US Thai Cafe
Hands down the best Thai spot in Denver. Not only is it the only place that when I order Thai hot, I actually get Thai hot that makes me sweat, but they are consistent in flavor. Great price point, great flavor, great service, and great consistency. Can't ask for more.
WOW! Some of the best thai food I've ever had in Denver. Great spice levels, great flavor, nicely cooked chicken. Egg rolls were perfectly crisp and super yummy. Loved our meal and affordable price!
小香牛骨米粉Hunan Mifen San Mateo
Delicious and authentic Hunan noodles with lots of options for proteins. They allow for self-serve cilantro and green onions with fast service and kind staff with customers ordering on a phone. I only wish there were more vegetables inside the soup
The flavor was bold. Spicy beef noodle was very spicy, and stinky tofu was indeed stinky 😅 Recommend the fried fish as a side!
李面请 大碗刀削面 Li's Knife Cut Noodle
AWESOME NEW hole in the wall asian restaurant. I got the Mala Beef Potato Noodle! Love the flavor so much! Servings for noodles are MASSIVE. Portions are great and the pricing is awesome too. Their Chili Oil on the table is a must try btw.
The beef is super well-marinated and the portion size is great! We tried the knife-cut noodles tonight and absolutely loved them — they’re so fresh and chewy. Maybe next time I will try the 扯面. They really hit a nostalgic spot and made me feel a bit homesick
Fortune Star | Chinese Restaurant (#1 Mandarin Style)
Y’all are missing out. Easily one of the best Chinese food places in San Mateo. The sauce is always good. It tastes fresh. The chowmein is our fav in town and the portions are to share or to have the next day. I don’t want them to blow up but it’s time dashed or dined in.
I had food ordered on Doordash and Fortune Star insists you include rice on every item you buy. I thought that was strange. I ended up paying 101.00 on food through Doordash and most of the food that showed up was rice and hardly any Chinese food. I now have a pound of rice since I bought multiple items and the amount of Chinese food is minimal. Another way to screw over your customers. Never AGain.
The Noodle Shop
Everything we ordered was very delicious. Chow mein is very good with what appear to be homemade. West lake soup was solid and tofu seafood clay pot had an addictive sauce.
We have ordered just about every beef noodle soup in the Bay Area and the noodle shop’s is our favorite out of all of them. It’s one of the cheapest, yet they are more generous with the amount of beef + the quality of the soup is superior. The noodles are thick, fat and chewy. We ordered over the phone and the food was prepared quickly and packed well, along with a complimentary cup of red bean soup. The people there were lovely. I will be back soon to try their other dishes!
