THIS PLACE IS HEAVENLY. I ordered takeout, and they said 30min. I got there 10min early, & was welcomed so warmly upon arrival. My food was already done and hot, and the cashier was extremely nice. Our orders were LOADED with meats (ordered combo lo mein and shrimp fried rice), the chinese donuts & wontons were fried to perfection, and they even gave us an extra order of white rice, and a TON of condiments/utensils without having to ask. I have finally found my go to Chinese spot 😍

I can't describe my love for this restaurant in words. The food tastes amazing, and you can feel the chef's dedication. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, making people feel at home. Besides, the restaurant is spotless, and there's no fault to find in terms of hygiene. I will definitely visit here frequently with my family!

First time ordering take out from here. The food was really good. The orange chicken was delicious as was the moo shu pork. Will definitely eat here again.

This is my new, favorite Chinese-American restaurant in the Springs. The food is simply divine and the portions are just right. We had lunch and ordered quite the feast. The Combination Pad Thai was spicy, flavorful and packed with protein. The Shrimp Fried Rice was full of jumbo, juicy shrimp and what can I say about the Shrimp with Snow Peas? It was freaking delicious. Service was friendly and swift, with our items being brought out as soon as they were ready. Everything was plated neatly and presented in front of us with great care. You must try the Egg Drop or the Wonton Soup. The Egg Drop was silky and packed with Umami (I know that's Japanese but it was so darn good), while the Wonton Soup had big, tender dumplings with just the right amount of "chew". The food truly is the star here and it showed with each and every bite. We were impressed and definitely will visit again. The interior is just so relaxing and comfortable you'll want to dine in, as the food is best when it's hot and fresh. You'll enter hungry but you'll leave completely satisfied. Five full stars for an excellent first impression.

I really hate to see a mall die and it pains me to leave this review but now that the unisex restroom has been closed proving this place doesn't care about nonbinary patrons, coupled with the staff often forgetting the signature cookie, and finally the price. Not only are displayed prices going up, but when I checked my bank they actually charged me more than advertised. That is unforgivable and inexcusable. (No it's not taxes or anything the actual full Total on the prompter literally showed me a different TOTAL than what was charged to my card )

Worst panda in the springs, I hate to waste food and money but this place is terrible , go to another location this one serves hard sat out all day orange chicken tried this location 3 times and each time the chicken is not fresh and it’s so hard to chew. The other locations are further than me but I will be going the extra miles to avoid this place , this location needs better management and better cook other Panda Express locations aren’t like this location they always seem like they don’t care about quality for customers at this location even the veggies taste old . I love Panda Express so much I got the panda from the logo tattooed please believe me don’t go to that panda for fresh food you will waste money and time and end up with gross overcooked food

The photo shown of this resturant on google is NOT oriental express, it’s just a food court inside a small mall. False advertising?
