tried them for the first time a few weeks ago and I've overded them over a handful of times since. Every time I've ordered, except once, it was delivery. It arrives correct and burning hot (like careful, you'll literally scald your tongue lol). It comes faster than expected and always tastes good. Highly recommend, it's our new go to (or delivered)

Excellent place. The oil spill noodle is amazing. We were visiting from out of town and decided to have dinner here. Best decision ever! Will definitely be coming here the next time we're in Fort Collins.

short story, don't miss this place if you love noodles and are in the choice city. Their Wuhan noodles and pan fried pork dumplings are my go to, but the hot and sour soup is remarkable, and I love their seaweed salad. everyone is so kind and they are always so busy. happy for them, and for you if you go!

A lovely restaurant. A very small menu that I'm not used to but the menu featured lots of appetizing dishes to choose from. I had the pork belly ramen, my husband beef and daughter vegetarian. The broth was okay. I felt that even with the chili crisp and soy sauce provided, it was still a little lacking in flavor. By the way, the chili crisp was a great bonus. Not many restaurants have it on the table so I was very pleased. The pork belly is tender yet melts in your mouth. The noodles a little on the thicker side but with a pleasant texture. It's worth checking out if you're in the area.

We had to check this place out visiting Ft. Collins. My husband hasn't had any beef noodles in years and so happy we stopped by. They had a lottle bit of something for everyone. Service was quick and easy and some of the dishes did take a bit longer to make and come out but it was worth the wait. The restaurant is in this cute little shopping center with apartment above. Plenty seating inside and out. Their dumplings are legit and we wished we ordered more. Our noodles were cooked perfectly. The meat in our soup was a bit chewy and wished they cooked it longer to make it tender. But overall decent flavors.

Delicious food, great service, and closest to our home! We will definitely be ordering regularly. The spice level was great, dining service was exactly what we were looking for on a Sunday night. Thanks for making a great meal for us!

The absolute best restaurant in Fort Collins! The atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely amazing & the service is even better. over the last two years of going regularly I’ve got to see what amazing people all of the staff members are & I cannot recommend it enough. The food might be even better somehow ! The Sesame chicken is absolutely perfect and fried to perfection, the Hot and sour soup & Cream cheese wontons are a must get also. Another amazing dish is the Chinese sweet sausage fried rice that I couldn’t recommend enough !! If you’re looking for a for great food & a staff that treats like family look no further!!

Umm YUM!! Just tried for the first time after seeing new owner signage, and we will for sure be back. Very reasonable prices, great portions, flavorful food! Looking forward to this being a local staple. We had the lunch special and milk tea! Only thing I would note is working towards less single use materials would be cool:)

The food was absolutely delightful, the new owners were a bundle of joy and very humerous. The lady in the front is nice and warming, having open arms for new customers. The food was a 10/10, I ordered a dinner special and for the amount of food we got it was a really good price. The meal was delicious and our soups were warms and ready to eat, the cheese wontons has to be one of my favorites! Although the meal was a little spicy it is still tolerable. They really know how to please their customers needs and wants. I recommend going here to try :)

Can't believe this place, the choice and combination of rice or noodles with the orange chicken is incredible. Flavours superb. And an affordable cost considering the portion sizes.

I’m so upset. I just drove home, got inside and sat down to eat my food only to be completely disappointed and upset. I ordered sesame chicken bowl with half and half side rice and cho mein and they gave me orange chicken and rice. And in the plate size. The restaurant is already closed snd now I have to make something else for dinner at this late hour exhausted from work bc I hate the orange chicken. Such a simple oversight that could have been avoided by paying attention to detail. It wasn’t even busy and it was drive thru. There’s only one lane to follow the order number rotation, easy enough you would think. I don’t ever post reviews, especially bad ones… but I’m on another level of Hangry and upset lol

Ordered 2 types of fried rice (shrimp and plain), Lo Mein noodles, Crab Rangoons and Buddha Delight via Uber Eats. Uber Eats shows good reviews so we gave the place a chance. After growing up on Chinese food and trying many locations across multiple states, this was the first time that the quality prompted me to immediately put out a review. When I came to the Google reviews and saw 3 stars, it was clear that the Uber Eats ratings were likely fake or inflated. The fried rice is probably the worst I have ever had. It had no color or flavor. When I think of fried rice, I think of a rich brown color, egg, onion, and a nice salty flavor. This was pale white , had VERY small pieces of egg and a plain flavor that almost tasted like oil. My thought was to add the included soy sauce to see if that added some of the flavor that was missing. Unfortunately for the order of our size, we received literally 2 soy sauce packets. So I ended up putting the rice in a pan, adding more egg, garlic salt, the 2 soy sauce packets and some green onion. It was still dry due to the small amount of soy sauce (moisture) being added, but it was at least edible. The Buddha's delight was ok as was the LoMein noodles. The Crab Rangoon were really good. I now see why the restaurant has 3 stars on Google and will not be ordering from them again.

I gave this place two trys and I will not be returning. The Mongolian beef was more like Mongolian vegetables with barely any beef and watery bland sauce. The fried rice was gray and not appetizing at all. With no vegetables or egg. I will not be recommending this place to visitors. After speaking with the manager I was advised I would not be refunded and I he offered me store credit. Why would anyone want store credit from a place with horrible food. Buyer be warned.

There is a remarkable air of pretentiousness at this location. I unknowingly ordered their new chicken that was laced with peanuts. There was no indication from the menu on the wall, the serving line, or the employees. I went back to inform the business of potentially serving peanuts to allergic customers and was greeted by a very defensive and inconsiderate lady. She aggressively berated me for ordering something I didn’t know contained peanuts and that it was my fault (it is), and that they didn’t need to and was not their responsibility to inform customers of potential allergens, which struck me as wrong. Moreover what seemed to bother her most was me holding up the line by telling her there are no clear indicators of peanuts in the food and not that I could be entering anaphylactic shock (i am not that allergic). Their unprofessional response prompted my review. The employee here needs a class in customer service or at least basic human empathy. In short I have an itchy throat and felt disrespected for trying to do good. 2 stars

This is a ripoff location they give you small portions of poor quality panda food. I come here on campus every so often and leave feeling like I’ve overpaid. $10 for this little bowl, no drink

We stop by Asian Chef regularly and it’s always fantastic. Reminds me of the good home style Chinese food I’d find growing up in Aurora/Denver. The staff are always friendly and food comes out quick and delicious every time, plus the portions are a great value!

The restaurant smelled like a dirty gas station bathroom when I entered, like actual feces. I wanted to leave but had already paid online for my food and they had already made it and I felt sorry for them. The portion sizes were fine, but the taste of both dishes were just watered down nothing. Just terrible, no flavor, and the veggies tasted watery, like they were previously frozen. The chicken had a horrible gelatinous texture. The beef was grey in color. The spring rolls had nothing but tough cabbage inside, flavorless. The wonton soup was again, just flavorless, no green onion, the wontons just wads of dough, with almost zero filling, no taste at all. For over $40 dollars, this was a terrible meal, I wish I had just gone to Panda Express and gotten double the food for the same price.
