Being my first time to PF Changs to start off with we had ordered a Coca-Cola and we received a watered down soda. The wontons were very stringy quite upsetting. I’ve went to places that would be considered “low class” and the food was way better. Moving on to the entrees. The orange chicken literally tasted like bathroom cleaner… very questionable. The pepper steak wasn’t any better… seems like chef tossed the ingredients in soy sauce and cornstarch. For both entrees we got fried rice and I have never been more baffled as it tasted like old brown rice… mind you we got fried rice… one should not have flaws in the fried rice. Fortune cookies were also an overall fluke. Overall the food was not acceptable especially for the price I paid for.. Please do better.

Lunch with my tween daughter couldn't have been any more fun and yummy! Brandon was very welcoming and professional and put a smile on my daughter's face with free ice-cream! Great experience!

We came during happy hour and let me say the portion sizes are LARGE! We ended up having the tempura chicken and shrimp, lettuce wraps which were all on the happy hour menu. We did also order from the menu and got sesame chicken, and honey walnut chicken. Even if you stay with just the happy hour menu you'll definitely get full. The honey walnut chicken wasn't what I expected (maybe cause I was comparing it to panda express honey walnut shrimp and this dish lacked sweetness which was on me for comparing the two) but it was still good and I loved the mushrooms. A great eatery spot if you're doing some shopping at northfield.

It was a nice experience but not AMAZING. It is a good option for a decent meal before a movie. We had Miso Soup(good)and their version of Tom Kha Kai(not good) it was way too salty and had a different flavor than we are used to(my wife gets it everywhere we go). The Sushi roll was good and Sashimi was as well. I had The General Lee's(Tso's) chicken with fried rice and it was pretty good, I would order it again. Our service was very attentive, the timing was good and he was very nice as was the manager that helped us towards the end. Overall, I would recommend it if you're in the area and want a different option than just a burger and fries.

I was nervous to try this place out because of the reviews, but still gave it a shot. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to requests. They made my noddles to exactly how I wanted it. The amount of options was awesome. The sauces were all unique too. I enjoyed my 2 plates. The ice cream was also yummy. The only thing that was weird is paying at the beginning before even sitting down and the question of typing comes up. I still gave a tip, but it was unusual. Other than that, the bathroom and the resturant were overall clean.

I love going here because they are allergy-friendly. Being allergic to soy, wheat, egg and dairy usually leaves me sad, but this meal is always a treat. I have Service a 4 because the topn yellow (for allergies) bowl I received was dusty. Fortunately I had plenty more. Always come away full and satisfied and feel safe that I'm not going ton have a resction. Also want to note that they provide a laminated sheet with every menu item and allergens found in them. So appreciate it all. Thank you Huhot for such a delicious option!
