Shanghai Garden
Shanghai Garden is hands down the best authentic Chinese food in Centennial! This family-owned gem has been serving the community for over 40 years, and it’s easy to see why it’s so beloved. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with incredible service and a spotless, welcoming atmosphere. Every dish is made with care and tradition, and it shows. I had the pleasure of trying their crispy, hand-rolled egg rolls filled with perfectly seasoned pork and cabbage, paired with their signature sweet & sour sauce—it was divine. The Mongolian Beef featuring their stir-fried marinated prime beef with onions, scallions, and black pepper was tender and bursting with flavor. The wok-tossed Lo Men noodles sautéed with fresh onions, carrots, and your choice of protein were absolutely delicious. To top it all off, I enjoyed a Pina Colada and a Mai Tai from their full bar, which has a great selection of cocktails, wine, beer, and even non-alcoholic options. Thank you for such an amazing experience—can’t wait to return for more! Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional Chinese cuisine.
I've been on a quest to find egg rolls like the ones I grew up with from the local Chinese restaurant in my hometown. The search is over! Yay! I also had chicken fried rice. It was tasty and had plenty of chicken in it. My server, Jen, was friendly and attentive.
Inchin's Bamboo Garden- Denver
Cook spot, great flavors. Their wings of heaven came out piping hot with some good kick. Chefs choice dumplings were good but I wouldn't recommend the zesty tomato sauce. The butter chicken was really good, as was the chicken vindaloo and lababdaar
We were recommended this restaurant by our friends for indo chinese and asian food. The decor and ambience is good but we were utterly disappointed by the quality of food. We ordered crispy chilly baby corn, it was good and tangy. Mixed street stule chow mein was too bad, the oil and ingredients they used were of poor quality and was giving off a weird smell. Order a hotpot which was again too disappointing, full of some whole Chinese peeper which was used for n huge quantity and giving a bad unnecessary pungent flavor. It was not like the korean hot pot at all. We saw many customers had lot of left overs and they did not bother to take them. Service was equally poor. Will never recommend nor will visit again
Yuan Palace Mongolian BBQ
Love this place! I have been going here over 30 years. Consistently great. I always get the Mongolian BBQ regardless if lunch or dinner. Lunch is one trip, dinner all you can eat! Use the seasoning guide and most of the recommendations of their secret family recipes for perfection. Their Mongolian stove is like grandma’s favorite cast iron pan, hidden seasoning comes through! Their hand made fresh rice cakes (on top of the rice) are a special treat. Always dine in. There are similar BBQ chains with extensive selections, but the flavor and charm this little treasure can’t be matched! Pretty sure original family has always owned this place. Sue was my waitress for many years until she retired. I moved away from Denver area in 2005, but come back annually to see friends and eat here. If my friends move away, I’ll come back to this restaurant and a mountain trip! Enjoy!
The food, service, and atmosphere at Yuan Palace is unmatched. The buffet-style bar offers tons of options to craft your own unique Mongolian BBQ dish. Taste/quality & consistency is very high. Aside from the great eats, the staff are very respectful and comforting. This cozy spot is always at the top of my short list for desirable locations to find eastern Asian food.
Hong Kong Station 港味小厨
This was our first time trying this place. We wanted more authentic Chinese food and that's exactly what we got. They had a lunch menu and they had a full-blown menu. The place was filled with an ethnically diverse crowd. The food was exactly what I was looking for. Tasted amazing, and the portion sizes were terrific. The service was spot on. We got our appetizers right away and the food followed right behind it. We made a consensus that we would definitely come back and we all enjoyed the food. We will definitely be regulars at this place.
BEST FRIED RICE EVER!! I’ve travelled all over the world and I am SHOCKED that the BEST fried rice I’ve ever had is found at Hong Kong Station (Centennial location)! The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly! So much so, they surprised me with a birthday dessert and song! 🎉🤗🥹 Try a little bit of everything if you can - eggs rolls 👍 👍Traditional chicken wings (pictured)👍👍 cheese wantons 👍👍 Shrimp and beef fried rice (pictured) 10/10⭐️! The portion sizes are large enough to share with 3-4 people (depending on how hungry everyone is). Can’t wait to try it again!!👏
Fire Bowl Cafe
My wife and I ate there for the first time yesterday. First impression when walking in was how clean and professional the place looked. Definitely a good vibe. The staff was extremely helpful and professional! We let them know that this was our first time there, and they walked us through how to order, also giving us advice on popular dishes. All of that, and the food was fresh and great! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!
The cafe is ok. Food is ok, The staff is ok. The atmosphere was ok. It was in the middle. The bowls had too much sauce but seemed ok. The service was willing to help but didn't know much about the products they were selling. I wish I could say better but nothing really stood out to me.
He-Xing Garden
Had a late dinner of my shy chicken - very very good! The sauce had some hoiden mixed in already, so it wasn't just sauce added with pancakes. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and a nice size. The drunken noodles came with an egg on top, which was new to us, but fun. The sesame tofu was excellent, good texture that was slightly crisp without any chewiness and great flavor. We all enjoyed the slight zing with good spices of the hot and sour soup. And taro boba is my favorite - the only downside was the center of the tapioca boba balls were really tough. Service was great. The clean and quiet environment was nice. We will be back!
Delivery was on time. Food was mediocre. I ordered kung pao chicken. No flavor all green bell peppers 🫑 not a fan. Kung pao should taste peanutty & spicy this had zero flavor & barely any chicken in it. Very disappointed in our first time ordering here.
Spice 8 Asian Kitchen
No indoor seating but offered a place in a dark room to sit no table service. Ordered pad thia, the sauce was super sweet. Also had some calamari it was heavy on coating. Food just not great to me. Lady who took order very nice however.
The food is solid, if you are looking for traditional American Chinese food in this area this is the best place to go. Spice 8 does not skimp on the meat in any of the dishes I ordered including seafood. The price is very comprorable to any restaurant in the area however spice 8 doesn't overuse "fillers". Never eaten in the restaurant but the takeout is always on time, hot, and fresh!
Cafe Ambrosia
I’ve been coming here forever! Over 17 years, amazing food, and the same staff. Definitely recommend. Best hot and sour soup, best domaine, and best fried pork dumplings!!!
The food was gross. Why do they use the lowest quality meat possible? There atmosphere was dank and weird. There was no background music and they actually had the lights turned out. Not good at all.
China Taipei
Been ordering here for almost 20 years so I’ll give them a 3 star because of all the good meals I’ve had in the past but I’m done. Didn’t realize they had switched ownership but now I know why things have changed for the worse. Couldn’t even communicate a delivery order tonight, it’s been like that for a while now. Food quality has been declining as well, good luck to them. Too bad, place was awesome.
Thanksgiving dinner at China Taipei in Centennial. Although the restaurant was here more than 20 years, but has recently been re-discovered by many old and new patrons alike after the ownership changed hands about 2 years ago and the menu was revamped. Here are their Nanjing Salty Duck, Maoxuewang, Sizzling Beef Tendon, Beef Chow Fun, Braised Pork Rice, Sizzling Eels, a few of favorite from their many tasty plates. Needless to say, was delightedly surprised and satisfied.
Kocostreetfood
Korean food truck in Colorado. We tried soy garlic chibop and soy garlic tofu bop. Very crunchy outside and tender juicy inside. 것바속촉 my favorite food trucks in CO!
The chibop, soy garlic, and the sweet and spicy chicken on the stick were great. Chicken was nice and tender. Good food, decently priced for a food truck.
